Mitsu just seemed so proud of herself. She'd always felt so insecure about her appearance not being scary. Truthfully, she wasn't all that scary, but she had managed to make herself feel good, so Mot left it at that. "You did well." He said with a proud grin.
FooFoo was absolutely elated to be picked up, his tail spinning around like a helicopter blade as Mitsu coo'd at him. He yipped excitedly, wiggling in her grasp as he swelled with pride.
Mot chuckled at his pet's antics.
The school.. was it safe though? Mitsu seemed to be thinking the same thing as he was. While he didn't want to worry the ghoul, he wasn't going to lie. "I think they will. It's not smart to pretend they won't. It's better to be prepared."
He stared up at the dark sky for a moment before returning his sights on Mitsu. "I know it's unreasonable of me to expect you to be escorted 24/7. I just worry. I don't want anything bad to happen to my little sister, so stay on your toes, hm?" He smiled fondly at the ghoul, reaching out and petting her head between her ears.

FooFoo was a wiggly poofball of excitement in her arms and Mitsu wouldn't have had it any other way. She continued to pat the pup affectionately while she listened to Mot's words, nodding that she understood. "I'll be more careful next time."
A smile formed on her face again when he patted her between the ears her head tilting up into the affectionate touch. "Are you by yourself, Big Brother?" Though as soon as she looked down at FooFoo she corrected herself. "Well I guess not. You have FooFoo and FooFoo is the scariest." She scratched the little foxfire's ears lightly wondering if it felt as good for FooFoo as it did for her.
At least Mot wasn't upset with her for scaring him, he seemed rather proud of her actually. Mitsu felt like she had made some big steps tonight. She almost couldn't wait to write her essay about it.
"I guess I should get back to the dorms." Mitsu said finally standing to her feet after setting FooFoo on his own four legs. "I need to wash the paint off and write my report."

"That's right." Mot said with a laugh. He had FooFoo. His trusty guard foxfire.
What scared him was FooFoo would be no help. A warning, maybe. And even if himself or Mitsu always traveled in groups and pairs, it would do no good either. The hunters were just too strong... Still. even if one student could escape, they could at least call for help.
The foxfire seemed to melt in Mitsu's hold as she pet him between the ears, so much so he wobbled on his stumpy little legs when set back down.
Mot stood up as Mitsu did, offering an arm. "I'll walk you. I want to be sure you make it safely to the dorm."

Smiling at her big brother Mitsu looped her arm through his, "Alright." She felt better having Mot there to lead her back. They could watch out for each other this way.
"We should spend some time together soon," Mitsu noted. "I promise not to scare you." She grinned up at him in an almost impish way. Pausing Mitsu looked back to make sure FooFoo was following keeping close to Mot all the way back to the monster dorms.
