Cass just smirked back at him. "So who else have you fought with a sword, mm?" she asked, clearly more on-the-dot about the things the older hunter had been saying than he probably would have liked from her.
"A movie group? That'd be fun. I have some good movies I've been meaning to share, and I'm always a good horror movie buff." she chimed in good humor, firing again, but missing horribly. Hey, at least it was a break to try and..break her down in a bit.
Ah ha ha ha.

Cass's face turned serious, even as she was caught by another onslaught of arrows, moving forward to swing at her next door neighbor, though even in the 'short' temper she was starting to show she missed. "You're quite the horrible liar, Bix. And I do not like being lied to." If she'd blown up her own head in a rage, it probably would be unfavorable to think of what she'd do with an actual weapon.
It seems even you can be serious, Cassandra.

As usual with Bix once the truth came it came in torrents. He started to run away from her first, genuine running, and then spun with his pale cheeks slightly red. "OKAY MARCUS AND I FOUGHT. SPARRED. DUELED. WHATEVER." He fired arrows at her to keep her at bay but they sailed harmless all around her, not hitting a single thing. "Everyone spars! It happens. Maybe some words were said.. maybe. I WON BY THE WAY." He darted again to the side, hoping not to face her wrath. Both he and Marcus had agreed not to tell her, this of course also came out. "We both agreed you'd be pissed so we didn't say anything... GOD CASS, SOMETIMES GUYS HAVE TO FIGHT! Besides we've been good lately right? Me and him aren't fighting or spitting on eachother.. or banging on the wall at each other.." Which may have happened once or twice. HP: 16 / 40 Damage: MISS

 It really was the only way to summarize the look on Cass's face when suddenly truth torrent began. It seriously like..flooded..literally..one thought after another out of Bix's mouth as Cass gave chase to the fleeing bow-man, moving to catch up with him, but somehow not seeming livid about the situation.
Stepping in she again swung up with the blade before she moved back, lips tight.
"And what exactly did you think I was going to do to you guys if you told me? Did you two squabble over pointless stuff the entire time? Seriously, you two have been butting heads since you first met and it was for no ******** reason at all." With the upper swing completed, she brought the weapon back down again for a second blow. "I have never asked you two to be friends."
There was a long pause as both of Cass's hands went down to her side, her expression hurt.
"So why did you lie about it?"HP:21/40 Damage: 7

"AHH!" Bix turned into the guy getting beat on by a girl in the school yard. He was struck and simply curled up and covered his head. When she stopped and asked he uncurled and peeked through his fingers. "Well umm.. I won and he was kind of beat up and he wanted me to leave him in the field and I was like 'No Cass will kill me if I leave you here.' So I took him to his dorm and he said not to say anything cause you'd be pissed at us for fighting." There was total honesty in his face, even if in a way he was pinning it on Marcus. "I figure he would know what pisses you off better than I do." His voice mumbled that time, maybe a bit disappointed by that fact since he considered her a friend and she lived right next door. "He's got a bad temper by the way.." Then suddenly his eye glinted and he took the moment to try and trip her with his bow, using it like a staff, but the end of it got stuck in the dirt and did absolutely nothing but bump her shin. "Sorry.." About the shin AND the lie. HP: 9 / 40 Damage: FAIL ;_;

"I don't care who won. What did you two think I was going to do, fuss that you two were fighting? If I was going to do that, I would have locked you both in my room and stared you down a long time ago to get things settled."
Still, she shook her head and took up both of her weapons (weapon? s**t, it felt like she was cheating somehow to have two of them), giving Bix another good swing of her blade before she moved away from him to give some distance. "Get up! If we keep talking about this bullshit, we're just going to make sad faces for the next week.
Forget about it.
I'm over it."

Bix took the hit and it was enough where he fell back on his a**. He was breathing heavy and his felt his FEAR sheild on the verge of collapse. "You win.. you win.." He waved his hand at her and Mina desummoned. He tried to catch his breath and just sat there a while. He could feel his butt getting wet through his pants from the damp grass. "Listen, far be it from me to guess how girls are going to react. I've been through too many crappy relationships to act like I'm an expert on how you people think." He gulped some air and it seemed to help him as his heart rate slowed down. Bix shoved himself up, now kneeling and brushed his butt off and then stood, dark spots already soaked into his knees. "Well it's good now right?" He was still somewhat suspicious of her 'okay with it' change of mood. Women could be so unpredictable! HP: 4 / 40 Damage: SURRENDERING!

Looongggg suspicious look was long and suspicious on Cass's part as she stared at Bix, even as he desummoned his weapon, waiting for a moment before she likewise desummoned the weapon in her hands.
"Honestly, I don't understand girls either. We're like one of those Rubix Cube things. The second you warp stuff out of position you suddenly have no idea what is happening anymore." she laughed dryly, looping her thumbs in the chain she wore around her hips thoughtfully. "At least that's one working analogy for it."
She offered him a hand to pull himself up with, shrugging lightly. "Yeah, we're good." Cass patted Bix on the shoulder, her grin coming back. "Do we need to go put some food in you to get your energy back up? Might be a good idea after all that running." Herself, she was surprised she hadn't worn her a** out already. Then again, it was probably a function of her body going TADA, YOU GAINED +10 STAMINA since popping in on this island.

"Well at least you agree." Bix laughed a bit and allowed himself to be helped up. He could feel the familiar weight of Mina's marbles inside of his jacket. He let out a sneeze and rubbed his nose on his sleeve. "Nice fight by the way. You are faster than me." He headed back to the building beside her. "When we get in there let's plan this movie night thing over a snack. Just not those cookies. I made that mistake already and had a weeeird time with one of the freshies..." demon_pachabel Fade to black? His weird newbie story is incomplete! XD

"I'm working on being quick and not draining just as quickly, but you're not too bad yourself." she chimed, following along with him. "And yeah, definitely plan a movie night, that'd be hella fun.
