Well not really. I mean you have to claim the character in order to count them. We have someone in the guild who cosplays as Luka who has yet to claim Luka. Also claiming a character using the form of their song to make them seem different is... not how this guild works. It would be like letting millions of Rin's join so they can be "Meltdown" or "Append" form or something like that. That's not happening. You can only pick someone from the list. If the Kaito is taken, that means all songs involving Kaito.. all that is naturally Kaito is taken. You'll have to pick someone else. Let's say someone wanted to be Miku.. while Miku is taken there is also Zatsune, Yuki Miku, and Sakura Miku.. but the people who claim them would not go by Miku they will go by, Zatsune, Sakura, or Yuki. It gives each person the power of individuality.

Come on....they're not that hard. Tonio's bombing sexy...I would be him but I can only claim one character and I've done that with Sweet Ann.
Maybe Kiyoteru or whatever his name is. Aoki Lapis for starters, CUL, Tone Rion, heck maybe even add adult Gumi.
