William gave a glare of his own as Leto chattered angrily at him, her voice going a mile a minute. If he was weaker, he would have probably squeaked and ran far away from the red demonic depths. However, he wasn't some pitiful creature and therefore didn't about to scramble away. Those few steps back and to the side were not out of fear (because of course he had nothing to be afraid of when he was the best living creature in the world) it was just a way to give him some time to think and reasses his moves. Nothing more. And that slight tremble that his little paws were making? That was anticipation running through his body, of course. Who knew what his friend was going to throw at him.
Thankfully the other rattata's blizzard barely missed him, and he gave a shaky sigh of relief at this fact. Not wanting to miss an opportunity to get back at his friend; William shot another ice beam towards her.

William's Ice Beam had missed, but so had her Blizzard. However, she wasn't about to let up. After a moment, she used it once more.

William jumped to avoid the blizzard that came his way, but found himself frozen in mid air with an embarrassing look on his face. The rattata's eyes were wide, mouth agape. He was thankful that his tail was covering his vital regions, not because he was embarrassed about having it showing. No, it was more like he didn't enjoy the idea of being neutered when he was in his prime and still needed to procreate to continue his prestigious line.
Hoping that his friend wouldn't hurt him, William stared on and hoped that that metallic thing following them would keep it's mouth shut about all of this, and not start any unfavorable rumors.

Sadly, the ice hadn't layered on nearly as thick as she wanted. Leto wanted Willy to be just as frozen as she had been!
NOTE TO SELF: Consider using Captivate for 3 turns to get -100 Att. Total so he can only do 50 damage.
