"Yeah, one maintained by each division, tailored to their specialties. They're good practice. And there's the gym, and the training grounds, where we're allowed to spar. It's good-natured practice, mostly. I can show you later, if you'd like." He'd had his morning run earlier, but a match wouldn't be a bad idea, Jordan reflected, and it would give him a chance to cover the basics of what their weapons' FEAR could do for Reine.
"All of them that I've met," he said with a rueful smile, then paused as it occurred to him to wonder. The Aria he'd known had been the traitor. What was the real one like? Well, his statement held true anyway, and the false Aria had to have behaved something like the real one to remain undetected, at the very least. "The Moon and Sun division heads haven't showed up while I've been here, so I can't say for sure about them."

"YES PLEASE!" Practically jumping in her seat, Reine looked up at Jordan with sparkly eyes. She left the nownownownownownonwonownowwww??? unsaid, but Jordan could probably see it anyway; she was behaving like a puppy with a bone dangled above it.
"That's odd, huh.. not being around? I guess they're on a mission or something?" Not that she particularly cared- though Jordan was a sun hunter, wasn't he?
"Who d'you guys get your orders from, then?" That did make her slightly curious. Wouldn't each faction answer to their own heads?

"Caelius, mostly," Jordan answered wryly. "When he needs someone to blame." He shrugged. "As trainees, we're pretty much the tiny little freshmen - anyone can boss us around until we move up." He didn't sound too upset about it, though; one had to start somewhere, and time and experience would fix that problem.
"Anyway, unless you've got something else you need to do, we could go take a look at the training grounds now," he suggested, getting up from his seat.
Are we going to beat up a ghoul? Ferros asked, amused.
She might end up beating us. You never know.
HAH. The weapon sounded distinctly skeptical.

"Heh heh. Well, it's not bad being trainees, I guess! You learn by starting with all the monkey work." Caelius sounded like someone to look out for, though- someone to be careful around. But whatever the rest said, there was something cool about the way they described him, and she was sure he couldn't be that bad.
"I'm free," Reine piped up immediately, the grin on her face more like a cheshire cat's than anything else. Practically jumping up, she skipped along after Jordan, ridiculously excited.
"Lead the way!"
