Sierra raised an eyebrow at the Drifblim's enthusiastic 'dining', though none could say if the reaction was one of amusement, or disgust. The Rocket had her personal wall calmly in place, her mind focused on the business at hand. As she pulled out her Rocket Dex to double check that the device was switched off, she also glanced over the Pokeballs hidden alongside. All four of her partners were there, ready to back her up at a moment's notice. For such an important mission, in enemy territory, she had a thought that...perhaps it was a good thing she'd not been on one of these raids at an earlier time.
She could just imagine what horrible things could have happened if she'd been on a mission back when Marle still hated her and caused trouble on purpose. She'd be wary enough about calling out the enthusiastic Pikachu now, unless they expressly needed the Electric type. It wasn't her fault; Marle was just so young.
Her possessions were hidden once more and Sierra took one last look over her disguise. "Here we go," she muttered softly, falling into step behind Kunai, near a female agent with green hair and a male who seemed to be her partner, possibly, with the air of familiarity between them.

"Here we go then!" Aulus said with a grin to Hayes, grabbing his staff and swinging it over his shoulder once they were out of the helicopter. As they moved towards the Drifblim he pondered letting Tortie out in order to be prepared if the s**t hit the fan unexpectedly, but given she was probably still grumpy about having been dyed maybe that wasn't such a great plan after all.
Hayes' first instinct would always be technology; he was a programmer before he was a trainer, and this had quite a bit to do with his failure to send out any Pokemon before they were strictly needed. He just grinned back at his partner as they left the copter. The edges of his 'dex were worn smooth from frequent handling but the power button was practically new. Hayes held it down and for the first time in months, the screen went dark. The blond stowed it under the uniform top and looked up in time to see Kunai's viscous exchange with Newton. "So you're tanking for me on this one?" he muttered as he fell into step beside Aulus.
"Ha! You're such a dork," Aulus grinned, fetching out his own 'dex and turning it off. "Sure though," he nodded, "I got your back." Noting Tambrey, Aulus gave the familiar girl a nod of acknowledgement. "Alright there?" Probably ought to watch her back as well. "Looking forward to a bit of action?"

The first thing he did upon stepping out of the copter was stretch. It was hard to do in the uniform but he managed, rolling his shoulders. and cracking a few places before swiftly shutting off his rocket dex.
Suddenly there was a grunt hovering near his side and he blinked. "Well hello Luxury. Did you survive?" he flashed her a small smile to show he was joking. He hadn't heard any screams, except from 1337. He chose to ignore him.
He recognized Newton as Nyx's pokemon. It was too bad Nika was back at the base, they could have kept each other entertained. He gave the pokemon a nod as he walked by it, fallowing Kunai up the hill and resisted the urge to take off the top of the outfit.

Mau actually cracked a smile seeing Newton. That was a good sign. He was glad that Newton got a Jar of jelly. Maybe he should get another when they got back to base. He reached into an inner pocket of his coat and turned checked to see that the dex was off. He'd turned it off, and fastened the snap on the secret pocket again.
Mau looked at the others, who began to fall in line with Kunai. He hung back a step to allow the more eager participants to start forward before falling in step. His hand rested on a pokeball, gently toying with the round object. He wondered just how well he would fare this time. Had he been lucky before? Against Lance the traitor, against Galactic before, had he escaped injury by luck? No. Of course not. They were all skilled in what they did. This had nothing to do with luck. He steeled his face again. They were heading into enemy territory.
He glanced at the grunts behind him. How many of them were on their first mission? He hardly recognized anyone. There were a few faces that registered familiarity, but beyond that...
He glanced at Aulus as he spoke with Hayes. They seemed to take a light hearted approach to this. Perhaps Mau needed to... relax.

It wasn't long after that the helicopter landed, and everyone was told to get out. Faleen joined the rest of the team, following their Elite's lead up the hill, where a Pokemon Faleen recognized as one of Nyx's was there, waiting for them.
Faleen stopped in the grass, quietly watching the exchange of... what looked like Jelly? for the beacon.
The robotic engineer was quick to turn her Pokedex off, and stow it securely in a pocket of her uniform, making sure that it will be out of sight, and not likely to fall out randomly during this mission, She knew she would have a really hard time explaining that. At the same time, her other hand reached onto her belt, where she had to move all of her dusk and pokeballs, save for her Charizard's dark ball, that was also stored where it could not be seen. Plucking one of the pokeballs from her belt, she enlarged it, and activated the function to release. It popped open, like normal in her hand, and made the noise and flashing as if a Pokemon had just been let out. but where the Pokemon actually was... was the bigger question. as far as anyone was concerned there was no Pokemon in the ball.
Faleen didn't seem worried bout it though, as she closed the pokeball a second later and stowed it.
As they continued, Faleen glanced over at Sierra, who stepped closer to her, offering a kind smile. This was a grunt she had never met before, she only knew her name becasue she was named on the list of Rockets on this mission.

At least being out of the helicopter meant there were other things to focus on. Less awkward 'look away quick' stares and other uncomfortable things. Mission stress or not, fresh air was just pleasant. And it felt good to actually stretch out a little bit after being sat down for a little while.
The ghost type was recognised; one of the first pokemon she'd met on the Rocket base. It had been a while, but such a pokemon; these things always made an impression. She smirked a little as she observed the exchange, then blinked, refocusing as they were told to switch off their dexes. Good idea. Like a movie-goer reminded by the start of the film about their mobile phone, she was soon pressing the button to switch the device off.
She certainly wasn't really expecting to be addressed, familiar people or not, but offered what she hoped was a 'mission-ready' smile and very nearly offered a thumbs up but caught herself and turned it into... a horribly awkward playing with her hair tie again. "Not... bad." She nodded. "As ready as I can be. Um, how about you?" Of course they were ready... Aulus had a sort of -always- ready aura...

With Newton's direction, finding Galactic HQ was easy. The pleasant rolling hills of the surrounding area provided them good cover as they approached. Before long, a looming figure appeared in the distance. They couldn't get a good look without risking being spotted, but the strange building they'd come upon was, without a doubt, an absolutely massive airship. It was sleek, dark and currently not airborne. The grass around the airship was worn away. It had been parked there for a while and had obviously seen a lot of vehicle activity in the immediate area. The elite's brow furrowed slightly at the set up. In a tone audible to the rest of the team, she gave her assessment. "...we cannot just walk in. Until further notice, everyone needs to stay out of the sight of that craft. We do not need the Galactics to spot us before we can even get to the door. Our intelligence has informed us that Team Galactic is known to send out strange vehicles at all hours of the day. We will wait for opportunity to present itself. We will overtake one of their vehicles once it is out of the airship's sight." As if to lead by example, she crouched down in place, as if settling into that spot. She was already reaching into her pouch again, pulling out something that almost looked like a high-tech grappling gun. Probably some sort of toy Faleen or 1337 came up with.

Sierra returned the smile with a pleasant nod, then they were off. The journey over the hills itself was uneventful, though when Kunai spoke once more, it gave the Rocket some pause. They'd have to hijack a Galactic vehicle to get in? Subtle.
Still, there didn't seem to be any other options presenting themselves, so...hijacking it would be. Glancing about, Sierra took up position behind a tree, hand on the trunk for balance as she crouched down. Darn Galactic uniform didn't give a lot of freedom of movement, making the simple action all the more difficult. "Hopefully, we won't be out here all day," she murmured, thinking mostly of the awkward uniform. "Won't be able to move if I sit in this stupid thing for too long."

Inigo, for one, was used to sitting in one spot or posture for extended periods, but he stretched all the same before following the rest of the group up the hill. When Kunai said to turn off their dexes, he slid a hand into his pocket to pull his out, turn it off, then tucked it back in so it wouldn't fall out or anything. It would probably be one of those bad things if it fell out while he was on the Galactic base... which looked really freaking cool, holy crap.. His eyebrows rose in surprise at the sheer size of the thing, covered in engines and propellers..
Despite how cool it was, Inigo couldn't help but be very glad their base didn't fly. He liked the ground, thank you very much, and most of the things on it. ...like that plant over there. Ohh, he knew what genu-- nope, no, he had to focus. Mission. He was on a mission, there was no time to study the local plantlife here. ...no matter how freaking badly he wanted to.

Faleen wasn’t sure what to expect, this seemed like a rather odd place to have a base, and the longer they walked, the more questions ran through her mind. She knew from previous information from Lucas that the Galactics moved around a lot, and that fact always bothered her, since how in the world could you move a whole base, and all personnel as often as they did? It didn’t make sense.
… Unless your base was a FLYING SHIP! Faleen’s jaw dropped before she could stop herself, her eyes, that looked more green than usual, brought out by the color of her hair widened as she stared at the MASSIVE airship, settled on the ground in the distance. “Wha- …”
Oh it was beautiful, if only it didn’t have that stupid galactic logo on it, but oh my gosh… how did they do that? She couldn’t be distracted by it for very long, as the group was just as quickly withdrawn into a more hidden location, away from sight of the airship.
“That’s how they get around, they have a flying base.” Faleen hissed, mostly to herself, before looking up at the Rockets. “Do you have any idea how long it would take to build something like that?!” she hissed again. Clearly more surprised by this fact then someone really should be.
She wanted to get her hands on it, she wanted to see how it worked… but at the same time, she wanted to blow the thing up, if only to end the Galactics here and now. Thankfully, that’s probably not what they were here to really do. Seeming to forget everything about how uncomfortable the uniforms were, Faleen knelt down with the rest of them. She might have been caught off guard, and awed by the ship, but she wasn’t losing focus. Do be honest she was just as curious to see what kind of smaller ground vehicles they were using.

Hayes was listening intently with a serious expression. This was a mission of great importance, and he was focused and ready. That didn't stop him from muttering 'into Mordor' at Aulus out of the side of his mouth.
"Ready? Only always," Aulus said with a grin to Tambery, partially posturing good naturedly and partially trying to be reassuring, last thing they needed was a nervous nelly stuttering around the place.
When Hayes muttered in his ear he couldn't help but crack a grin poke him subtly in the ribs whispering back; 'Which one are you then, the nancy elf?' Waiting. Ugh. He didn't want to wait, he did want to just walk into Mordor and start hitting the goblins or orcs or whatever they were until he got to the top of the tower and poked the fiery eyeball in the... uh... in the eye with his staff. Much as he wanted to rush in though he knew that the elite was right, and as such obeyed her without grumbling. Soon enough, soon enough.
Glancing at Faleen as she babbled about the ship, Aulus just shrugged. It was a ship. It was big. Impressive, sure, but he didn't really get what the fuss was about; between her and Hayes there was way more geek going on than he was used to dealing with.

She cut the power to her pokedex as instructed and stashed it on her person in a way that wouldn't be easily shaken loose. Losing her Rocketdex under normal circumstances was disgraceful enough, but to lose it in Galactic territory was just plain hazardous. Aila wordlessly remained amidst the group, staring with a mild expression of surprise as the Galactic headquarters came into view. It was known that their base was mobile, but she hadn't expected such sheer mass. The agent took Kunai's cue and knelt in the grass, watching the base for signs of movement. It felt odd being on a mission without her partner, but she had managed it before; she had, in fact, managed without any partner at all. For now, it was a waiting game, and she was nothing if not patient.

The grunt smiled a little at Agent Panther in return, and nodded. "Yes, in fact. I'm just glad it was you flying." Would she admit it's what made the whole thing a little less scary? No way in hell.
As the trekked across the hills, Luxury looked around at the other grunts, nearly tripping in her brief distraction. They all seemed to be holding up ok, at least on the outside. Luxury herself kept calm on the outside, though she had to do a mental check to watch her foot placement. Last thing she needed was to fall flat on her face in front of everybody.
Which nearly happened again once she saw the big hunken heap of flying metal in front of them. Jeebuz! Really, Team Galactic, really? Their base was an air ship? Well, once one thought about it it made perfect sense. Galactic. Duh. Still, it didn't help Luxury pick her dropped jaw off the ground any sooner. A quick glance around her showed she wasn't the only one in shock, and she numbly shook her head as a green haired agent spoke to no one in particular about time.
Once Kunai spoke, though, all her attention was focused on the task at hand.
"Oooo," She dramatically rubbed her hands together and murmured at the Elites words. "Grand Theft Auto, I like it!" Eyes lighting up, she followed suit and ducked behind a tree. This was going to be fun. Luxury had always wanted to steal a vehicle, and here was the opportunity on a silver platter. Well, maybe a dull rusty plater, considering they were on a mission to recover one of their own. Ok, not the best of circumstances... But, hey, at least they could have a bit of fun busting her out of there.

Big, big flying secret base. That was both neat and disturbing. Galactic had a huge, moving base. What if they... randomly flew over the desert and saw HQ or something. What else did they have? If this was the base... Mordor was not her immediate thought. "Castle Wulfenbach..." She breathed for a moment, then remembered to start paying attention again. She grinned at Aulus' attempt to be reassuring. It was actually neat to hear. And the whispering exchange between Hayes and Aulus got an appreciative smirk for what she could hear of it. She was noting the plan too, though. Every detail. Every detail was important to know and note... and even repeat the plan to herself in an under-the-breath mutter. "Shouldn't someone be getting a picture or something?" She muttered. Though.. well, pokedexes off.

The group would have a decent wait before anything worthwhile came into range. Taking turns peering over the hillside with binoculars, they waited for something useful to come into view. On the upside, the hill was pleasant, the weather was comfortable and there was a soft breeze. There were certainly worse places to be stuck in annoying uniforms on dangerous missions.
Eventually, something useable came into view. It was.... a dunsparce. A large mechanical dunsparce. Really.
The vehicle was rigged with what looked to be digging equipment on the front and running lights on the side. It was impossible to tell who was inside it, but it was heading away from the airship, off into the hills. If the group looped around they'd be able to cut it off.
