Those icy blue eyes blinked rapidly at Tropical, trying to adjust to the many questions and words that he'd thrown her way. Flicking her braids around her ankles for a moment, Dapple peered down at him and a soft smile spread across her muzzle. Her heart warmed a little and slowed it's rapid pace. He wasn't a threat, he was actually.... very sweet. Dappletail had come to the beach today to be by herself, to spend a day reveling in the beauty around her.

Yet life had chosen to throw this huge stallion her way to show her a thing or two. If his family was as... boisterous... as him then she knew that she would either have a massive heart attack around them or she would willingly walk into their midst. She was more set on the heart attack, given just how much the raccoon... Bird?... made her want to keel over and faint. If only he wasn't so boisterous as well.

A laugh came from her, dancing across the air between the two of them like a butterfly on the wind. The breeze from the ocean fluffed her mane back around her face and gave her a wistful look.

"My day? H-how is it... my day?" She knew exactly how, but he was too sweet for her, how was he this sweet? No other had been... except for maybe Frosta and that had been so long ago when she met her.

Dapple's mind wandered for a moment and she laughed again as she came back to herself and took two hesitant steps towards Tropical. He was... he was handsome.

"I would love to swim with you. I... I haven't done that in... a long time." Dapple didn't know what 'hide-and-seek' was, but it had to be something fun or this happy Soquili wouldn't have brought it up!
