It would seem that it was still a bit early for a submission attempt at the moment, as evidenced by the barrage of kicks that forced Major to back up and abandon his attempt at an inverted figure-four...at least temporarily.

Rebz quickly forced herself to roll backwards onto her feet. Tending to her right knee a bit, she seemed ready to go again. Putting up her fists in defensive style as if she were about to brawl... This was her normal stance.
Slowly circling around him, still has an eye on his left arm as she has much to do with it. Last week was only the beginning.

Likewise raising his hands in a combat ready stance, with a quick gesture of his hand, Major would invite his opponent to "bring it". It would seem that Rebz wasn't the only one eyeballing a target, as Devastation was keeping one eye on the Bruiser champ's right knee (and wondering just how well she would be able to use it after the damage it had sustained) while she was clearly looking to try going after his arm again.

Rebz raised an eyebrow at Major's taunt... Rebz has seen how Major can treat other wrestlers, especially wrestlers that are usually put down and unsupported. And this is not just in the ring, this can be backstage too! Not saying any names but all Rebz can do on behalf of most of them is show Major the middle finger, and Rebz began to laugh... Hoping the finger would catch him off guard quite a bit or rethink some sort of comeback, and surprise him with a kick to the gut using her left leg, if successful and if he was hunched over, Rebz would immediately aim for his left arm with an elbow to its shoulder!!

The Marine wasn't particularly surprised -or bothered- by getting flipped the bird. After all, that was nothing compared to some of the treatment he received from the locals when he was serving in Baghdad. When Rebz went to kick him in the midsection, he allowed the boot to connect so that he could try to grab it with his right hand right after impact. If successful, he would then attempt to kick her bad leg out from underneath her just before the follow-up elbow could hit home.

Aww damn! Rebz yelled as her kick to Major had absolutely no effect, and she paid for her minor crime. Though if Major would try anything further, she would use the same tactic as before, and kick his left arm which would have to force him to back off!

This time, after once again putting Rebz on her back, instead of going after the knee again or making another attempt at a submission hold, Major would try to deliver a hard soccer kick to her ribcage.

Its not like the takedown from before put Rebz in an enormous amount of pain to where she was unable to move. And who would take whatever chance at moving away from a giant sized boot aiming for your ribs while down. Certainly Rebz would!
Rebz quickly used her instincts to roll away from Major's kick. She doesn't like to lay down too long for people IF she has the chance to move, unless said person has some sort of weird fetish for that then... Rebz is not that type of woman, certainly no girl either!
After rolling away, Rebz would try jumping at Major with a spear! Or more like a tackle since a spear sounds like a finishing move...

The tackle connected, knocking the wind out of the Intercontinental champion and sending him staggering backward...though had Rebz been a bit closer in size to the Jarhead Juggernaut, she might have been able to knock him off his feet. Of course, one would have to wonder what kind of strain that sudden burst of movement had placed on the Bruiser champ's damaged knee.

(7 minutes later.
Rebz was standing, holding her leg, while Major was on the ground. Rebz grabbed a turnbuckle pad and tried to pull it off of the top turnbuckle. Rebz pulled the pad off of the turnbuckle as The referee checked on Major. Rebz quickly put it back on before turning her back to the turnbuckle pad. The referee ask Rebz what she was doing. She said nothing. The referee said okay.
3 minutes later. Rebz hit the ropes before Major hit a clothesline. Rebz fell to the canvas before popping back up. She was then knocked down again by a clothesline. Rebz got up after being hit by the clothesline. Rebz ran at Major going for a clothesline, Major ducked under the line. Rebz turned and was hit with a Double A spine buster. The crowd cheered loudly as Rebz hit the canvas. Major went for the cover after three seconds.
One! Two! Th-
Rebz kicked out. Major looked at the referee shocked. Major got up and started to stomp on the canvas. Rebz had gotten up, but stumble into the turnbuckle that she messed with before. Major charged at Rebz going for the Shock and Awe. As Major raised his leg, Rebz ducked down and grabbed the turnbuckle pad. Major hit the steel turnbuckle, the hard way. Major face told the story. As Rebz fell she had tossed the turnbuckle pad out of the ring. The referee looked confused about what happen. Rebz got up quickly and pulled Major off of the turnbuckle with a school boy. The referee started the count before he could ask question.Rebz pulled the tights too.
One! Two! Three!
Your winner Rebz. )
((All Rebz has to do is win another match in this best of five. To win this Best of five, Major would have to win three in a row. ))
