Candace chuckled at Wilson's worries over the life expectancy of her coat. "I was given several of this coat, so I'm pretty sure that while I can try my damn hardest to keep it nice it's just not going to happen." She looked down at her phone again. Who could be blocked...?
"...New leader that hasn't been registered properly into the phones yet, maybe?" Candace looked up and around at the others in the room, shrugging.

He couldn't quite keep the wince from appearing on his face.
Chipmunk.
"Thank you," replied Gale, with a mildly exasperated sigh, pushing his bangs away from his face. He vaguely wondered why she hadn't noticed the new coat before, since he'd been promoted a few weeks prior, but, then again, they hadn't really been anywhere near each other, and most of the time Gale was in regular clothes, not his uniform.
"You look - " A slight pause. " - er, nice."

Waving back to Candace, his eyes lit up for the moment as he heard her words.
"Promoted? Congrats! Nice new coat. Very nice," he nodded before looking towards Leon, unaware there was any sort of animosity going on between some of the others right now, "Yep! Gotta wonder what this is all about. Mysterious sender and all."
Looking over at Wilson as he heard his greeting, he grinned and waved back to him as well.

Robert snuck his head out from underneath his jacket, and looked at Leon sleepily.
"I feel pretty." He deadpanned. "Oh so pretty. I feel pretty, and witty, and ... yeah, I am kind of hungry. Why, did you bring some food?"
He held his hand out for Deryk, waiting for the second high five of the evening. Then his head was smushed down by the weight of the boss, and he groaned slightly, but accepted this as the circle of life.

This time Tori didn't jump when a text came in as she was looking over her notes in her bed as she was also answered some of Aklin's questions he flung at her ever so curious about lots of things. Taking out her phone to look at the message and was a little confused to who the blocked person might be, but since it was an emergency and she also wanted to find out who this blocked person might be.
Hopping out of bed grabbing her coat and putting it on as she put on her scarf as she headed out her room.
Arriving at the correct room, Tori sees that there are other trainees already there. Taking a deep breath as she tried to not become too nervous as he walked in. "Heya everyone!" she said with a little wave. She knew a few people in the room but recognized the other from passed missions and she didn't know what to say next so she just quietly sat in one of the chairs waiting to find out what the mission was going to be.

Just what Leon wanted to hear. More singing. Even if Robert was saying it blandly, it made the boxer stare at him blankly and fished out a energy bar from his pocket and tossed it to him. "here maybe that will help you." Shame that Caelius had to bring in a tweaker into their group. better yet, he had to wonder how the life hunter could continue his habit.
Better inform the good Doctor H to check his pharmaceuticals when he has a chance. For once, Nid made a pretty nice assessment of what to do. Maybe just being around Robert caused some kind of second hand high that had some adverse effects.
the new arrival of Tori came in not long after and Leon gave the girl a simple nod of acknowledgement and let out a gruff "hello" to the fellow trainee. "Was the message sender also blocked for you all too?" he called out, finally opening up his ears to what was going on around him.

Tedan nodded to Wilson and shrugged slightly. "I was awake too, just chilling in my room."
Then he checked his phone again and nodded at the question Leon called out. "Yea, it's blocked for me too. Wonder why ...." Could it be that they might finally have someone in charge of the Sun Hunters?

Robert caught the energy bar in one hand, and the jacket finally dropped down to his shoulders as he stared at it lovingly.
"Leon.. you are a lifesaver." He breathed out, gently unwrapping the wondrous gift from heaven above and devouring it in two whole bites. While his mouth was still full from the bar, he gave Tori a big, messy smile.

"Why thank you~. I didn't know you'd gotten promoted, too." Very good on him! Her little Chipmunk was growing up. She was proud! Or something. "Thank you, Deryk." Nice to know someone appreciated her hard work. Hmph. Even as Robert began to speak Candace raised a brow and watched him. Witty and...gay for knowing that song. And being a dancer.
And being Robert.
Candace was being very mature about his feelings toward her right now.
She looked up to see who else was arriving, giving a vaguely familiar girl a wave. Tori? She didn't remember meeting her personally, but her face was familiar. "It could be a new leader that just hasn't been added properly to the system. Or an old one who smashed their last phone and hasn't put their new number in yet." Candace answered. Again. Did Leon not hear them discussing they all got a blocked sender? He must have hit his head too many times when he wasn't busy being a childish grudge holder.
You are a delightful hypocrite, my dearest. Atropos chuckled. Candace snorted.

Seeing the held up hand, Deryk went ahead and gave Robert a high five. He looked pleased with this. Yes. Though, he just stared at the guy as he was singing.
".. West Side Story? Interesitng." he blinked.
His attention soon shifted to the main topic of the room.
"Oooh maybe. Maybe. Or. Or. I dunno. Maybe this needs to be a secret. Or something. Or. Um. Wonder if perhaps person handing out mission and debriefing will be masked. Keep air of mystery."

Eva arrived in a panic, her coat half off her shoulders and a piece of toast hanging from her mouth. "Hey gufs, whaf's going on?" Frowning a little, she removed the piece of toast from her mouth before continuing, "The message didn't say much aside from the fact that this was some emergency..."
There were quite a few people here already, huh? All familiar faces, but only some who she was actually really acquainted with.
"Gale, Robert, hi! Nice coat, Buttercup!" The last greeting was directed towards Candace, who received a grin. Then she went back to nomming on that toast.

"Er, yes," said Gale, with a glance over at Candace. "Err, a few weeks ago, actually."
Then, not wanting to make her feel awkward for not noticing (if she even would; he still didn't know her well enough to know how she acted), he added "But I haven't really been out much since."
He gave a half sort of wave to Tori, nodding in greeting, and then his gaze flicked sideways towards Eva, who had rushed in looking vaguely panicked, her coat askew and what looked like toast clamped in her mouth.
"Morning," said Gale, with a slight smile. "Miss breakfast?"

Cass wasn't going to neglect a call for a mission, even if she wasn't sure who had sent the mission call out anyways. She'd already been dressed to go, and had just taken a few minutes to wrap up what she'd been doing before she'd been up and out the door to run to the meeting room. All she could think was
PLEASE NOT CAELIUS, PLEASE NOT CAELIUS... then a pause of PLEASE NOT JULIE.
She'd take Caelius over Julie easily, but it was obvious she was hoping it was the doctor. However, nobody was actually present when she arrived..at least not Division Leader wise, not that it prevented Cass from taking a look around the room suspiciously before waving to the others who had made it there before her.
Hmm.

An emergency mission? Vanessa's brow furrowed as she looked over the message, noting the lack of a distinct number and thus no identification of the sender. Her scowled at the phone for a moment before putting it away and slipping on her coat. Within moments she was out the door. Even if she didn't know the number of the sender, they knew her's, and she wasn't going to miss out on a potentially very important mission.
She quickly made her way to the room, pausing to check the number before quietly entering. She noticed how many of the other trainees were there already, noting that a few had newer coats on, before moving from the doorway to an unoccupied space.
It didn't seem as if Caelius was running this mission, nor Julie (That was her name, right?) this time. Caelius wasn't here, nor any of the other leaders Vanessa had seen before. Apparently they'd yet to find out who would be leading this assignment.

Wilson nodded at Candace. “Oooh. Yeah. That makes sense.” He looked down at his own coat, tattered ends and all. So if he got another coat, would that mean it would have tattered ends too? That would be a wonderful use of energy and time.
“Hey Deryk. What do you think about doing another course together? Since the last one didn’t end…so well.” He frowned at the memory.
“Sounds reasonable, but if it was a new leader we would’ve heard word about that, right? Either way, we won’t really know until they come, and who knows when that’ll be.” Wilson shrugged. He took a second look around and noticed a few other trainees arriving, including Vanessa. Smiling, he waved her over. “Vanessa!”
