 Kit pretened to pout a like a little girl, "I only want the best for my dear husband." she said before blushing a little as he mentioned going to his old room. "A-Alex....we can't do that before they show up....and what about Mother and Father. I'm sure I'd never here the end of it if they caught us."

Awe, where is your sense of adventure." Alex said with a smile. "I know a nice little spot in the cave where we can go, we can sneak away once things start up and stuff." Alex laughed lightly while looking his wife over once more. "Well everything looks perfect on you and I guess that I have passed your inspection with flying colors."

"When it comes to your mother, I would be more willing to fight all the villians in the world over confronting her." Kit said looking at him as she looked him over once more. "You have always passed my inspections with flying colors....other than that one slip up you made crossing the university to get to the library." she said miming it.

Alex laughed light. "I think that the two of us should be able to take her if we work together." Alex said to her with a smile, while lightly hugging her. And just what exactly is that supposed to mean, you little stalker." Alex asked in response to her library remark.

Smirking at ho stressed out she was about her clothes. Getting dressed was easy and all. You just had to do was get your clothes and put them on, but then again she was a girl. "Oh. . .just because I can~"Max laughed.

    Haley snatched for her shirt and scowled lightly at her brother. Oh how he loved to joke around. She started to shoo him from her room after she took back her shirt- changing time. Haley pushed at Max's shoulder.
"Out out-"

Letting her snatched the shirt, he only dodged the playful push by swiftly sidestepping to the side. "Still too slow~" Max yawn sarcastically. Max left her room and waited in the hallway for her. The least he could he guessed.

The girl rolled her eyes as she shut her bedroom door. Her gesture was not meant to necessarily push him from the room physically, but it did serve it's purpose- he was out, whether it was through her push or by his own accord.
Haley was back out of her room five to ten minutes later. She wore black pants and the purple dress shirt; her hair was fluffed and neat. She blinked a bit, looking at her brother who had been waiting for her.
"Let's see who's already here."
All traces of annoyance were gone, and instead her expression held the excitement and enthusiasm the girl held for the upcoming event. A Family Christmas! Haley's light blue eyes sparkled in the joy that boosted her energy.

Max had nodded off when Haley had been changing and was kinda just leaning against the wall. Waking up when she opened the door, Max jerked up and managed to catch what she had said. "Eh. Sure."Max yawned. Fixing his shirt under his sweat shirt, he cracked his neck and stuck his hand in his pockets. "Ya know. Changing should take that long. What were you doing? Getting ready to meet The Mayor?"He asked, nonchalantly.

Haley started for the stairwell and stuck her tongue out at Max after his comment. Her spirits remained lifted, despite her brother's teasing.
"Girls take longer. You know that."
She hummed lightly, skipping down the stairs to reach the main floor.

 Selina walked over to the couple nonchalantly, resting a hand on her son's shoulder she smiled. "1: Yes it would appear you still need me to pick out your clothes for you. 2: Don't even think about that with Haley in the house. 3: I don't recomend the Batmobile either. And finally 4. . . .How old do you think I am Alex?" She paused, and suddenly look as if she might cry when she saw her daughter-in-law. "Kitrina you look positively beautiful. Stunning. Radiant." Selina blinked, put her hands on her hips and turned back to Alex. She almost imediately began playing with his shirt and tie before smiling and saying in her famous over-the-top-mom voice, "Mommy loves you dear."

 Nickie cleared her throat, looking a little embaressed. "Funny you should ask, really, because I. . ." she stopped, feeling guilty. She'd been about to lie to him, tell him anything to get her out of this place. She looked down and twiddled her fingers together, like she had when she'd been a kid, "No, no not really."

Kit chuckled, "Well you made yourself look like a complete fool when you pulled that little stunt." she said kissing him before turning to see Selina behind them. This time she covered her grinning face so Alex, her dear husband, could not see the amusement she was getting from all of the treatment. "And what did you say about us being able to take her?" she whispered in her husband's ear before blushing a little as Selina looked her over. "Thank you, you look radiant as well mother." she said smiling.
