Trae giggled, sticking close, though when she remembered the task at hand she got serious. Show time.
Nova just meandered behind the Rockets, peering down the stairs when they got there. Oh, ok. A large pokemon. What, were they going to steal that one to? The umbreon was still not happy about how she came to her new owner, but knew she might as well do as she's told. This one was a little more strict on music allowance.
Luxury stuck her tongue out at Panther when he turned his back, not daring to do it to his face. "No, but you rank higher. You have more experience. So there."
At the bottom of the stairs appeared a large head. The Arcanine looked up at the intruders and growled again, making Trae once again light her fire and Nova tense. He knew something was up, but he lowered his head and backed away. If they were going to fight, he was going to allow them to be on the same ground.

Having experience did not prepare him for the large green and white Arcanine at the bottom of the stairs. "Wow, he's a big one." He shone the flash light around confirming he was the only pokemon for now. "We want to do as little damage as possible. I'd prefer it if no one knew they were here. Sebastian, go down there and try and coax him to calm down."
"Flare?" this was not in the job description. he stared up at the agent in confusion eyes wide.
"We don't actually want to fight, if it comes to a real battle, I'll pull your father out. until then calm and distract if necessary."
Sebastian nodded and took off in a trot down the stairs.

The Arcanine lowered his head further as the little poof ball came down. He didn't seem threatening... But he did not belong here. He pawed the air in warning.
"Panther... How are we going to take this hunker peacefully? We don't even know where his ball is..." To be honest, the grunt had no idea how to steal a pokemon without its ball.
With a nod from Luxury, Nova trotted lightly down the stairs as well. She knew to confuse the pokemon in the smaller space would be disastrous if he started flailing... They needed to lure him into the storage areas somehow.
Trae stayed by her trainer, looking at Sebastian with worry. That Arcanine did not seem happy, not one little bit.

You have a point. That could be a little difficult... we might have to see if the ball is here somewhere. I didn't see it in the office. The other option is charm it and see if that works." dropped his backpack down and searched into a side pocket. "This will probably help, it's usually for Sebastian, but I bet that Arcanines will like it just as much." he tugged out a brisket put of a plastic bag.
Sebastian made his way over to the larger pokemon, and then sat down before it, starting up, and up and up. "Flare." He let his body show he was non threatening, keeping his fluffily green and black fur close to his body to appear smaller. unconsciously his tail wiggled, waving the large puff ball from side to side.
The agent watched the exchange carefully, deciding what to do next.

Warily, the large dog watched the poof ball. "Arrrrrrrrrrrr..." He growled out, eyes narrowing. What were they doing here? This was not their land. They needed to leave. Now. The Arcanine pointed at the door with his tail, then turned. He'd make his rounds, and if they were they when he came back... They didn't want to know.
Nova nodded to the Arcanine, then looked at her trainer. She knew darn good and well they weren't going to leave, but this was perfect. Her and the Flareon, Sebastain? Could follow his scent, so could Trae. They'd wait until he was in more open area, do less damage.
Unknowingly of course, Luxury had the same thought and voiced it to AP as the beast walked off. "Do you think he's a guard dog here? ... Trae, go do some sniffing. Find his ball." With a curt nod the Flareon bounced off.

"I'm thinking he defiantly is. he looks like he isn't going to bother us... Though, he's so pretty. do you want him?" He popped open another pokeball and came a black haunter with green eyes. It opened it's mouth to let out an evil laugh before Panther covered it. "shhhh. I want you to find a pokeball. and no exploding, got it?"
The haunter nodded, seemingly to deflate before floating down the hallway nearly invisible.. Sebastian perked up ears flopping across his head and he let out a happy hip as he passed. The haunter paused and patted the Flareon’s head before taking off, looking.
"Ok, we should fallow them at a slower pace." he walked down the stairs.

Luxury stopped in her tracks. Did... she want him? The grunt blinked. "I... Thought you wanted him? B-but if you don't... He really is pretty..." The girl giggled. He would be soooo lovely to add to her team! Even if he was a male.
She also had to giggle at the haunter, he seemed quite unhappy about not being able to laugh.
Nova nodded at the humans, then walked a few paces and waited for them to catch up.
Luxury nodded in all seriousness at the agent's suggestion, and lightly descended the stairs behind him. Once they were on the ground floor, Nova blinked at Sebastian and set to work. Following was easy at first, since the big fellow had just walked out, but since they had to stay behind he quickly disappeared from sight. Down one hallway, then another...

"I'll take the next one. I have a full team." he did, his last pokemon being given to him by Cal. Ayako hung in his belt quiet, and likely asleep in her ball.
He fallowed Sabastain waiting to get behind his trainer. He would stay close to his human, someone had to keep an eye on him, just like his father said as he passed.
Shadow had an easier time of keeping up as the big dog type continued on his rounds. He stayed hidden floating above, keeping his gasses close to himself. He floated into the open area that was the pokemon’s personal room, looking around.

The grunt smiled. Awesome!
When they followed Shadow into a large room, Luxury let her jaw drop as she looked around. It was certainly bigger than the offices they had been rifling through just minutes ago! Looking around she noted a food bowl and water bowl, both quite large, and an even larger bed. "Must not be kept in his ball much, huh?" She mused.
As if on cue, two things happened at once: Trae came bouncing back with a red and white ball, and Nioshii had doubled back and caught them.
Growling, he advanced on the two humans and their pokemon. They were given the chance to leave. They didn't. Now, they would pay.
With a cry, the large dog launched a small flamethrower at the group.

His response would have been, I doubt it, but they were suddenly assaulted by a very angry Arcanine. He gabbed the smaller grunt and pulled her out of the line of fire.
Sebastian’s flash fire kept him from being effected but Shadow let out a screech of pain and looked to his trainer, simmering with anger.
"Confuse Ray." was not what the pokemon wanted to hear. Shadow growled in annoyance and shadow punched the arcanine.

Oh HELL no! Nova darted in with a Faint Attack without waiting for an order.
Luxury had started to duck out of harms way, but was quickly pulled aside before she could help herself. "Thanks," She breathed, then turned on Nova and the bristling Trae. "Confuse Ray!" She ground out, and Nova stopped, looked at her, rolled her eyes, and did as she was told.
Before she could, though, the Arcanine staggered back from the punch and got in one nasty bite, nearly taking Nova's leg clean off. The pokemon howled in pain, and Trae lept in and snapped at anything she could get a hold of. Luxury flicked another ball with the murmur of "Assist," and Chora performed a Confuse Ray of her own mere seconds before Nova was returned to her ball.
"It's ok, baby, it's alright," Luxury whispered, holding the ball against her chest and looking at AP with wide eyes. This was more than she was ready for, but she didn't want to give up just yet.

The agent wasn't looking at her. during the moment he had grabbed her his glasses got knocked onto the ground. He didn't pay them any mind his eyes darkened by the shadows of the flashlight as he watched, seeing that Shadow had once again disobeyed him. It didn't matter, the pokemon was now confused. "Sebastian, helping hand, Shadow, let's knock this guy out with another shadow punch."
In succession, Sebastian gave the other pokemon a helping hand and then shadow used Shadow punch again, aiming for between the arcainine's eyes.

For a moment, the Arcanine just stood there. What... what was he doing? About a second too late he realized he was being attacked, and from the double punch he staggered back and collapsed on the ground.
The bigger they come, the harder they fall.
A loud squeak could be heard when the Arcanine fell, and suddenly the tufts of his fur around his paws revealed a half-flattened Trae.
Luxury facepalmed, and picked up the ball she had dropped in her rush to attack. "Trae, you're a mess. Arcanine, return!" She aimed the ball, and without a fuss the dazzed pokemon returned to his ball. Smiling, the grunt turned to beam at AP, bouncing. "We did it! We got..." Name. Name. Name... Oh. There, on his bowl, was the name Nioshii. "We got Nioshii!"

Sebastian squeaked at the sight of the Trae's squashed figure. he raced over and nuzzled her. {Are you alright?}
Crackled as the pokemon was pulled into the pokeball, but was once again cut off by Agent panther, this time in the form of a red beam. Panther turned and looked at Luxury, raising an eyebrow. His flashlight lit the room between them. "What, was that? What are you 12?" he shook his head at her dance of celebration. "Anyway, we stole it, let's go before someone comes to check out what happened." he bent down to grab his sunglasses and slipped them back on.

Trae had pawed at Sebastian when he raced to her side, nodding that she was fine but squished. When Nioshii was back in his ball, the flareon popped up and pounced on the other's ear playfully. {Yay! I'm free!}
Luxury deflated just like the Haunter did. "Ya know what, when I was 12 I was taking care of a bumbling drunk of a mother, trying to avoid my brothers, and still managing to keep straight A's in school." He was NOT going to ruin this for her. She was happy. She deserved to be happy. He could just deal with it.
He was right though, they needed to skiddadle. Gathering up Trae in her ball, pocketing Nioshii, and clutching Nova tighter still, she scurried out of the room and down the halls, back outside to where Shade was waiting for them.
