"I only just arrived here Sir... I don't know if Asch has been informed."

That's right... Asch was Aila's partner, Faleen took another moment of pause, as she glanced over to the hall where the other Rockets must have been down, in various rooms.

Losing a fellow Rocket was difficult to take, no matter what circumstance, but to lose a partner... She knew a lot of partners were pretty close, seeing as they had to work together so often.
She only just got her partner, she was still learning how to work with him, but Asch and Aila had been together for longer.
Even in the sense of losing a resource, that was going to be a difficult adjustment to make in some cases..

An autopsy, splendid, Seth thought irritably. But it was standard procedure and it couldn't very well be argued.

"Good. Don't inform him. Leave that to his superior."

Which would be Kunai. She headed the department that both Asch and Aila were a part of, or had been. Plus, she would be able to certainly deliver it in a very professional manner.

Considering he wouldn't be able to get anything else from them, Seth turned away and huffed. "Stupid girl.." he muttered under his breath. "YOU!" he pointed to a nurse who was in passing. "Where is Agent De Valois?"

The nurse blinked, "Sir she died in-"

"I KNOW she's dead, dammit!" Seth snapped, clearly not having any patience for this. "Where is her body?"

"Um... this way..." the nurse said, before leading the Executive down a hall.

Raion, who had followed Seth and stood there in silence, now sat next to Faleen as his master tromped off. He looked up at her. "Ray," he stated matter-of-factly.

A labcoat-clad trainee bearing a clipboard under her arm danced aside as the nurse and executive moved through the hall, disappearing in the direction from which she had arrived. Her gait was almost bouncing, though she made an obvious attempt to sober her disposition as she joined the group in the waiting room. This was the infirmary, after all, and bedside manners were important even if she wasn't exactly beside a bed at the moment.

"Okay so hi!" she raised a hand just long enough to wave at the assembly, "So they sent me out here to give status updates, but I don't even know who all cares about whom, so like... sound off or something?" She held up the clipboard in preparation to refer the various notes she'd written. It was all kinds of balls that all they would let her do was observation, but she couldn't really complain given her station.

Eyebrows arched, watching Seth go over to the nurse, asking to see where they were keeping Aila.
Faleen watched him go, not following, though she looked down at the Raion as the pokemon remained behind, tilting her head slightly at the statement like noise he had made.
"I supposed its good to know how it happened" she suspected, speaking to the pokemon.
Umbreon, sitting on the other side of Faleen slicked his ears back a little.

It wasn't long before a young women in a Trainee uniform came over, and spoke about updates, though in an... oddly cheerful manner.
"I suppose we're all curious about the mission rockets..." She explained. "The Elites, Nyx... Ihave a partner in there as well, Grunt Izaya Orihara, Or Nakura."

Someone on the other side of the room, a dark skinned grunt who had been sitting quietly, minding his own business stood, crossing his arms and striding lazily over when the Trainee walked over, and the green haired grunt brought up a few names, Izaya being one of them.
He didn't say anything, but he got himself close enough to hear.

Claire didn't speak while Seth remained, flinching almost imperceptibly at his sudden yell. She was glad when he left.

And then some... incredibly cheery girl appeared. At least she could tell them about the others. The agent waited as Faleen asked first and a man she didn't really recognize immediately walk over - she didn't notice his unique appearance just yet - then stepped forward to make sure she'd hear as well. "Could you tell us about Agents Hayes and Aulus as well?" Honestly she really didn't know who else was on the raid, but the people she was closest to were all accounted for, and only one's condition was unknown.

Mau wondered why he hadn't thought to get mad and storm through the infirmary. Oh wait, he had neither the energy nor rank to pull it off. But then some spunky upstart came in and made it sound like their inquiries were like grade school roll-call. But they could get answers. "Nyx." Just as Faleen had wondered. That was who he was most concerned about. "And Kunai." She had been pretty bad as well.

His eyes shifted to a tall, dark skinned man. He'd seen him somewhere before. Where was it? He didn't recognize him without the wolf costume.

"Yeah," came a voice from the doors. It was a light male tenor belonging to a blond in glasses who raised his hand in a brief wave, careful not to bring his arm above the shoulder. "Agent Aulus?" Hayes headed over to the little knot gathering around the trainee who'd appeared. The last he'd seen, the scarred man had been unconscious and draped over the back of an enduring Pidgeot.

The programmer had eased into casual clothes after a shower, changing out his contacts for glasses and the torn Galactic uniform for well-worn jeans and a blue t-shirt that had some sort of mechanical diagram printed around the bottom. Apart from a slight curl to the ends of his hair and the somewhat gingerly way he moved his arms, he seemed fine. Being upright and walking meant he'd gotten off easy.

Raion narrowed his red and gold eyes at Faleen slightly. Was she really that ignorant? Oh well. The Luxray remained where he was. Obviously if he was still here, Seth would be coming back at some point.

Jerome shifted his own eyes when he noticed that someone had glanced over to him, meeting the tall, older dude's gaze for a moment, but otherwise he just turned his attention back to the trainee, teeth playing with the piecing in his lower lip while he waited.

Faleen lifted her head when she heard the familiar voice, spotting Hayes as he came over,
"Hayes," She said, tilting her head. "Have they looked at you already? It wasn't to serious I hope."
She knew he had gotten hurt while still at the Galactic ship.

"Oooookayyyy," she leafed over a page from the clipboard, "well I don't really know anyone, so I'm gonna need like actual names..." She heard a pair of names that matched up with a pair of words on the list and pointed a finger at Faleen approvingly, "There we go, that I can do. Let's see, um... Elite Agent Nyx, they've got her condition mostly under control, should be wrapping up surgery in the nearer future. She'll probably be unconscious for a while, but numbers aren't indicating that we'll have a coma on our hands or anything." She moved slightly up the list to address the next name, "Grunt Nakura should be through with surgery. Main concern with that guy was the blood loss, but luckily there's no real signs that his life is in danger from it, so yay!"

What was the next name again... started with an A. She flipped back to the first page of names, "Agent Hayes, um... He left earlier, so he should be A-OK. Probably." Knowing that said agent was actually standing in the room at that moment was not likely to have affected her comment. "Agent Aulus is doing all right. He was coming to when they sent me out here, so he should be awake by now if any of you guys wanna go see him." She pointedly paused so she wouldn't be interrupted in case any of them wanted to do just that.

She turned the page once more, pursing her lips slightly as she searched out the name, "Elite Agent Kuuuuunaaaii... oh, here it is. Surgery and stuff... She was undergoing a similar procedure to Elite Agent Nyx, so she's riding on much the same expectations: unconscious but not likely to be as much for too terribly long into the future. Good stuff." She let the pages of clipboard flutter back into a neutral position, "So yeah. Issat all?"

Her shoulders relaxed when she heard that Nyx wasn't in any immediate danger, even though she was still in surgery. They wouldn't lose another comrade, and Faleen wouldn't loose another friend.

"I see..." she paused, "Where is the recovery rooms?" Faleen asked the trainee.
Surgery, Faleen knew he lost a lot of blood, she had not seen the cuts he had, she didn't know they were bad enough for surgery.
She tried not to think about how close any of these rockets might have been close to dying themselves had they not gotten back to the base when they had.

Mau practically staggered back in relief. She had been stabilized. She wasn't out of the woods yet, but... There was good news. "How soon until Agent Nyx can have visitors?" He reached a hand out and placed it on the nearest wall to keep himself from faltering too much. He was suddenly... tired.

"Right down this way," she gestured to the hall she'd come from earlier. "Straight down and to the, uh..." She held her forefinger and thumb of each hand at right angles and furrowed her brow at the shapes. "...Left? Probably left. Actually just make sure you like, check before opening any doors, because I'll tell you straight up that you don't wanna go in the wrong door." She gave an apologetic shrug. Hell, she was just the new girl after all.

Her disposition softened at Mau's response, a warm smile forming at the corners of her lips. This was definitely the best part of working with medicine - being able to tell people that the people they cared about were all right. For once, her posture and tone properly echoed that of a nurse, and she referred to the list once more, "She should be situated in recovery in about an hour. If they don't let you see her then, I will personally smack a b***h."

Everything was stiff and it rather hurt to move still, but she had to admit, she was lucky.
The shrapnel that had found her had left only scratches. Her arm hurt a lot, but it hadn't rebroken, there would be a scar but that was nothing compared to what could have happened. Another scar would be left on her right side, just below her ribs, where a bullet had torn and burnt the flesh. That had been too close, she'd thought, when she'd learned about the wound.
She had been shot at. The fact that Agent Aila had actually died put across to her just how lucky she'd been.

She hadn't really known the agent at all bar a brief meeting and then from seeing her on the mission, but any death at all was a shock and it was pretty clear just what sort of an impact losing her at put across the whole team.

Tambrey had been tended too, cleaned up and bandaged up. She had been allowed to get rid of the Galactic uniform, been given clear advice about looking after her wounds and changing bandages... And now she was back into her own clothing; her hair was quickly brushed, but she hadn't thought to bother with a hair tie, the one that had been on her wrist before the mission had vanished at some point- likely snapped and left somewhere among the chaos of their battles- and her glasses had been returned to her face.
It hadn't been long since she'd actually left but she had returned to the waiting room; the only reason she had left had been to retrieve something that was not the Galactic uniform, after all.
She wanted to know about the people who had been more seriously injured too; Aila had died and now she worried after the others. She didn't know many people well, but there was Panther- she'd seen him injured- and his friend who had done the initial bandaging on her arm while still on the mission.
She listened as people asked about the people they wanted to know about, hearing names she could now put to faces and hesitated as Mau was asking about Nyx.
Tambrey waited until after the response was given before she piped up.
"Um, what about Agent Panther.. and there was a Grunt called Luxury?"
Would she be allowed to ask about people? She was a Grunt, herself, but she didn't see why not. She knew the pair had been hurt and considered one a friend, the other had seemed young and she'd been nice to help bandage her arm; she'd have felt guilty not to ask after both.

With the medical assistant's assurance that in an hour or so he could see Nyx, Mau basically slumped into the nearest chair and put his face in his hands. "Thank you." He said to the girl. Until he was able to see her, Mau figured he would stay right here. He didn't really know the others on the mission, though there was a nagging sense that he should get to know some of them. At the same time, he held reservation about it. What if something happened? What if, like Aila, something happened, and there was nothing he could do? No, stop thinking like that. Later... get to know more of your team. But for now, Nyx.

He only vaguely registered when Tambrey came in. She was on the mission. Beyond that, Mau wasn't sure who she was beyond that. But she was someone who was ok.

That voice! Aki knew that voice and peeked out from under the chairs. The people were talking and the air was pretty sad. The Vaporeon didn't like it, but he had to stay with his master and make sure he was ok, but the girl! The water fox slipped over to Tambrey and rubbed against her legs with a happy noise before sitting and looking up at her.
