Aleister was out walking around, when he got the message. His brow lofted before running to the classroom. Puca was summoned hanging around his shoulders, as he slowed to a walk into the classroom. Holding onto the chain as he walked there was a hum.

He gave a wave as he entered and found a chair to sit down in. Missions sounded like a blast, or at least he hoped it was more fun than the last one.

<Good. You could use some more practice.>

"I know," Sherry replied as she pulled her jacket on. She glanced at the phone again. Caelius had sent out word of a mission. Hopefully it would go better than the last one. Though Sherry thought it would be difficult to be worse. Hoped, really.

Not too much later, the classroom had been easy to find, Sherry poked her head into the room. Not the first to arrive by far, she was pleased to see several familiar faces. It helped to take the edge off of her nerves.

"Hey, Madison," she waved as she slipped into a nearby seat.

Cass had been debating sneaking in a nap, herself, when her phone had vibrated, calling on her to get her butt in gear and make her way to Classroom A.

She stared at it for a long while before taking only enough time to make sure her boots were on, she didn't have anything missing, and then was out the door. She'd learned quite well not to leave Caelius waiting, even if the bruises were barely green marks on her skin by that point in time. Still, she seemed eager even as she made her way into the classroom, ruffling her hair and looking around for a familiar face.

And there was indeed one!

"Aleister!" she waved.

When his phone rang, Wilson wondered who it was. As soon as he opened the message and realized it was from Caelius he frowned. Another mission (and a mandatory one, even)? It had only been a few days since the trainees had went to the Sahara, right? He shuddered at the memory. “I guess we don’t really get breaks,” he muttered as he put away the cellphone and searched for the classrooms. Unlike last time, Wilson actually knew his way around the island a bit better now, so he had no trouble finding the listed classroom.

He walked into the classroom and was relieved to find that this time he wasn’t late. Wilson nervously glanced at Caelius, who appeared to be busy with scribbling notes on some map. He searched around the classroom, filled faces of varying degrees of familiarity, but one in particular caught his attention.

“Ryan!” Wilson strode over. “Looks like I’m not late this time.”

Otto had received the text, and made a beeline for the classroom. If nothing else he knew better than to be tardy. However, as he entered, he wondered if maybe he was late after all, considering the volume of hunters present. He sighed and headed further in, simply hanging around until they were told what to do.

Socialize? Mingle?

Pshaaaaw.

Kat got a brief wave before Gale turned back to Eva, a smile flickering on his face.

"Don't worry," he reassured her, though he cast a wary look back at their leader. "It'll be...interesting, I'm sure."

Naturally.

Eva's compliment made his cheeks turn a faint red, but Gale grinned all the same, glancing down at himself. "Thanks; it'll take a bit getting used to, but once I'm more comfortable in it, I'll be fine."

"Nice new threads," said a familiar voice, and Gale turned his head, catching sight of Davey walking towards him. He hadn't seen the one-armed hunter in a while - he looked the same as he ever did, quiet and brooding, but the reassuring sound of another British accent made Gale just the smallest bit reassured, somehow.

"Thanks," he said, nodding as he tugged idly on one of the cuffs of his new jacket. It still felt a little stiff. Catching Davey's questioning glance, he explained, in a very quiet and slightly embarrassed voice, "Er, I was...promoted.

"But anyway," said Gale hastily, studiously ignoring the arrival of a certain blonde hunter who looked as bored as ever as he slouched into the room. Honestly, couldn't Otto ever be happy, for once? "How have you been, Davey?"

Promoted? Davey's eyebrow shot up before he got himself himself under control. It seemed so fast, he hadn't even realised people were close to that. Still...

"Congrats, mate," Davey gave a small, honest grin. "If anyone deserves it... And hey, definitely showing up anyone who wanted to treat you like a kid."

Gale had complained about being judged by his age when they'd been protecting the tent from the horde of monsters. It seemed the young Hunter needn't have worried - Davey had said the best rebuttal was to be awesome at the job, and here Gale was, first promoted.

He gave the blond a friendly clap on the shoulder. "I've been okay. Training, meeting a few new faces. And a few old," he added, thinking of Wilson, newly awoken and one of the few allies Davey had made during the island test. "Nothing quite as exciting as you, of course."

Davey would be lying if he said there wasn't a faint envy of Gale's rise in the ranks, but mostly he was just proud of his friend and fellow countryman. He knew he wasn't ready. Too much of his time had been spent adjusting to the lack of an arm, relearning how to do basic things like get dressed in the morning. (Not to mention, anger management so that he could be in the same room as Dr H and not wind up Hulk-charging the man and being instantly killed.) Davey knew that he was doing better these days and that was good enough for him.

They sure keep them on their toes... Or were work-a-holics. AFter all the last mission had been a disaster. She had not needed to see what she had that day... if anything, for Ceres it was a wake up call. She thought this life would be great.. slay monsters, yay. Other people whom did not find her insane for seeing things not there? Awesome! It was similiar to what she expected... but all the same, it had the drawbacks too. Whatever though.

She still thought some of their management was batshit insane either way.

All the same, she was here. The cellphone safely tucked away in her pocket, the text message on it open and not deleted just yet. Looking around she noticed some faces she remembered, either from the pods or from the other missions. She was still not super comfortable or knowledgable with people, so instead she gave a nod around to those she did recognise. Mainly Eva, Otto(though he got an eyeroll too), and Kat.
