Starlight smiled cordially, bowing her head to the rather strange creature. She had heard of Hytes, but had never seen one before. She supposed he was handsome, in a human sort of way, while he was hooved; he wasn’t any sort of pony or horse. She didn’t feel as… anxious to meet someone new, not like before. She supposed having a very pleasant conversation with Hot Rod had calmed her nerves, they were both polite and kind.
“It is no problem at all; rather I apologize for keeping your companion from you.” She replied with a polite smile. Starlight felt at ease with Hot Rod, and not like she was imposing on him for his time. It was a good and rather novel feeling to her, at least with adult Phonies. The children she usual got along with easily, but she usually felt ‘in the way’ with other adults.

"It's alright," Jasper replied. "It was good to get out of the car and stretch my legs. I hope you don't mind me stealing Roddy away for a while. I'm sure we'll see you around sometime?"
Roddy stood by a little awkwardly to one side as the two briefly chatted. A part of him wanted to be away so he could sit down for lunch and tell Jasper everything, another was reluctant to rush away from the lady. But Jasper seemed to be ready to be off and Roddy had to admit his own stomach was near rumbling.
"Sorry to rush away, Starlight. Its been really nice catching up with you. Definately stop by whenever and we can make some plans." He looked about to leave with Jasper before he turned back one more time. "Is there anything we can get you before we go?"
