Yuki sighed and stuffed her hands in her pockets. Despite being a girl with abnormally long hair, she was dressed in jeans with tears in the knees and a somewhat boy-ish graphic t-shirt. In other words, tomboy. In any case, she shook her head at Alitira and turned to look over the island. "Nope. Just got a ride here from some weird Aerodactyl after getting this rather creepy note. Makes me wonder what is on this island even more..." she said with another sigh, but this time it was more of an "ugh, i can't wait to explore this place, why do i have to wait," sigh. Slash, on the other hand merely dipped his head to Luxray before taking a seat by Yuki's side.

Getting off the Aerodactyl that brought him here,Nel was the 5th trainer to arrive with his Vaporeon by his side,he glanced around then asked a few other trainers if they knew what was going on but they didn't,not knowing what to do next Nel just stood where he was and waited for something to happen.

"Yeah, I thought so. Guess we're all going to be a little confused for a little while longer." She said with a sigh as she glanced at the other person that got off the Aerodactyl. Shock nodded his head as well, standing by Alitira and looking around. She quickly opened her bag, moving items around to look for her journal. Once she pulled it out, she wrote down everything that happened and what her surroundings looked like.

Yuki continued looking around the area when she finally noticed Alitira writing in what looked like a journal. "So what'cha got there? A journal?" she asked, tilting her head at the book. Since Yuki was distracted by the journal, Slash always took it upon himself to continue scanning the unknown area. That's just how it's always been: when in a new area, there was always at least one of them on watch.

"Oh this. It's just like a daily log. I write everything in this thing." She said tapping on the page with her pen. "I even write the littlest things, like what I ate or who I saw that day. Never go anywhere without it." Alitira added with a laugh.

"So does that mean I'm in there?" Yuki asked with a laugh of her own. Hey, it was just too good to pass up. Slash glanced over at Yuki and rolled his eyes, shaking his head at Shock as if to say 'you'd be surprised how I can live with her'.

Altira couldn't help but laugh and nodded. "Of course you are." She said. This might not be that bad. Shock seemed to have smiled at Slash when he shook his head.

Yuki kept a bright grin and folded her arms behind her head while staring up at the sky. "Well I guess that's all that I need. Not only do I want to make sure I explore all the ends of the Earth, being remembered by a lot of people will make sure I live on forever in their memories." Slash shrugged a bit in return to Shock, something that looked like a small smile spreading across his face.

"That's understandable." She said smiling as she shut her journal. "Me. I want learn everything there is to know about Pokemon and just like you, explore." Alitira added.

"Hm... Guess we've got some stuff in common then. Who knows. With whatever is happening on this island, maybe we can get through it as friends," Yuki suggested, looking back at Alitira. Heck, Yuki is someone who will make friends in a snap.

Somewhere nearby, not really in view, a boy dressed in a red vest, and black shirt, with faded blue jeans lay in the grass. A red hat was draped over his face, blocking out any sunlight, and obscuring his face. His hands were propped under his head, his left leg stretched out while his right leg was folded up, his knee pointing toward the sky. Curled up on his chest, rising and falling with the boy's deep breathes, was a Pikachu, it's ears folded back, and it's tail draped in front of it, covering the lower half of it's face.
((why do i suddenly want a really big Oreo cookie...? ))

"That would be nice. Then I wouldn't have to go through this alone." She said smiling. Alitira then looked around, and looked back at Yuki. "But what would be even better, is if we traveled with more people. It'll be easier to figure out what's going on and it'll all be over quicker."

Yuki nodded happily, keeping her hands folded behind her head. "Alright then! Well, we better start looking for some other people. Don't wanna be left alone with just us two. I'm sure there's gotta be at least... Two more people minimum that would be willing to join up with us..."

The Pikachu on the boy's chest rolled off as his chest rose with the breathing, rolling next to his neck and head, curling back up. However, even with the short range of motion, enough noise was made that the Pikachu could be heard.

Slash perked up slightly at the noise in the distance. Since Yuki was busy being distracted, only he noticed the sound out of him and his trainer. Yuki noticed a moment later, seeing that her Absol had his head turned and was staring into the distance. "Slash? What'cha hear?" she asked with a confused look. Slash glanced up at her and a silent message passed through their eyes, only for Yuki to nod with a smile. "Hey Alitira. We'll catch up later. We like to explore a bit on our own first, but we'll be back soon enough. I promise." Yuki didn't give the pink-haired female time to respond before she and Slash took off running. It wasn't too long that they came to the grassy area, spotting the sleeping boy with his Pikachu. Is this what all Slash heard? Aw man... I was hoping for something exciting, not a sleeping person and his Pikachu... Ooh cute! A PIKACHU! Yuki smiled at her thoughts and trotted over to the sleeping pair, tilting her head slightly as she stood over them. "Hello? You alive there?" she asked softly. Slash merely sighed and rolled his eyes, trotting over to Yuki's side.
