"I agree. I'm sure the others who hesitate will soon come around though. Not everyone is really used to that sort of thinking," Jericho said while watching Hel.
"I bet you some hesitate because they feel powerless and feel it may be hopeless. Hopefully these people will learn that... they can't just give up there. We have to keep working hard to overcome the enemy."

The reaper thought Jericho was awesome before, but she thought he was even more awesome now. Hel was grinning widely as she carried the next rock back over to the pile, nodding her head vigorously. “Ah, yes, my sentiments exactly! Oh, it is rather refreshing to hear this from some one el—“
The reaper had gotten distracted, and mid way through she dropped the rock she was carrying. Oops. Hel blinked as she fluttered above where the rock was, looking a bit sheepish. “…Ah…” Time for push ups. The reaper let herself drop back down to the ground, picking up the rock and walking it back over to the pile it had come from. She then dropped to her hands and feet, and started to do twenty pushups.

Still grinning, Jericho paused as he heard a slight thud from the rock dropping down. Ah, so it was time for Hel to do her first set of pushups. He waited as she pushed it back to the starting point before dropping down to get the little punishment done.
"I guess all I can say there is try not to get too distracted, or something," he said. He wasn't entirely certain what the cause for the slip up was this time around. She could have just had a bad grip on it he supposed.

Hel did her twenty push ups and sprung back up to her feet, stretching once more. “Yeaaaah, agreed.” The valkyrie echoed before she walked back over to the pile and took into the air once more. She picked up the rock she had dropped, and then resumed carting the rocks back and forth, with little to no incident this time!
Eventually, Hel finished carting all of the rocks, and as the reaper landed to place the last one near Jericho, she turned to look at where the rocks had once been and looked a little surprised. She did it! Hel was definitely feeling a strain from doing such heavy lifting with her wings, but overall she still felt relatively fine, enough to try out another exercise.
The ghoul probably forgot that she was going to be in a world of hurt the next day.
“What is next, friend?” She asked eagerly, a glutton for punishment.

Before too long, Hel had completed the task at hand. When she asked what was next, he didn't answer right away. There were a few things they could do, but Jericho wasn't completely certain if it was a good idea to do too much at once.
"Take a break. If you're feeling up to it... do it again. Only this time take the rocks back to the other side. If not, just do it tomorrow or the day after. It's not good to do too much at once. You need to give your muscles time to rest and recover after all. Pushing yourself too hard will likely end up damaging them more than anything," he said.

Hel had kind of been expecting more things to do, other things to do, so when Jericho finally spoke up, it came as a bit of a surprise. “…Oh.” She replied, looking down at her side at the pile. Do it again, huh? She looked back at where they once were, her brows furrowing in thought. Well…break time first then! The ghoul gave another stretch before flopping down onto the ground.
“…So…I should start incorporating this exercise into my daily training then?” She questioned. “Do it once a day…for how long, you think?”

"I would say so. If you don't keep pushing your wings, they won't increase in strength," Jericho nodded. As for the other questions, he took a moment to think about that.
"I would say one set to start off with. Then as you get stronger, add more sets. I have some other exercises in mind too, but this is something you can do on your own without needing me to aid you."
The dragon had a feeling the Valkyrie was disciplined enough to keep it up as well.
"I'll come back to you in a few days to give your wings a slightly different exercise. It should be more challenging than the rock moving, I would think."

Hel gave a firm nod in regards to Jericho’s words. He was very right! “Understood!” The reaper affirmed with another nod. She stood then, placing her hands on her hips. “I will be back to do it again tomorrow…and then I will start doing it at least once day and increase it from there.”
She perked up when he said they’d meet again in a few days, along with a new exercise. “Ah, excellent! I look forward to it then. I will meet you back here in a few days.” She nodded again. “Truly friend, thank you for your time and effort. It is truly appreciated.”

Smiling, Jericho looked to the rock pile, then to Hel.
"Not a problem. Just be careful while training. Getting yourself hurt will slow things down and all," he pointed out, "If your wings feel too strained, take a break."
"Anyway, I'll see you in a few days then," he nodded.

“Understood.” Hel reaffirmed once more. Yes, if there was one thing Hel was definitely cautious about, it was the treatment of her wings.
“I shall see you then.” The reaper waved a hand at the dragon boil, and then wandered off, picking up on the habit of going for a walk around campus. It’d be a great way to stretch out and unwind from that training as well, and she also started to plan incorporating this new exercise into her schedule.
