A pur-like sound rolled up from Ozell's throat. Had it been physically possible she would have moved closer to Anari as he spoke. Ozell could tell that Anari was concerned about her drawing blood. Though whether that was for squeamish or vain reasons she did not know, or frankly care. Her claws dug at the dirt in her excitement but before she made a move to draw forth the red liquid she spoke in a sweet, purring voice. "There is no reason to incapacitate a willing host. Nor is there reason to spill quality blood and waste it on the soil." Her purring slowly turned to a sort of whistling hiss and only seconds after finishing her words she struck. Her deadly beak moved down and in one swift flash of movement a tiny cut opened up on Anari's shoulder. Ozell's red eyes lit up as the precious red started to seep from the tiny injury. Only a moment later one of Ozell's pawed feet was holding a glass vial to his skin, collecting the prize. Her eye riveted on the blood as it flowed from the flesh and into the glass.

Anari flinched as the little cut was drawn accross his shoulder, peering down at her sideways with a soft smile. "I... Find myself curious what you do with such a material, my little avian glory dollop..." He purred, nuzzling her cheek as she collected his fluids, eyeing the other vials hanging from her neck, which seemed to be filled in varying degrees. "It seems... Such an unusual thing to collect..."

Ozell only half heard what Anari purred as she collected his precious blood. The touch of his nose on her feathered cheek brought her out of her blood trance enough to comprehend what he was asking. Smiling, she waited to reply until the glass vial was mostly filled and his small wound's bleeding had practically stopped before pulling the vial away and looking up into Anari's eyes. Her own red eyes sparkled excitedly as she then began to speak. "The blood I collect is only that witch is good. Each one has it's own place in my collection cavern. I carry a few of my favorites with me." At this points she shifted away from Anari and flared her wings out elegantly. Dipping the tip of her black beak into the vial of freshly collected blood she continued. "I use it to adorn my flesh with the beauty of crimson blood." With that she began to add Anari's fresh blood to the marking on her shoulder. Each movement leaving a glistening trail of blood behind. She appeared to lose herself in her work.

He winced gently as he watched, snickering softly as her beak drew gashes of glittering crimson accross her fur, his own blood the weapon of such beauty, now. "Well... Perhaps, at that rate, I should be the only supplier of such decorations..." He hummed softly as he watched, tilting his head for a clearer view of such a pretty sight, even in all the eerie morbidity that accompanied it. "If the blood you wish to use must only be pure blood, the materials for your craft must be rare, after all. Am I wrong?"

Ozell purred softly as she worked. She listened to Anari's words and only paused her work briefly to honor him with a response. "You are not wrong. You're blood does fit at the top of my quality list." She glanced into his eyes, her own half lidded as she added in a purr. "You understand if I need to seek for more blood other than your own." She then dipped her beak in to the vial and again began to work on her markings. She was thinking about what he had said. His blood was good, pure blood but she knew that even if his was the best that could be found, she would still lust after other worthy blood as well. It was an undying obsession and finding the best would not stop her from seeking other blood as well. Though with each passing moment she was becoming more and more attached to the blood that Anari had to offer.

He hummed softly, trying to hide the disappointment, but shrugging and nodding. "So long as you understand my need to honor other Azrein with my presence, of course. I dare say others may not provide quite as willingly, but I will indulge your needs." He smiled and picked lightly at a couple of her feathers, careful not to break her work's concentration as he wandered over to lay beneath a tree, lounging in it's shadow. "Perhaps sometime we might share more than company and blood between us, in our travels, hmm?"

Ozell was silent as she worked, but listened to him as he spoke. She could tell he was disappointed and for some reason she felt a bit strange. For a moment she almost wanted to tell him that she would promise to only use his blood. But the thought quickly passed and she made no sign she had had the thought. Part of her design work lied within the use of a varity of quality blood. Though his would defiantly become a staple in her 'art' she wanted/ needed other bloods that complimented his. Moments after he had laid down beneath a nearby tree she finished the portion of the work she was going to do for now. Corking the vial and sliding it into the leather necklace she tuned her feathered head to look at the stunning stallion, a curious look in her eyes. She wasn't stupid, and was aware of what Anari was implying with those words but she was just not sure how to react to it. No one had ever made advances on her before and she hadn't ever been searching for such things. She was always too busy seeking and obtaining new blood. She blinked at him and shifted her wings then her eyes lidded halfway seductively and she purred, padding toward him. "Perhaps." She replied simply.

The stallion hummed up at her, his own eyes taking on a coy half-lid of their own as she looked up at him. "We will have to see, I suppose, won't we?" He purred, grinning, and gave a slightly clumsy cowl at the ground in front of him, tossing his head to the side. "Won't you sit with me, lovely Gryphoness?" he hummed, nodding towards the sky ahead, as he settled in his place again, the sky stained an array of such brilliant colors, it nearly rivaled their own pelts alongside one another.

The edges of Ozell's mouth curved upwards and she swished her tail. He was quite the charmer at least he was easy on her blood seeking eyes. His bloody scythe like markings stirred up her desire for blood and brought out slighlty different side of her than usual. And for some reason she was actually enjoying the feeling. Covering the remaining distance she looked down on him with her red eyes and gave him a playful smile before taking him up on his offer. Gracefully sliding to the earth beside Anari and casually draping one onf her feathered wings over the stallions back. She then followed his gaze to the brilliantly colored sky. Though the sight was indeed beautiful it didn't stir her emotions. Her eyes slid back to Anari's face. "I'd rather look at you all night." She purred seductively.

(Sorry, somehow I missed your quote...) Anari peered at her and grinned softly, nodding as he threaded his muzzle beneath her beak in a sort of hug. "It is quite the pleasure to hear such words from a creature so pretty. I must admit I would have spent most of it gazing over you, as well, my sweet." He hummed up at her and moved to nuzzle her cheek with a gentle headbutt, like a cat might, almost. "Do you spend your nights alone, often, or have you your own mate to spend them with? A stallion to keep yuor blood stores, perhaps? Or a mare to keep your bedspace fresh and clean?"

Ozell moved her head with his as he drew in close for an embrace of sorts. She hummed a soft, birdlike sound in agreement and pleasure. She was enjoying this, though she herself didn't understand why. She took the opportunity to nudge his cheek playfully as he spoke. "I have spent my night alone sine I was a little filly. No stallion or mare has ever kept my company before." She replied smoothly. She had thought about a 'pet' of sorts to guard her blood cave, but had yet to find a creature worthy of that position.

Anari gave a slender grin, chuckling back at her. "Well, you may count those days over, my sweet. I will keep your side so long as you would have me." He hummed softly. "If it be my decision, you sha'n't have another lonesome evening."

Ozell smiled, shifting her entire body to lean into Anari's black fur. Tilting her beaked face to look up at him she spoke in a silky, alluring tone. "Maybe you can show me what that means." Her blatant advance was driven by a strange emotion she didn't comprehend and a bit of plain curiosity.

Anari stared at her for a long moment before giving a grin and nodding at the mare, leaning close. "I would be quite happy to, my sweet..." He smiled softly, snuggling against the mare. "We'll share a stable tonight, then... And I'll be happy to share with you, my lovely." He hummed softly, and sat in the sunset with the mare for a little while longer. "Come... I've a two-legger's room in the stables on reserve."

Ozell leaned back into Anari as he leaned into her. She just couldn't shake this foreign feeling from her mind in the presence of this particular, beautiful stallion. "That sounds like it could be fun." She purred rubbing her feathered neck against his, letting her crimson eyes drift up to the sight of the setting sun. The brilliant reds and oranges filled the sky with what only Ozell would see as a blood mist of sorts. She snapped back to reality as Anari slipped from beneath her wing and beckoned her to follow. Folding her cream wings behind her she gracefully rose and move to the stallion's side. "A two-legger? Is it your pet?" She asked silkily.
