Where were you granted knighthood previous to this guild? I'd like to say he was just granted knighthood IN this guild having joined as a child.

Why do you want to join the guild? The Dispassionate Watchers were all Joscelin ever knew growing up. He was born soon after the raids on the village. His father was one of the raiders and though he takes after his mother in appearance, he grew up with the stigma of being the enemies spawn. Joscelin saw the guild as a way to prove that he was not like his unknown father and that he could be good and just and worthy of the title of Knight. From the moment he was old enough to join he devoted himself to his training, taking his life as a Watcher very seriously.

Have you any connections in the Guild? Other than the fact that he'd have grown up among them, no. His mother is the only known relative he has and she was never a Knight.
