Jordan kept his sigh of relief as quiet as possible. It looked like Robert might get overwhelmed with gratitude again any time now, though. Clearly a distraction was in order. He whacked Robert's shoulder to get his attention and said dryly, "I know your sense of style, bro. When you go shopping, I'm coming with you and making sure you pick something tasteful. With all due respect and affection, etcetera, etcetera."

Robert felt a little blindsided by all the generousness and kindness that was coming his way. He wasn't used to this kind of thing.. it was overwhelming him.

Which was, of course, why he kept looking like he was going to cry again.

"I will." Robert sniffed out, a big sloppy grin beaming at Jeremy, before returning to Jordan. "Boss, you have no idea how much I'd appreciate that." A big hand clapped his shoulder. "If we're gonna do this, we're gonna do it right."

He let out a short, coughing laugh, and quickly spoke the thought that bubbled into his mind. "God, it's like we're all asking Petra to marry us!" Then he sobered up instantly. "We're not though." He pointed his finger carefully at each man - was he lingering on Jerry a little? MAYBE.

Jordan laughed. "Thanks," he said to Jeremy. "I don't think we've met - I'm Jordan, and this is Ferros." He held up the heavy ring on his right index finger. It no longer even felt odd to be introducing the weapon, though he reminded himself that he'd have to be careful not to absentmindedly talk to Ferros aloud while out in the normal world again.

He smirked at Robert when the finger was pointed at him. Got it. Duh.

"So I hear," he said to Jerry, and busied himself with his coffee.

Robert did not introduce Jezebel, and Jezebel had nothing to say about it. Their relationship was so healthy.

"Yeah," Robert had to agree with Jeremy, with a low grunt. "Knowing Candace, probably be better off getting her a muzzle. HA." Oh, Robert, insulting people who are lending you money.

So classy.

"Yeah. So when do we wanna do this? Anyone got anytime specific in mind?"

Jordan shook Jeremy's hand. "Nice to meet you," he replied, then tucked his hands into his pockets to keep himself from fidgeting.

"Give us a few days to get our lists worked out," he suggested to Robert. "It'll be easier if you've got an exact number to budget with." His expression went briefly pinched at the joke about Candace; he glanced at Jerry, then looked away, saying nothing.

"It's the best name." Jeremy grinned at Jerry, giving him the thumbs up. He pondered about giving his nickname, but he wasn't too keen on everyone calling him 'Germ'. So he kept it to himself and merely grinned away at their antics. Candace...hrm, he was pretty sure he knew a Candace! At least in passing. Hmm hmmm hmmmmm...Oh well, just pretend like you know what you're doing and you'll be fine!

"...Then, uh, I really think you should find out." Though completely uninvited, Jeremy pulled out a chair and plopped himself right down in it, almost immediately slouching. Since he was gonna talk for a bit, he might as well sit while doing it! "Girls are super fickle...don't want her raging on you for a gift she didn't want." Shrugging, the blonde tapped his heel against the ground in a thoughtful fidget, even picking idly at his earlobe.

"Three days? That should be fine. How do we do that, anyway? Just hand over our cards?" As far as he knew there wasn't an ATM on the island. "Or just...get the money on our trip and bring it back in cash?"

"Works for me. And that's a good point," Jordan said. "May as well get everything done at once." He looked up at Robert, patting his friend on the back. "You going to explode if you have to wait, or you good with that?"
