Jerry could only reply with a yelp as Jude barreled into him, the sudden charge sending him tumbling back into the weight equipment, up and over and down again with a grunt, roar firing accidentally, showering Jude in destroyed drop-ceiling from the misfiring blast.

He stared up at the ceiling and then dusted himself off a bit before he moved in for a new attack reaching to strike out at Jerry's right leg.

"Ooooh... goodness! Thanks to Fear Shields, huh? Ahahaha..." Jerry laughed nervously as he tried to crawl his way back up to his feet, rubbing his back sorely. Unfortunately, it seemed brimming with Fear, Roar was more than eager to go off for any reason, the fresh explosion of sound ripping past him just as he tried in vain to roll away from the hourglass blow.

"No joke," Jude chuckled slightly and then suddenly more explosions and it hurt a lot but he took it as best as he could. Man that weapon had a hairtrigger. That or the owner did.
..It seemed to be a little of both.
Jude moved and swung the hourglass upward to hit Jerry square against the chin.

The hourglass connected with a dull crack, Jerry's vision going white for just a moment as his glasses went flying. Roar had had enough, bristling with Fear, he shouted over the dazed pain resonating in Jerry's head, Fire! FIRE! And so he did. The bazooka lifted up to Jude's chest, the trigger pulled.

Backwards and up against the nearest wall he went where he slid down it feeling rather nauseous mostly due to the heavy hit of the impact that was made. It felt like his hourglass was vibrating Yom wanted to be used. She wanted to unleash her power. Shambling up to his feet with an almost strange sort of determination he suddenly ran at Jerry as the points of his hourglass grew just a touch longer and sharper.
Soon one of Jude's hands was grasping at the front of Jerry's shirt and the one that held the hourglass was stabbing the points of the weapon repeatedly into Jerry's chest with burst of sudden speed and relentlessness before finally he pushed Jerry away only to stumble back a bit himself.

"I... Almost killed my friiiiend the other daay...I didn't think that was okaaay...So I bucked up the courage to come heere...." Jerry wobbled and thought about not firing in the blur of the moment. Jude was rushing at him, hair flying like a barbarian as the weapon pierced him again and again, his eyes widening blindly as he staggered back, short of breath for several moments before the Fear Shield caught hold and blanked out what could have been blood-coughing badness.
Somehow, he managed to fire anyway, body moving of its own accord in a instinctual sense of self preservation.

Everything hurt. Everything just always hurt. Why was it always hurting? He wanted to hurt back. Hurt them until they stopped hurting him and...
Either the song or the last impact got to him either way he crumpled down for the time being and coughed up a bit of something that tasted like blood, it spattered onto the ground below him a nice cheerful red against the floor of the gym.
..Huh.
"I give," he looked up at Jerry and gave a small bloody smile.

"Ah.... h-huh?" Jerry blinked, not even aware that he had begun singing, just gripping his weapon in trembling hands before noticing Jude on the floor. His face went white, bazooka vanishing in a burst of green, "Jude! Goodness, are you alright? Should... should I take you to the medical wing?" His hands flailed frantically before he thought to try to help him up.

Jude dismissed his weapon a few moments after Jerry had dismissed his. It was like the young man was just waiting for a second just to make sure that Jerry didn't just completely seem to lose touch with everything right then. He would accept Jerry's help, "N...Nah. I just need to go take a shower and have a rest...Probably rest first. Just need help to my dorm. Think you can handle that, Boomer?"
All in all Jude was very forgiving about the whole event. He didn't hate or distrust Jerry.

Jerry gave a sigh of relief, and even a nervous chuckle at the new nick-name as he gingerly helped Jude lean on his skinny shoulders as he lead him to the door. "I can, I can... goodness, I think... we both need to work on quitting a little less-close, huh? Ahahaha..." He pursed his lips, holding the door open for him when the thought hit him.
He could still be out there.
Just... make it quick, and then an even quicker break to his room.

Jude did indeed rest against Jerry's frame while trying to support himself as best as he could walking with the other Hunter toward the door, "Seems like it. It was fun though."
He had a funny definition of fun.
The walk to the dorms would at least be fairly quick while Jude was blissfully unaware of what (and who) Jerry was apparently avoiding the entire time. Once at his door he quietly moved to pull away and opened the door so he could get in, "Thanks a lot, Boomer. You stay safe."
Jude moved into his room with a shambling and stumbling sort of gait. It was clear that Jerry had done him a great service helping him to the room.
