"The Surrounding sounds a little ominous don't you think?" He didn't really know what it was but that sort of name sounded like a bad place to be in the first place. "Most of us know others. I doubt i'm the only senshi that you know." She had to have met more up there than just Arsinoe. Thisbe was friendly enough to make lots of friends.
"You mean like i've seen them as senshi before? Or in my other life?" He'd had the sensation before but he'd ignored it. Their magic kept them from recognizing each other that way so they were left with having to actuallly admit things.

"People almost died there. It's the defense our world has against darkness... So if it sounds ominous there's probably a good reason for it. The Zodiac senshi are the only ones I've ever seen work with that much organization before." She shook her head. "Not... That I've been at this all that long either."
The question from him caught her off guard. She blinked several times before peering at the other senshi. "Other life? You don't seriously believe in all of that nonsense, do you?" Her brow furrowed. "I mean, sure, I've been to the Surrounding, I've seen the Zodiacs... But are you telling me that's how it works for the rest of us too?"

"It can't be that good at defending anything if the darkness is all the way here." If whatever the surrounding was had been meant to stop things then maybe they needed to stop concentrating so much on 'out' and made sure that everywhere was safe first. "I'm sure it does some good but ..." Well it was obvious without him saying it that it wasn't enough.
"I don't really think it's nonsense, not entirely at least. I wouldn't really say that my civilian self and this self are different but ..." he paused for a moment and tipped his head back. He'd spent a lot of time thinking about this sort of thing himself and hadn't really ever decided on something. Saying it out loud to someone else though seemed easier. "This is me, Sailor Arachne. My other self is me too but it does seem sort of like a whole different life. I can't combine the two. I can't tell people in that life about this one unless they are already part of this life."

"I thought you meant past life." She laughed, eyes dancing as she shook her head slowly. "I'm still not entirely sure that I believe in those... But I meant more as senshi before. At least... That's what I think I meant. I don't know. It's just... An odd feeling."
Sailor Thisbe paused again, thinking for a moment or two before leveling her eyes on the other senshi. "You've got someone, don't you. Someone you'd like to share all of this with. It's my sister for me. We didn't like each other much at first, but then we started telling each other everything... And I can't help but think she knows I'm keeping something from her, even when we talk on the phone."

"Wait, you don't believe that you were a senshi before?" He looked like he almost couldn't believe that. "Have you never been to your home world? Seen the past?" He went to his asteroid all the time. It was nice to be able to get away and not have to deal with anyone while he thought.
He nodded at her second question, even though it caught him slightly off guard. "My boyfriend ... i hate having to keep things from him or disappear off randomly. He's already got abandonment issues and i hate feeling like i'm just going to end up doing the same to him as his parents did"

"Home world?" She blinked again, staring at her fellow senshi as though he was speaking a foreign language. "I wasn't even aware there was a way to get into space until that whole craziness at the Surrounding and even then, how can it... It just doesn't make sense." Not that any of this did, really. "There are other places that we can go? Beyond the Zodiac outposts?"
Talking about normal things seemed to be the much better option, even if the 'normal things' involved relationships. "From the sound of things if you're worried at all you already care about him more than that... You don't think he could be trusted? Or is it more that you don't want to put him at risk? It's more the latter for me. I'd trust my sister with my life"

"We can all go to our home worlds and take people but i've enver tried that one." He'd been shown eventually and figured that was something everyone got taught in their early days as a senshi. "You've never heard your home calling? Some times i can't sleep because of it" It didn't help that the song that came from his home world was so enchanting. "I could teach you I think."
He might even take her to see the Arachne Asteroid, what was left of it at least. "I don't want him getting hurt. I've heard stories that the Negaverse has kidnapped people before. I don't want that to be him."

"That's... A lot to process, although I suppose it shouldn't be, all things considered. It does make that one room at the Castle make a bit more sense now, I suppose..." And it would give her more to mull over later on this evening, she was certain. "I've never tried, though; never known, really."
There was another brief pause before she continued on. "Maybe one day we won't have to hide who we are from the people we love."

"It's interesting. I like going to mind to think. It's so much easier with nothing around you to distract you from whatever it is that you need to work out." It was lonely some times though since there wasn't anything there but him and the ruins of the old civilization.
At the rate things were going he didn't think they'd ever get to stop hiding. "Maybe."
