Chaonis might have been losing himself, but Navi was fairly certain she was already lost, willingly so. She still hadn't yet figured out just what it was about him that drew her, but she'd long since given up trying to define it.

He kissed her as if she were air and he were a drowning man, and happily she melted into the feel of his mouth against her's, the softness of his lips, and the inviting brush of his tongue against her own. It pulled the softest of sounds from the girl, half startled, but half simply pleasure. She pressed her hand against the back of his neck, the other raising until pale fingers traced along the edge of his jaw, thumb gliding over his cheek, and caught his lip briefly between her teeth in a delicate nibble before letting him go and crushing her mouth against his once again.

He moved ever closer and she mentally cursed the hardened plating of his armor as she arched her back and pressed against him. Pulling him all the tighter with her heels tucked against the backs of his thighs. It wasn't enough, not with that cold plastic covering his chest, and she gave a tiny sound in protest.

It grew when he finally drew away from her, and she leaned forward as if she'd steal another kiss before the look in his eyes stopped her. She looked up at him, cheeks flushed and chest raising with every quick breath. Hazel eyes met his own, dark and an indefinable shade lost between brown and grey, searching, but for what, not even she was sure. The pad of her thumb stroked along his cheek again, gliding up to trace the fine arch of bone beneath soft skin, then slide down and along his jaw as her hand lowered until she found his side. Feeling the plastic for any sort of buckle or clip.

Leaning forward she lay the soft brush of pouted lips against the hollow of his throat, kissing slowly up until the drape of dark fabric stopped her progression. Carefully she slide her hand from his neck, the tips of her fingers curling under the edge of his armor, and nudged aside as much as it would go, then resumed the slow, deliberate press of her lips against his skin. Pausing now between each slow kiss to speak. "Are you still planning on beating me to a pulp?"

"Something like that," he said with a grunt, shaking his head. How long could they go on like this before they did something really stupid? Chaonis was all for really stupid, of course, as it was basically what he built his existence around.

Really stupid was what he did.

Here they were, meeting in secret, wrapped up in a passion neither understood and certainly couldn't place. They found something they hadn't expected, during what should have been a fight. Instead, music soothed the beast that was the Senshi of Danger, and quelled what should have been a rivalry, a hatred. They were enemies, and Chaonis still felt it. That edge to their interactions, that shudder from her aura that reminded him she was nothing but chaos, in many different ways. And that just drew him to her even more.

Danger. That was always it with him. It was the sphere he embodied, and he felt it was perfectly suited even on normal days. He was a thrill seeker, a man always pushing the limits and looking for fights, some he knew he couldn't win. But this had never occurred to him, and he was still struggling to keep up with it even as he was completely enveloped by it. Maybe struggling was the wrong word to use.

If he were struggling, he might have been resisting, but he wasn't.

The feel of her lips on his skin made him groan deep in his chest, but he knew his armor was not going to come off without his aid. His hands were on her sides, gripping her tightly, holding himself near her as if he thought she was going somewhere. Not that she could, considering how she had tied herself to him.

"This is ridiculous," he pointed out, though it was hard to talk when he was kissing her, and certainly hard to care about his words at all or spare a thought to putting them together. Still, he managed somehow, though he didn't elaborate on his comment, and seemed hardly to notice it.

She opened her eyes enough to look up at him as he spoke, grinning with lips still gingerly kissing along the warm edge of his shoulder. So the threat still stood, but did it mean the same now that it had then? Or was it more innuendo then literal now? She was admittedly curious.

The groan was like music to her ears, and pushed a little more at the shoulder of his armor, freeing up another inch or so of untouched skin she could slide her lips along, kissing and nibbling ever so softly. Pausing only as he murmured a comment, though his tone seemed distracted. She liked that, that the feel of her mouth was enough to make thinking just a little more difficult.

One hand lifted to press lightly against the opposite side of his neck, and she rested her cheek against the warm skin where she had just been kissing, face nuzzling in along the hollow of his throat. "Perhaps."

From his stand point there wasn't much of a point to what they were doing beyond having a good time, and if you were selfish enough for it, how much more reasoning did you really need? They weren't hurting anyone, so was it really all that bad? Was a victimless crime really a crime?

Besides, they were having a really good time.

She pressed closer to him, raising up so she could lay her mouth just beneath his ear, murmuring quietly against soft skin. "Does that mean you want to stop?" The question was punctuated with the brush of her lips against the lobe of his ear, sucking gently. It was rather underhanded teasing him like that after asking him such a serious question, but she really didn't want the answer to be 'yes', and she was willing to cheat a little to get what she wanted.

"No."

Chaonis probably should not have answered that question so easily, or without a proper amount of thought. He kissed her, whatever skin she allowed him to reach, or he could make his way to, while she was doing the same. His hands were tugging at her fuku, smoothing over his skin, fingers gripping her to tug her to him whenever he wasn't satisfied enough with the contact between them.

There were plenty of things wrong with this moment, with this interaction, but Chaonis wasn't thinking about any of them. They didn't matter. He was his own leader, he made his own rules. It wasn't bending them to allow for something like this, unless he decreed it. And he didn't.

Where ever this went, whatever they ended up doing or not doing, it was their business alone. Two soldiers in a war, two fighters on different teams, two reckless teenagers looking for fun. What was the difference? He would still be the same man tomorrow, and would still fight the same battles. It wasn't like he was attaching sentiment here, and neither was she.

Right?

The one word answer was enough to make her pulse speed all the faster, and with that simple little response all pretense of caution withered away.

She shuddered as he resumed his sweet attack of lips and teeth along any inch of skin he could access, a moan raising up to fill the music room and drown out the sound of hands tugging at clothing and bodies alike. Things were heating up, and fast, and it didn't seem as though anything seemed likely to cool the fire that had flared up between them.

It wasn't the right choice, but wasn't entirely the wrong choice either. Neither senshi seemed to be suffering under the illusions that there was anything there between them then what was obvious. Heat, lust, and an addicting amount of danger and rebellion.

Sure there were feelings involved, but not some grand love story, no ties of fate.

She cared, it was impossible not to. If they met on a battlefield she would hesitate, and it would probably cost her, but she would fight back, just as he would.

They were just going to have to avoid confrontation, for now.
