Azure Ageha Kharn Wolfson Azure Ageha HauntedGhost-Lyoko Kharn Wolfson NASA said Monday the Kepler space telescope has confirmed its first-ever planet in a habitable zone outside our solar system. http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/kepler/multimedia/images/kepler-22b-diagram.html The planet is Kepler-22b. these planets have the right distance from their star to support water, plus a suitable temperature and atmosphere to support life. 600 light years away, Kepler-22b is 2.4 times the size of the Earth, putting it in class known as "super-Earths," and orbits its Sun-like star every 290 days. Its near-surface temperature is presumed to be about 72 degrees Fahrenheit (22 Celsius). Scientists do not know, however, whether the planet is rocky, gaseous or liquid. cool beans smile Is there something that live in there? They are thinking there might be. Today they have said they belive it to be a oceanic planet like a water world. Cool 3nodding ! Btw, how far this planet from earth? 600 light years away, so quite far indeed.

On Dec. 15th a new found comet entered into the Suns corona. The Lovejoy comet, discovered only recently by Australian amateur astronomer Terry Lovejoy on Nov. 27, entered the atmosphere of the Sun in an area that reaches up to 2 million degrees Fahrenheit (1.1 million degrees Celsius), so most researchers expected it to be completely destroyed. Amazingly, against all odds the icy wanderer survived! It reemerged behind the Sun and is even now heading back out into space. http://sdo.gsfc.nasa.gov/data/lovejoy.php

They should be able to get a good look at it as it is supposedto pass fairly close by the earth on it's path, last I heard.

I just have to say this one thing...
I have always sucked at science, because I never cared much for it...
Than I go and take a test that tests you on your science, math, reading, and literary art skills
And I scored higher in the science section then any other section 26 out of 30 >.>

Really my second best score was in reading 24 out of 30, and I actually like to do that =)

Not exactly a IQ test but it gave me a 21 out of 30 score, which is about average.
