Kaiko kept her eyes closed, keeping her mind on ice cream. She couldn't open her eyes for the burning sensation would irritate her eyes and cause her to rise up.
Kaiko swished her hands in the water, finding it to keep her mind off the lack of oxygen.
"How long has it been?" Kaiko thought, hearing louder noises under water. The mind could confuse others on time, and Kaiko was one of those people who had quite a quarrel with Mr. Time.
Whatever the time span had been, Kaiko found her added oxygen to be dimming. As the lack of it was starting to take its toll, Kaiko's eyes opened without warning, causing for alert. Had she forgotten her entire reason for keeping them closed?
However it happened, Kaiko's eyes were watering and becoming red. She was pretty sure her eyes wouldn't be watering under water. It was just her imagination.
Kaiko noticed that Teto was lasting longer.
"Must be a Chimera thing... I need air!" Kaiko's mind shouted, causing her to rise immediately. She took heavy gulps of air. Her cheeks flushed from exhaustion. Probably the worst idea she ever had.
Kaiko was no match for her Chimera friend.

Teto's eyes had began to burn, relizing that her eyes weren't as good as they use to be. She felt sad when she watched her friend dart to the surfaace, even though she knew Kaiko could last longer. She darted up aswell, and coughed. "I-Shouldn't-Stay-under-that-long" She managed to speak through coughing. "Ahem. I-I call a tie. I know you caan stay longer!" She wiped some water from her mouth, coughing one last time.
Rubbing her eyes, Kaiko finally came back into focus. She treaded the water, coming close to Kaiko. "You, my dear Kaiko'chan, Are the best match I've ever gone against!" She cheered, putting her fist out for a bump.

Kaiko knew for chance that Teto had won either way. She couldn't have tied with Teto! Kaiko just guessed it was Teto being a good friend and shook it off.
"You are probably the best person I've gone up against!" Kaiko said, doind the same thing as Teto.
Kaiko fell back onto the water, sighing softly.
"Okay, so we've played destructive volleyball, and holding our breath under water. What should we do next?" Kaiko asked, swimming on her back over to the damaged net.
"I have seriously got to watch that..." She whispered, and suddenly a new net string was slammed against her skull.
"Wh-What is with these things?!" Kaiko shouted, getting caught in th deadly strings.

((Wow. I missed ALOT))
Rinto frowned as his ball popped. "OK Teto-chan. If you say so." he then said. He thought of all the good memories with that ball although it didn't last long. He then swam over to Kaiko to untangle her. "I think we should just chill for a while. I got nothing much to do now" he said.

Teto's eyes widened as the Net repaired itself, a bit freaked out. She watched Rinto swim to Kaiko, and help her out. "Chilling sounds good, though I might work a bit on my swan dive. I might join a swim team if one ever pops up." She mumbled, stretching her arms a bit.
She treaded the water, over to the diving board. "Kaiko'chan! Please see my dive!" She begged, becoming a bit cold outside of the pool. "Please?" She begged.

"She's kind of busy at the moment. But I will watch you dive. I'm not sure if we will even start a swim team." he said while trying to help Kaiko. He may be upset that his ball popped, but he wanted a orange popsicle.

Kaiko's eye twitched as Rinto answered for her.
"I will watch it! I'm sure it will be good!" She shouted, untangling herself from the net of doom. As she stepped out of the pool, she felt like an ice pop herself.
"Just the right temp," She said, stretching. She was sure Teto was a good swimmer.

He got up next to Kaiko as he went to get his popped orange ball. He picked up the shreds as he put them in the trash while frowning. "Well Teto promised to get me a new one." he said softly. He went back over to Kaiko and sat next to her.

Teto smiled like a small child on christmas day when Kaiko'chan agreed to watch. Teto herself was a bit annoyed Rinto answered for Kaiko, but shook it off. "Hai!" She took a run for the board, jumped up, and made a gracefull divve into the water. She swam up, smiling. "How was that?!" She squealed happily, waititng for Kaiko to respond.

Kaiko clapped as Teto made a perfect swan dive. She felt so amazed by Teto's performance, that Kaiko had no idea what to say to sound extreme.
"Teto-Chan! That had to be the best move in the world! Great job!" Kaiko shouted, smiling widely for her best-sister-friend.

Teto was delighted to hear Kaiko's response. She darted to her, climbed out of the pool, and gave her a wet hug. "Thank-you, Kaiko'chan!" She smiled, stepping back. Her pink bathing suit dripped, looking wrinkled. She flattened it, looking up and smiling.

Kaiko smiled, shivered and dived back into the warmer waters. Oh how sensational it was. The water felt warmer than before. She guessed that was because of body temperature.
"So, what do you want to do next?" Kaiko asked.

Teto sat on the side of the pool as Kaiko dived in. Looking at Kaiko with a tired look, She lied down on the ledge, stretching out. "I dunno.. Aha.." She yawned slowly, reliizing she needed more energy, so she pulled her beach bag, grabbing some french bread. She nibbled on it, and turned to Kaiko. "Do you want some, Kaiko'chan?"

Rinto watched the two,playing around. He thought for a second, then he put his hand in the water and splashed them both. "That's for ignoring me and thinking I'm not here." he said. He got up and then went to get an orange popsicle.

Since Rinto had been so quiet, Teto was totally off gaurd when he splashed them. Not noticing she was still on the ledge, she turned over screaaming, falling into the water because Rinto's splash scared her. Coming up, with soggy, poisoned bread in her hands, she looked at it with defeat. " My poor bread...." she whimpered, tears in her eyes.
Teto tossed the bread, hitting the rim of a can, and making a loud plopping sound when it hit the ground.
She watched Rinto walk off, grabbing his orange pop. Teto climbed back on the edge, and sat there pouting about her soild bread.
