The boxer only leered at the smaller life hunter cockily as he stared back with what he imagined was one of indigestion. "Ya darn right you don't have a choice!" Leon hollered out soon after and released his hold on Before's thinner neck and flicked out the summoned chainsaw to life.
"Bring it, short stuff!"

Before reluctantly summoned Vanna, murmuring to his partner that it was time to introduce her to Leon. The wheel responded with a mental chuckle, He'll be getting more than he bargained for. Before wasn't sure what she meant by that but alright. When he heard the chainsaw roar to life, his first instinct was to take a swing at the taller trainee. Apparently he'd managed to put nearly all of his weight into it.

Leon thought he was getting the surprise attack in. But as soon as he saw the giant disc heading for his midsection, it was clear that the surprise was on him. it connected with a sickly sounding thump and a "oof!" noise before the proud boxer was sent a few feet back and on his side from the hit. "Holy crap." was the first thing leon was able to groan out weakly before standing up on his feet.
Before got serious really quick. "I see that your training has paid off." he then said more seriously as he walked back toward the smaller hunter. It was impressive, and admirable. "Nice, looks like i gotta be calculative about this fight." he muttered out as he gave a slash toward the hunters arms.

Okay Before did not expect to hit Leon. At all. He definitely blamed it on his fellow Lifer's small breakfast portion. "You should've let me buy you more food," he pouted :<<<<< "I mean, if I did that much damage, you obvs aren't in your best condition."
He brought Vanna up to block the chainsaw's strike, just in time as even though the wheel took most of the brunt, the impact of weapon against weapon hurt like a mo-fo. Before immediately tried to put some distance between them.

"KEEP YOUR CARBS TO YOURSELF BOY!" Leon bellowed in a rage and charged at the smaller life hunter with the big mouth. "You wanna see peak physical condition? I'LL SHOW YOU PEAK CONDITION, MY FIST TO YOU'RE FACE!" and like a charging bull, the former boxer set out to pummel Before while the shield was still moving to block the rest of the fist combo.

Teal eyes grew saucer-wide at the incoming slaughter that was Leon's counter attack. He brought his arms up to shield himself instead of using Vanna and naturally paid the price. "W-w-was it something I said?!?!" he squeaked, haphazardly throwing a stray kick at the boxer.

Must punch, must punch Before into a pulp, a pulpy before protein shake and feed him to Robert. it was the only train of thought that Leon could support as his fists flew into a frenzy on the shorter hunter. "I AM ALWAYS IN PEAK CONDITION!" he roared back at the lad and went in for another punch to his ribs.
And accidentally connected with his giant plate of a weapon instead. Just front the dull thud of the impact, he was sure that a couple of his metacarpals felt the shock of the blow before the rest of his body, but there was no pain, no bruising and no profanity spewing from the athlete's mouth. Fear shield, remember knucklehead? Nid rumbled out and laughed at his bearer's stupidity.
and the dragon didn't even bother to protect him from before and his flailing foot hitting his thigh. "Ouch man, what are you trying to be, a kickboxer?" he barked out and scowled at the hunter that left a fine bootprint on his pants.

Before peeked at his fellow Lifer through the gaps molded into his weapon, glad he managed to bring the wheel up in time. "I can't hold Vanna up and swing her at the same time," he reasoned for the kick 8CCCC and just to demonstrate that it was one or the other, Before went and swung the wheel at Leon. This time aiming for the tall trainee's chest.

Leon could have sworn that Before was saying something, but all the heard was "Meepmeep wimpywimpy blah blah." and then the wheel found its way toward his chest and knocked his feet backwards a few steps. The fear shield was great at defending against damage, but it wasn't a perfect block from the law of physics. "Well, then my fellow Life member, that sounds like you need more upper body strength." Leon said as a matter of fact and then rubbed at the sore spot on his chest.
Ow.
"With more training, it might be easier to do stuff like this." he said cockily and began to wail on Before with the chainsaw. "and this, and this and this and... this!"

Somewhere in the back of Before's mind, a face wrought from metal made an outraged expression. "V-Vanna is not fat!" but the wheel did have enough mass that kept Before's limbs intact despite the series of cuts and gashes Leon's chainsaw was giving. "Fuuuuuu- I'm going to hate laundry day..." DDDDDX
Silly Before, allow me to show this ungrateful fleshie JUST HOW FAT I CAN BE!!! Vanna roared as the amount of FEAR she'd charged with allowed her to grow almost twice her usual size.

Whoa, big thing got big. Nid blurted out as Before's weapon went all Godzilla on him. <Heh and you call me rude sometimes> Leon said back mockngly and refocused his attention on before and his discus "I didn't say that Before, stop trying to put words in my mouth!" he barked back and gave the hunter a shove, maybe if he was lucky gravity would made the other life hunter topple over, like a turtle.

And stumble Before did. But the upward arc his arms made from trying to regain his balance pulled Vanna upwards in what might be a clumsy uppercut. Still, Before felt her connect with Leon and added: "Th-that's what she said!" ;A;

And then before started to pull off some new tricks and clocked Leon in the chin. It wasn't fair to use a weapon to do that as he tottered on his legs from the blow that had his ears ringing. "but you were the one to state "Vanna is not fat, were you not?" Leon managed to queried once both feet managed to come back under control and the brain wasn't bouncing around in his skull. "So... isn't that you're fault your weapon thought that?"
Logic, even the meathead had that and he gave a gentle tap to the shorter hunter to remind him of that. "huh? you think you're own weapon is fat eh?"

If Vanna had eyes she would have blinked and stared at Leon like so: 8I but instead she snickered, Is he trying to turn us against each other? Oh that is so precious, she laughed.
Before promptly explained to the taller Lifer that a certain Moonie made the exact same suggestion and more explicitly suggested that Vanna was too heavy for Before. He went on to add that he doesn't have the ability to dictate what his partner thinks, he just repeats them. And when he finished, he slammed the broadside of the wheel against Leon's torso. >8I

Before was clearly asking for it. Him and his wheel of death life. That explanation could just shove it. Just as hard as that hit to leon's torso went and almost knocked him to his knees. "Fine, you wanna play, don't forget who has the more suitable weapon for destruction here." He stated boldly and let the chain saw ring out and its enlarged teeth go straight at Before's chest.
"Nid, supper's on."it didn't even matter to the dragon spirit that it was still early in the day for a dinner feast.
