Tenka hissed viciously when the powerful attack hit. That hurt! Angry he sent another Charge Beam zapping at Voltron.

Voltron flicked his tail hissing slightly when the attack hit. He quickly retaliated with another chargebeam.

Tenka hissed. Why did the other Emolga keep managing to hit so hard? Dimly, he heard Shina's command: "Paralyze him with Thunderbolt!" Tenka hesitated, but knew he couldn't take another of those overpowered zaps. Paralysis was his best bet. Charging his cheek pouches, Tenka unleashed a numbing bolt of electricity.

Voltron barely dogged the bolt of lighting. He was going to have to work on his dogging skills if he was going to stop Super-villeins. Hearing Keria call "Use chargebeam again!" He shot a beam of electricity strait at the other Emolga. "Emol!"

Shina winced. At least this last attack hadn't been a critical hit. They had one last chance. "Paralyze him with Thunderbolt!" Shina commanded. It might not work, but even if Tenka were to attack and land a critical hit, he wouldn't be able to take another attack. Paralysis was the only chance. Tenka powered up, and launched another Thunderbolt.

Keria winced as Voltron was hit by the Thunderbolt, hopefully the paralysis wouldn't be to severe. "Try to use Thunder!" Voltron twitched as the paralysis took affect. He shifted a bit trying to launch a thunder attack.

Shina resisted the urge to cheer. Tenka still was weak, and would not be able to survive another hit. They would have to strike hard and fast to win. "Tenka, Charge Beam!" Tenka gathered his strength, and sent a bolt of energy at Voltron.

Voltron struggled again his paralysis as he stood up. He gathered electricity hoping that he'd be able to fire a Chargebeam this time.

Voltron seemed to still be incapacitated by the paralysis. "Tenka, finish it with Thunderbolt!" Shina commanded. Eyes aglow with determination, Tenka fired off a strong jolt of electricity.

Voltron collapsed after being hit with the thunderbolt. He looked at the other emolga for a moment before fainting. Keria sighed softly returning Voltron to his pokeball. She Grinned at the other trainer "That was a great battle!"

While drop-dead exhausted, Tenka was bursting with pride. He might not have been able to win in that nasty four on one battle in the mansion, but one on one, he could still hold his own!
Shina grinned broadly. "Thank you! It was a real challenge. This is the first time Tenka has battled with me, so I wasn't sure how we would work. I appreciate you taking the time to battle with me!" Glancing at Tenka, Shina decided she had best recall him and get him to a pokemon center. That battle had been close, and he seemed like he was running on fumes.

Keira chuckled "It was my first time with Voltron as well, Your welcome We should battle again sometime." It would be fun to battle her again. "I should get to the pokemon center." She doubted Voltron would be very happy once he was awake again.

Shina nodded and headed for the Pokemon center herself. Hopefully she would run into the other trainer again.
((I am placing this RP after Shina has finished supplying for the journey across Zatao caravan, but before she has left Katarina. Just a note for personal reference.))
