Slices of air cut through him once more, causing dust to rise and surround him momentarily in a dust of sand. Although it stung at his eyes and irritated his wounds, he used the momentary cover to try another Stone Edge.

More stones were thrown his way, and at least half of them found their mark. Frey had decided he hated rocks. The mental list of things he hated was getting pretty long.
Regardless of his hate for rocks, the Pidgeot threw some more sand at his opponent

The next burst of sand caused snarls to erupt from deep within Erebos' throat. Between dodging the stray clumps of high-speed particles, rising dust clouds, and crumbling rock pieces, Erebos tried once more to get close to the other to use another Stone Edge.

Frey glared at the Lucario's snarls and screeched himself as he was hit again with flying rocks. He was getting woozy now and his flight was a bit shaky.
Sienna, watching from the view screen, knew he was probably getting tired by now. He could use Roost if he wanted, but she knew he thought it was a "sissy move" and probably wouldn't.
Frey swooped as close as he dared to the Lucario and fanned him with more slicing strikes of air.

Also derp after your most recent post I realized your second-to-last use of Air Cutter didn't have the right die. Do you want a re-roll, or should I pretend you use Sand Attack? ovo))
Although Erebos' multiple uses of Stone Edge may have been annoying to some, he saw no reason to change his tactics for the opinions of another. It was an ideal move, effective against the bird Pokémon and suited for the terrain. And so, after going through another Air Cutter, he retaliated with Stone Edge once more.

(( oh herp derp. Yeah, let's just pretend I said Sand-attack. I can edit it so we're not confused xD ))
Oh man...He was not feeling well after being pummeled by large rocks for the uptenth time. The strategy was not unlike his own, although his air cutters and sand-attacks just seemed to be putting dents in his opponent, but not many real hard hits.
He could try Roost...But really, the battle was probably close to the finish. His opponent must have been close to as weary as he was, right? Totally. He would have to go on that instinct. So Air Cutter or Sand-Attack...Sand-Attack it was!
Flying on tired wings, the Pidgeot circled above the Lucario once more and showered him in sand and dust.

Erebos rolled to the side, dodging the strong blast of sand that caused air to rush strongly outward from its point of impact. For a moment, he lay low and tensed, riding out the shock, eyes never leaving the Pidgeot. He could tell it was weakened, but so was he. He couldn't risk another hit.
Maw glowing white, he let loose an Aura Sphere, confident that it would hit its mark.

Frey knew he was close to fainting, and the Aura Sphere to the chest confirmed it. Thankfully before a fall could do any more damage, Sienna was able to summon him back to his safari ball.
"You did a fantastic job Frey," Sienna said to the safari ball. She was never sure if a pokemon could hear inside of them, but it was the thought that counted. And she could just tell him again later. "Thanks for the battle! Your Lucario is awesome!" Sienna smiled and waved to the other trainer.

((That it was. 8D AND LOLOLOL THE "MOVE USED." XD In one of my battles I put "Play Dead" which confirms they really are bruddahhsss ahhhhhh. emotion_kirakira ))
When the battle was over, Erebos huffed, waiting patiently for the Stadium to resume its normal appearance. He had been terribly weakened by the battle, but not the point where he couldn't walk, and he padded over to his trainer once the ground was level again.
"So is your Pidgeot; I was worried the results would have been the other way for a moment there!" Genesis called, smiling back.
"Thanks for the battle, too!" she returned. With one last wave, she turned and headed out of the field.
