As a more normal person would suspect, Kade was in the back room doing inventory. It wasn't really common for a business owner to be stuck doing such small jobs, but when he had, what, two employees? He really didn't have much of a choice. Haruka needed to focus on not giving his store bad luck and practicing in her techniques, while Tatyana needed her break. His poor girls.. But, he had to keep them at an arm's distance! He couldn't get too attached to employees, not when they disappeared so easily! So, he didn't allow his mind to stay on the woes and gossip surrounding his workers and kept it entirely on making sure they had enough shampoo to last them the month. They just barely managed last month – the price of trying to keep up with nice, expensive products with minimal income to work with! Ahh, if he could afford it, he would hire someone to help him figure out how to increase his finances.. Maybe he should ask that lovely Tabatha Coffey to give him some tips? If only they were in an interesting enough place for that to happen.. He shooed away the thoughts when he heard the jingle of his salon door open, forcing him to set his clipboard down and head out to the front. He couldn't let a customer get away!
“Oh! Blue!” He took note of firstly aloud, smiling widely as he acknowledged a fellow girl with good tastes~ Blue hair, blue eyes~ It was absolutely striking! ♥ “I had blue hair when I was younger too! It's so pretty, isn't it?” He informed her while he crossed the length from where he stood to where she was, looking her up and down with a slightly critical eye, “Mm.. Oh, darling, what are we here for? Pedicure? A trim? Or maybe we should touch up on your roots?” He suggested as he stood on his toes to examine her head from above – they were fine, really.. But he wasn't going to argue if she thought they needed some work.
