Taabu knew he would find someone eventually, he didn't want to keep hoping and praying for it, it was easier to have it as a hope in the back of ones mind he thought. If he was less concerned with it, and more concerned with being happy and making friends it would make him happier in the long run. Dwell on the good, not the bad.
But now they were at his den and Taabu turned to face the king, Nahasi. His new friend. "It was a pleasure having your company Nahasi. I hope when your work isn't too busy we can visit again."
