"No, this is off-campus," corrected Europa. Still henshined, she began to rummage around in the kitchen. "It's cheaper than the dorms, and a lot nicer, too." Thank god that DCU didn't require their freshmen to live on campus. She thought she'd go nuts having to share a bathroom with twenty other girls. "I guess it's partially our fault?" she added with a half-hearted smirk as she opened and closed the fridge half a dozen times, as if doing so would make it contain anything other than half a gallon of milk and a carton of eggs.
"Destiny City housing market's in the toilet with all this domestic terrorism stuff," she clarified, starting to construct a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. "You'll probably have an easy time finding a place whenever you look. Most landlords are just desperate to get their rooms filled."
She paused to finish putting her sandwich together and cut it in half. Offering the cat a section, Europa raised an eyebrow and asked "You want anything else? Eggs? Saucer of milk? Can of tuna?" She stifled a yawn with a bite of her sandwich. "Otherwise, you can make yourself comfortable on the couch. I've gotta get to bed."
Under the harsh kitchen lights, Europa was willing to bet she looked just as tired as she felt.

Grus knew it would still be a few years before she would move out. Graduating highschool was first on the list. She could imagine that patrolling was a lot easier when you weren't at home. No one to wonder where you are and what your doing at this time of night.
Her head tilted in confusion before Europa clarified her point, she which Grus gave a guilty smile. "It's half our fault and half the Negaverse." She said, inspecting a paw before licking it a couple times while she made a sandwich. "I know my power doesn't do any damage to buildings and such, but I know someone who wrecks whole streets if he isn't careful. Not to mention the exploding fountain of last year. Poor Destiny City had become a battleground. and the civilians were the ones to pay the most. "At least the construction workers are never out of a job." She offered, trying to find a silver lining.
Grus accepted the section of sandwich gratefully, putting it down between her paws before saying "I think I'll be alright with this. Thanks again for letting me crash here." She couch sounded so comfortable and inviting, and she wolfed down her sandwich before pattering into the living room to see it.
She climbed to the headrest, spinning a couple times in the fashion of a dog before curling up into a ball. A content sigh escaped her lips and said "Goodnight Europa!"

Europa finished her sandwich and did her dishes quickly and quietly. Kat had vanished into her own bedroom, but she didn't want to risk waking the other girl up - even in her feline form. The senshi felt she'd taken enough risks by letting her friend be privy to the fact that she had a secret identity - the last thing in the world that she needed was for Kat to walk in here while she was still in her full, frilly glory.
She smiled wearily at the cat settling in on the sofa. "Good night, Grus," said Europa, and vanished into her own bedroom, de-henshining as she went.
