Did you buy it, or did someone buy it for you. Because if you bought it, you should tell her that it's yours. But otherwise, that just s*cks.
Plan 2 is to buy them and hide them and only read them when your parents aren't around. Unless your parents are the type that search your room.

 Aww! My Goodness! I'm not really sure what you mean by Gross, Blood and killing or a sexual part? Sorry, I've never read/seen 1#. I can't find it anywhere. x_x I've watched from end to beginning, kinda like Star Wars.
But, I'd stick with the DVD's.. I haven't seen any bad scencs in it yet, besides killing. And what do they mean by too young? There's worse things on the news! Not that they show it, but they tell you! You can imagine, eh! And almost every Movie they probably watch has some Sexual thing going on.. For some reason they like to add those things. O.o;

I imagine you're already pretty well experienced with nudity, violence and swearing by now, so frankly, in my opinion, they need to take the sticks out of their asses and grow the hell up.

^^;; I guess it depends on how old you are, eh? My mom bought me my first Saiyuki manga...yet, she dislikes anime...@_@;; She tells me it's a waste of money. As long as it's not heavy yaoi/yuri or hentai she ok. ^^;; as long as I pay for it. T_ T;; My dad hates it all in all. ^_^ Though he'll still get it for me if I give him the money and ask him, or if it's for my birthday.

I feel for you...if it makes you feel any better, I gave up manga for lent and haven't been able to touch any of my manga since March 1st...best of luck getting back your bishies...(and 'twould be wise not to let your parents see the "merciful goddess" in the manga....he/she never has his/her boobs covered....and as it turns out, she's a hermaphrodite...they might not approve of that....)

Oh Lady_Chii, how I feel for you!! I'm not allowed to read sixteen and up manga, so I had to give away all of my Saiyuki manga, which was up to about volume six. Oh how sad I was. How I missed my Saiyuki!! So I bought it all over again, and now it's hidden in my closet. Eh heh...

OMG THAT IS SOOO HORIBLE!!! what would i do w/o Saiyuki??? I'd probably die. or so find a way to watch/read it despite my parents feelings...i've been doing ok with hiding my veg-headness...and my dad still thinks i'm eating *shudder* meat. eek
i'm soo sorry to hear you had your book taken away! i've actually gotten my mom into saiyuki....how weird/cool is THAT??! heart

Lady_Chii I am pretty new Saiyuki fan I found out about Saiyuki from one of my friends, and she let me borrow the manga. and just yesturday I finally got my own Saiyuki manga #1! I was super hyper I was so happy, I read it right away, again and again, till my mom saw me reading it, and she took it away from me! (i was at a "gross part") she said it was too mature for me, and gave it to my dad for "safe" keeping. crying That is the worst thing that could ever happen to a person... *hug* Tis' okay. Do you know when you get it back?

that's horrible, i usually just hide my really risque anime and manga in my closet or under my bed, heck i could leave it out in the open my room's a death trap and no one could enter with out getting hurt, but seriously best of luck getting it all back
