Lizzy looked positively delighted at the fist bump, and something in her expression told everyone that she would cherish it forever.
"It feels like... If I let go I would be absorbed into the crowd and be swept away," She admitted softly, looking sheepish and feeling rather silly, "And then I would spend a day trying to find you and you'll have to carry me home at the end of the day because I'll be too tired from fighting the current..." She looked mildly horrified at the idea, momentarily forgetting that they could always call each other on their phones.
"Awww," She pouted, pushing those horrible thoughts away, "Well, I still... Have your jacket." She kept forgetting to return it to him, and he never really asked, "I am in agreement with everything though! Let's get you an awesome new wardrobe!"

And he'd have to carry her all the way home? Other than the sore arms he'd have, and despite the fact it was a joke... he'd like that. "Yeah, that'd be a real shame~." He mused, scratching the bridge of his nose.
"Oh, right." Mot laughed. "I figured you just liked it so much you kept it." That or he forgot. He did only have the two, though. "You keep it."
"Right!" Mot cheered, taking her to their first stop; a decent sized thrift store with eclectic clothing choices. There were many racks and shelves full of clothes and trinkets. "Ah, don't feel like you have to stay where I am, though. Look around." Mot was a bit picky with his style, and would likely take a while finding anything. Regardless, the reaper headed towards boils clothing.

"Really? I get to keep it?" Her eyes widened before she cheered softly, hugging Mot's arm and leaning against it happily, "Yay! I'll take good care of it, promise!" She would probably never wear it, but it was like a gift from a friend, and all gifts were welcomed and well kept!
"Awww, but I wanted to follow!" She pouted, refusing to let go of his arm as he led her in; the store intrigued her since she had never shopped in some place like this one before, but she didn't want to walk around alone... Not yet anyway.

Mot smiled fondly. The idea that Lizzy treasured something of his made him feel good. His coat was definitely better off with her.
Mot.. liked this turn of events. Lizzy was hanging off of his arm. Her energy was contagious, she smelled good.. Mot almost forgot why he was at the shoppe. Almost. "Let's see... jeans first I guess.." The reaper flipped through racks of denim, looking a bit bored at the task. He was only happy to be here because he was with Lizzy. Shopping was a hassle. If someone else could do it for him and bring him things he'd wear, it would be perfect. Still, a new school year deserved new clothes. Er.. new to him. Second hand was just cheaper for a reaper on a budget.
His head lifted at some point though while looking for pants that actually fit him, and stopped entirely. "Oooh.." He pointed across the room at a rack full of ponchos. Ponchos! There were so many! After wandering toward them, he also notices the best news; they were on sale.

Lizzy, on the other hand, was gasping and staring in wonder at all the clothing they walked past; she didn't know that those were second hand goods. In fact, even if she knew, she would still be as fascinated because she was actually looking at boils' clothing! With a boil! This was a rare opportunity for her to actually note down what Mot likes so that she could maybe make him something one day.
"Ohhh?" She tilted her head at him before following his gaze, "Ohhh!" She let go of Mot's arm to walk over to the rack, running her fingers along the material. She picked one out and looped it over her head; it was obviously way too big and way too long, covering most of her hoodie as it threatened to slide right off her shoulders while she shifted about.
"Look at this one! And this one too!" She squeaked, pulling another one off the rack and holding it up, her hands against Mot's shoulders to see if it would fit, "They match your awesome boots!"

Why so many ponchos? Did a poncho seller go bankrupt? Did some old lady who spent her life making ponchos donate her livelihood? Whatever the case may be, Mot and Lizzy were in heaven. Mot gave Lizzy a two handed thumbs up as she donned the over sized garment, turning to look at the ones Lizzy was pointing out. He looked down as she lifted one to his shoulders, mouth agape in awe.
"Oh, this one is perfect!" Mot agreed, grinning and holding it on his own. It was as if it was made for him! Many of the ponchos sported a similar design. Just his style. "These things are way cheaper than jackets." And way cooler, now that he looked in a mirror with one. They were so... rustic! "I think I need.. lot's of these." That way if he lost one, many more would take it's place!
His eager gaze fell to Lizzy. If there was something Lizzy wanted on their trip, maybe he could buy her something... It was nice she owned his old jacket, but he'd like her to wear something feminine that he knew was from him. Maybe a hair clip or something...
Until then? Poncho time.

"They are!" She giggled as the poncho was taken from her, admiring the way it might look on the boil. She then held the edges of the poncho she was wearing now that both of her hands were free, before twirling in front of the mirror, giggling at the way it flared out like a skirt... Only this "skirt" was on her shoulders. She wriggled out of it and held it out to Mot with a giggle, "Try this one on too? Oh oh oh! I'll go get us a shopping basket to hold all the things!"
All. The. Things.
"Wait here!" She grinned, running off to where she had seen a stack of shopping baskets.

Mot took the one Lizzy had been wearing, and watched her run off to grab a basket. Hmm, was this a good time to find something for her? But he didn't want to leave the place she'd left him. More so, getting her a second hand gift didn't seem right. He wanted to get her really nice things! Mot hummed and haw'd, slipping out of the first poncho and trying the next one. Damn.. he was really digging this style! Ponchos, where have you been all his life? From now on, never not poncho! Ponchos all the time! Mot reached into his pocket for his wallet, checking for a millionth time to see how much his mother had given him for clothes. "I could get... five of these and still have plenty for jeans and shirts.." He mumbled to himself, grinning then pulling out some more ponchos. Oh some of them had pockets inside! Handy~. His hand slipped under one of them, digging in the pocket for hidden treasure. Sometimes there was money left behind if he was lucky. What he pulled out was not money. The reaper looked over the accessory curiously. It was made up of the colours Lizzy usually wore. Mot's cheeks pinked momentarily, wondering if Lizzy would enjoy this.

Lizzy actually took a detour after grabbing the shopping basket; she had stopped by a rack filled with vests to glee a bit before remembering that she really shouldn't keep Mot waiting for too long. She could always return with him later!
"Back!" She grinned, stopping beside the boil before holding out the empty shopping basket, "This should make carrying things much easier, since you're looking for a couple of things~" Noticing that he seemed to be preoccupied with something in his hands, she leaned towards him curiously, the basket lowered to allow her to do so, "What do you have there...?"

Mot smiled as Lizzy returned, but clenched his hand over the accessory. Should he show her now, to make sure she likes it first? Or would a surprise be better? But.. she had seen he had something already. Mot hummed to himself in thought, then slowly opened his hand for Lizzy. "It was in one of the pockets." He mentioned casually, holding it out before moving to slip back out of the poncho he was wearing. The other garment choices were laid down inside the basket.
He looked back at the hair thinger, scratching his cheek shyly. If she liked it, he would definitely get it for her.

"Ohhhh!" She stared at it in mild wonder, admiring the design and colors; the way the crystals sparkled in the light made it look so pretty! Looking up at Mot, she grinned, "That's a lucky find! I wonder if the previous owner left it in there... Or if it belongs to the shop."
She couldn't see a price tag on it, but sometimes they don't put price tags on individual accessories.

Mot smiled. Yes, he would get her the accessory. He just wouldn't tell her that. He used slight of hand to make it look like he had put it back in one of the poncho pockets on the rack, taking the basket from Lizzy afterward. "I'll take this now." For one thing, he wasn't making a ghoul carry anything for him. Secondly? He slipped the hidden accessory into the pile of ponchos. Super pro.
"Uuh, shirts?" Mot suggested, since they were right there. Jeans were forgotten for the time being.

She looked on as he put it back, her gaze lingering on that one poncho before she mentally shrugged and handed the basket over with a smile; Mot was always such a gentleman! It made her rather happy, actually; chivalry is not dead! Chivalry just evolved into a cowboil. She took his arm again, now that her hands were free.
"Onto the shirts!" She pointed at the nearby racks, with a determined face, "Shirts? Button ups? Ohh, button ups would go so well with the vests and ponchos!" She giggled happily.
Shopping trips make her so happy.

"Of course." Mot rarely wore anything but button ups as it was. He wondered if he even owned any t-shirts outside of his PJs. If he did their origins would be a mystery.
He meandered to the section Lizzy had been snooping around previously, looking over the selection with interest. They had some really fun ones here. Mot couldn't help but notice that skull motifs seemed to be IN suddenly. Perfect. He set the basket down and shifted through shirts with Lizzy, pulling out ones he liked along with a couple of nice vests, stuffing them into the basket... as long as they fell under a certain price. Ones that went over a certain amount seemed to be tossed back into the rack like they were on fire.
"Is there anywhere in the city you'd like to see while you're here?" Mot asked.

"... Hey, Mot," She pulled out a t-shirt that had caught her eye, holding it up by the hanger with a soft, amused giggle, "Look at this one." It was a plain white shirt with a black collar and trims. However, Lizzy was obviously talking about the design printed on the shirt itself - the word 'Wanted' with an arrow pointing up in bold black.
At Mot's question, she paused, looking thoughtful, "What do people usually do in the city? Sightseeing...? Is there anything special to see around here?" She didn't exactly do her research.
