Gangrel was hit by the blast of air pressure, and felt parts of his body go limp. This wasn't good. Summoning another rock, he again sent it towards Erebos in a debilitation attempt.

Erebos was once more hit, and the attack was not so easily shaken. Leaping onto another platform, he used Calm Mind once more.

Your pokemon can use stat changes to help give it an attacking bonus. These bonuses stack. A pokemon can only be modified by 4 stat changes at a time (Example: You can use howl to raise your own attack 4 times, then your opponent cannot use any other stat changes on you. You can still use growl up to 4 times on your opponent though if they don't already have any stat changes)
If you RAISE YOUR ATTACK or LOWER YOUR OPPONENT'S DEFENSE by 1 level, you gain a +50 HP Stat Change Bonus when attacking.

((Derp, sorry. XD The rule wasn't there when I read the battle thread the first few times, and although FFN mentioned adding a limit in one of our discussions, I wasn't aware it had already been implemented. I've removed the raised defense now, and will roll for another attack in replacement if that's fine with you. :3
(Although, re-reading your post, I'm not sure if you meant we just continue on as is, and I just keep that in mind for future battles? I'm fine with any option, so let me know what you'd like. ovo)

Erebos perked his ears when the Rattata spoke, huffing once. Words past that of his trainer's rarely held any effect on him, but he had recently lost two battles, both of which had singed his fur and flesh, causing a smell so terrible Genesis refused to carry him to a Pokémon Center when it was over. Instead, she had reclaimed him in his ball, although she knew how much he hated it, and the losses were still fresh in his mind.
Ears flattening, he charged, taking care to keep himself balanced as he traveled across the platforms, his forepaws glowing as he prepared a Cross Chop.

Gangrel's eyes widened when the lucario lunged at him with a devastating Cross chop. Beginning to have second thoughts about calling Erebos out on his awful odor, Gangrel was blasted back.
Again his eyes turned blue however, as Gangrel sought to capture the angered Lucario again.

Despite the close quarters, Erebos managed to slide back from the force of his blow, falling deep within the water to dodge the Blizzard. Surfacing from behind, he tried another Cross Chop.

Gangrel lurched back from the devasting force, but willed the flurry at Erebos in a counter attack. The lucario's movements had to be stopped.

And stopped they were. Unable to escape the large storm of ice and snow, Erebos was soon caught within its grip and frozen solid. The cold pressed against his wounds, but they did little to calm them.

The snowstorm calmed, and the red returned to Gangrel's eyes accomponied by a smirk. Caught as the Lucario was, Erebos was not going to get off lightly if Gangrel had anything to say about it.
Which, of course, he did. A rock materialized in the air before the rattata, zooming towards the entombed Lucario at a blistering speed.

Unfortunately for Erebos, the ice was not so thin that an attack like that would instantly shatter it. He was still stuck within the depths and could do naught but glare at the other from his unmoving position.

Gangrel's grin grew malicious and wicked as another rock went sailing at the lucario. Erebos would soon learn the folly of attacking the rattata so powerfully.

The next attack was even more powerful, the cracks caused by the attack pinching and slashing at Erebos' skin, the small bits of air coming in icing his flesh and adding to the cold. Still, the ice was relentless and would not give him up.

Gangrel was wicked, so wicked in fact, that he decided there would be no further reason to take a chance with throwing rocks. Closing his eyes, his fur stood on end, static gathering all around. Eyes bursting open, a blast of electricity radiated outward striking everything.
