"Easily." Otto answered with a flat look. He never really noticed the mess half the time except when he tipped over it. The young man wasn't sure what to make of Eva's glee over his handful of suits, scratching his chest and shrugging. "I'unno. That one?" He pointed randomly to one in the middle. "No jacket though. Not if I don't gotta." Suits were generally uncomfortable and warm. The less Otto had to wear of it the better.

Fortunately for Otto, Eva's attention had been turned completely away from the topic of his messy room. She was focused on the suits, humming thoughtfully as she reached out and carefully pulled out the one that Otto had pointed to. Hmmm.
"Try it on?" There might have been sparkles in her eyes as she turned to look at him. Without any warning, she draped the suit over his arms, and while his arms were busy, reached out to swipe his hat. "Let's do your hair too, so we can figure out how you'll look on the day of the gala."
The hat went on Eva's head, and she grinned.

Otto looked down at the suit that had been draped "Wha-now?" Otto looked baffled, or maybe irritated. Probably irritated. More so when his hat was simply scooped off his head and onto her own. Eva would find that on Otto's head he also wore a bandanna. The teen's fondness for headgear was apparent.
Otto wore a flat look on his face. He didn't seem to understand the concept of trying things on beforehand. "Ugh. Whatever." Otto tossed the suit onto his bed and... began to strip right there in front of Eva, not waiting for her to move or turn away.
Hey, his domain, his rules.

Oh geez, he had a bandanna too? SIGH. "Oh, puppy, for goodness' sak--"
And then he started to strip.
...
"PUPPY. PUPPY, HEY, HI. I'm still right here!" She waved her hand in his face, just in case he had forgotten that she was still standing right beside him and was facing him. Really, Otto! You should know better than to undress in the presence of a lady!
Eva pushed the brim of her hat (or rather, the hat she stole from him) down, and for good measure, draped her purple scarf over her head so that she couldn't see anything.

"Huh? What? Where do you want me to go? It's my room." He asked haughtily, and just continued to take off his clothes.
Yep. Classy gent.
After a while, Otto had gotten into the suit. "Alright, it's safe now Princess." He muttered with an eye roll, seeing Eva hide her face like she was preparing for a blizzard.

"I didn't say you had to go anywhere," Eva protested, her voice muffled by the scarf wrapped around her head, "But give a girl some warning next time so that I can get out of here or turn away!" Come on, Otto! She couldn't help but wonder if Otto would still strip even if Caelius or all the other trainees were around, with the only reasoning being that this was his room.
...Scary thought, actually.
Eva actually frowned at being called a princess, but--fortunately--before she could protest, she turned around to find Otto all dressed up and...actually looking pretty handsome! That bandanna though? That bandanna needed to go. She reached up to pull it away, and then combed the boy's hair back as best as she could with her fingers.
"...Not bad, puppy! You clean up well!"

"It ain't like I'm naked or nuthin'" He complained as a refute. Would he have stripped in front of anyone else?
No one knows.
Otto didn't make much of a fuss when his bandanna was removed, mostly because Eva had said beforehand she'd fussing with his hair some. "So they say." Otto muttered, rubbing his neck. He still wasn't comfortable with this whole Gala business, but it didn't seem like he had a choice in the matter.
"I ain't a chic, so what the Hell ya gonna do with my hair?"

Not the point, Otto, not the point! Though she sighed, Eva made no effort to argue back, distracting herself with staring critically at his hair. "Hmm, I suppose we could...or maybe..." Perhaps it would be best to get his opinion on this matter (it was his hair, after all).
Kicking the door--that she had neglected to close when she barged in--closed so that the mirror faced them, Eva pulled a chair up right in front of it and then motioned for Otto to follow. "Sit," She ordered, grinning with excitement, "Your hair is kind of short, but lemme show you what we can do with it."

Otto stared with a lidded, disinterested gaze as Eva seemed to hum and haw over his hair. He blinked slowly, looking over as she closed his door (that had been open? oops..) and set a chair in front of it.
"Uh.. sure." Otto dragged his feet towards the chair and sat down, slouching and sighing. "Other than slick it back with half a pound of gel? Iunno.."

Eva suddenly produced a small handful of hairpins out of thin air, hovering over Otto and staring at his bangs through the mirror. "Well, like, we could do this..." She swept his bangs to the side and kept them in place with the pins.
...
Giggle.
"Okay, so maybe slicking back would be the easiest. But...I mean, we could always just pin back your hair instead of all that gel," She suggested, brushing his hair back with her hands and demonstrating what she meant.
...More giggling.
"You're so cute, puppy!" Wonder if she could drag Reine into this too? She wasn't sure if the other girl was in right now, though...

Her first idea of a hair style was met with a disgruntled groan. That style was just so.. so... nerdy! Guh! Luckily, despite the laughter, Eva seemed to throw that idea way. Why was she using hair clips anyway?
"What's wrong with gel?" Otto asked, not paying attention much as he picked his nails clean. You know, other than gel being messy, gross and not nice to run a hand through. Silly Otto.
He glanced up as she giggled again. "What are ya even tryin' to do?" Otto shrugged, and just let the girl have fun with his hair.

Leaning down so that her head was right by his, she smiled at Otto through the mirror. "Easy. First," She lifted a hand with her index finger pointed up, "It makes your hair all gross. Second," Another finger went up, "Do you really have that much gel on hand?" She had no idea who they would get any from if he didn't either.
She lifted a third finger then, and her smile spread into a grin. "And third? You look adorable--and very dashing--with the hairpins, I think." Maybe that wasn't a valid reason to him, but it was to Eva. He needed to get rid of those sunglasses though.
Like she did with his hat, the girl reached out, took them from him, and slid them onto her own face. "So, what do you think? I mean, if you really want gel..."

Valid points. All valid. Except the last one. Adorable? That is not something the teen wanted not be called. Dashing was okay, in comparison to adorable, anyway. "Well, whatever. Yer the one that wanted me all purtied up anyhow." Otto said with a shrug, looking at the girl through the mirror. If hair clips were a thing, then fine. Otto wasn't so fussy that he'd bother fighting it.
"Naw, don't need gel if ya say I don't. Less work to get it all out later." That was one good thing about no gel. It took way too much shampoo to get the stuff out.

"I guess that's that, then! I'll come by to help you with your hair the day of the gala." Tilting her head down, she looked at him from over her (his) shades. "You're going to be pretty popular among the girls I think, puppy." Or, er, he would be if he...kept his mouth shut or made an effort to be gentlemanly.
...But then again, this was Otto they were talking about here.
"Dance with Reine and I at least once, okay? Somewhere between the time that I'm running around with mistletoe and causing chaos and the end of the gala." Eva grinned, giving Otto an affectionate pat on the cheek before drawing back.
"I guess you can change out of that now. I'm assuming you want your stuff back." Laughing, the girl pushed the brim of her (his) hat up, eyes twinkling with amusement. "I'unno, though. I think I look pretty hip."

"Whoop-dee-dingle-doo." Otto said flatly, twirling a finger in the air sarcastically. He knew a little better about his luck with girls. Not that he actively tried to attract them anyway. Eva seemed intent on getting him with someone, which made him raise a brow.
"Yeaaaaah...sure.." Dancing. Did he mention he can't dance? He was pretty sure he had mentioned that.
Otto stood up, staring back at Eva with narrowed eyes. "You look like a total tool." He replied harshly, holding out his hand for his hat and glasses. He was so ready to be back in track pants and t-shirts. Otto hated dressing up.
