(I should have done this a while ago to avoid confusion. My bad)

Rules

1. Guild Rules. This sub-forum is a bit more lax than the rest in this guild, however it still has to conform. Try to keep it PG-13. Language will only be accepted if it is a necessary component to your writing. Even so, don't go crazy with it. A character who constantly drops F-bombs may seem like a good idea, but know your audience, and your limits. Explicit sexual content is Zero Tolerance. Keep it clean and romantic, nothing more.

2. Posting. Begin a new thread if you wish to post your work. This keeps things organised, fair and neat. The only reply to a thread in here should be feedback and/or continuation if your story or poems are a series. Especially if it's a series. Starting a new thread for each part of a ten essay series will only clutter things up. Start a thread if it's new, and only reply with discussion or continuation.

3. Be polite. If you wish to offer feedback, be respectful. If you like it, say so. If you don't, give a reason why, but do it in a polite, friendly manor. You are not the the New York Times Editor In Chief. HAVING an opinion is a right, but VOICING it is a privilege. If you cannot be respectful and offer mature, helpful advice and criticism, keep it to yourself.

4. Be creative. Please try to stick to original work. You may think your fan-fiction is the next big hit, and maybe it is, but most fan-fiction is uninspired, incoherent, and most of the time, down right creepy or disturbing. This forum is meant to give writers a place to display their work, gain advice and experience, broaden their imaginations, and develop their craft. So please, leave the Pokemon/Naruto mash-ups out of it.
