Rain Summoning Jutsu
Chunin
Humanoid Puddles- The user summons up to four humanoid-like creatures that rise up from puddles on the ground. These humanoids are only as big as the average human, and are only capable of dealing blunt attacks. Although their attacks may seem minor their real abilities lay with their defenses. Since they are made of water they can absorb any physical attack, and if they are sliced in half they are capable of dividing into creatures of equivalent speed/strength. (max 12) The physical shape of these creatures is virtually independent, but can be manipulated by the user to look more human.
Humanoids Speed: Jounin Humanoids Strength: Chunin
-Brother Summon: Cumulo of the Rain
This jutsu can only be activated in the midst of rainfall. The user wipes their blood infront of them, or on an area that can be easily hit by rain, which will allow the summon to take place. The transfer of blood only needs to happen once for all the brother summons to take place (Since they can only be summoned by independent actions.)
The first summon is Cumulo, the youngest of the brothers. Standing about fifteen feet tall, and with a built physique Cumulo resembles a golem made entirely of water. The main strengths of Cumulo is that he can manipulate the shape and structure of his body, and is capable of moving throughout the rain. Cumulo is only capable of dealing blunt attacks, and is virtually immune to all physical blows the enemy deals.

The next brother's name is Frantau, the middle child. Frantau is summoned through the sight of lightning, like how Cumulo is summoned through the touch of rain. Standing about ten feet in height Frantau is the most slendor of the brothers, but by far the quickest. Frantau has the attributes of lightning, allowing him to move quickly and strike swiftly. His attacks are fast, but deal minor damage. However, each strike that Frantau lands causes static electrical damage to the enemy, which leaves its toll over time.

-Please note that Shinobi A speed is superior to Shinobi B by a small margin. However, the Adjacent System makes it so that If Shinobi B's speed is adjacent to Shinobi A's then that means they are within the same Ballpark in terms of speed. Basically a Draw, shich leaves the two shinobi to rely on their RPing skills to decide a victor.

-Now if we look at the situation it appears that Shinobi B is slower that Shinobi A by a much larger margin. Now that Shinobi B's speed is outside the adjacent range of Shinobi A that means that Shinobi A will be theoretically faster than Shinobi B, thus having the advantage in RP.

【clan or bloodline?】 Clan
【history.】 Deep in the heartland of the Rain Country lies the Sherudon Clan, a group of shinobi who specialize in converting water into a dense adhesive, known as slime. Assembled by Ahri Sherudon, the Sherudon clan resides inside the walls of Amekagure where they can protect the assets within the city walls, and vice-versa. In the olden days it was said that members of the Sherudon Clan were considered the Royal Bodyguards of the Amekage himself, and were held to one of the highest standards.
Although most of the Sherudon technique resides within the realm of ninjutsu, it has been known to be quite universal; capable of helping any shinobi in any field.
One of the oddest phenomenons of the Sherudon Clan is its striking similarity to the Sand Jutsu of the Sand Village. The reasoning behind his is Ahri's great, great grandfather, Kurisu Sherudon, a personal bodyguard to the first Kazekage. A natural user of Sand, and Water, Kurisu studied the art of using Suiton in the ways of Sand Jutsu, and vice-verse.

【rules to follow.】 A Sherudon must have Suiton as their primary element. A Sherudon shares a common bond with Sand Ninja. A Sherudon is entitled to an Independent Art; a Slime Jutsu that is completely unique to his//herself.

【strengths.】 Slime grounds electricity. Slime is very Durable ot Taijutsu//Weapons. Slime has an adhesive nature that can slow down opponents
【--Sherudons--'s passive abilities.】
Slime Pours Technique-[ D ranked ] A technique used in replenishing Slime Jutsu. The castor concentrates their chalkra on the chemicals within the body in order exhaust toxins. These toxins exhaust through the bodies pours, like sweat, converging with water to make slime.
Slime Conversion Technique [ D ranked ] One of the two foundations to Slime jutsu that is relatively easy to learn. The castor focuses their chalkra on a desired target of water and begins to convert it into a useable source of slime. In order to convert the slime the user has to be in contact with the slime.
【Sherudon Techniques.】 D-Rank
Slime Substitution- This jutsu activates when the enemy, or a jutsu, comes in contact with the user. Upon contact the user's body will transform into a glob of slime, similar to the physique of the user. Since the slime is extremely adhesive, it will tend to stick to whatever it comes in contact with.
Slime Clone- The user can summon up to 3 slime clones at a time. These clones are only capable of dealing physical damage, and are capable of contorting their figure. Since they are made up of slime, they are extremely durable to taijutsu, and other blunt attacks. Only sharp weaponry, and ninjutsu are effective on these clones.
Independent Technique I- This technique is created by the RPC themselves. Approved by either the Custom Jutsu thread, or the head of the Sherudon Clan, it should be a technique that is unique to the user. Slime clone is an ideal example of the Independent Technique I.

Slime Membrane- This is the leading foundation of the slime jutsu. Inspired by the Sand Armor of the Wind Country, the castor coats a transparent layer of slime across the entire body. This slime is capable of of reducing physical blows by absorbing hits, and is capable of reconstructing itself. However, in order to rebuild the Membrane the castor has to consistently channel chalkra into the membrane in order to keep it active.
Protective Slime Barrier- The user makes an open palm fist with their hand and reaches outward in the direction they want to block. The user's slime will sprout from the open palm and proceed to create a circular disk as big as fifteen feet in diameter. This disk is capable of blocking all elemental jutsu of equivalent rank, and can absorb up to chunin rank Doton. Furthermore, the disk is capable of absorbing the blow of projectiles, weapons, and taijutsu.
Slime Puddle- The user makes a single handsign before there body begins to materialize into a slime membrane. Once this occurs the users body will sink into the ground, and appear as if it was an ordinary puddle. After a brief period of time, the user will rise back up from the ground and retake their physical appearance. This is good for concealing ones whereabouts, or a fast pace dodging tactic.
Slime Snare- The user accumulates slime in either their hands, or feet. Then by using either a throwing, or kicking motion the slime is released like a projectile. The impact of the projectile is similar to that of a baseball. Since the slime is extremely adhesive, it makes whatever it hits stick like glue. You can fire up to four shots each time you use this jutsu.
B-Rank
Rejuvenating Slime Clone- The user must know how to use Slime clones before using this jutsu. The user is capable of summoning up to 2 of these at a time. These clones acquire all the the attributes of the original Slime Clones along with an extra feature. Now if the slime clone is hit with a sharp blade, or jutsu, the slime membrane will pull itself towards one another, thus mending the clone.
Flowing Syrup Pond- The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused slime, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. The normal scope of this technique is normally 20 meters, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it.
Gel Contortionist- The user focuses their chalkra throughout the entire body, softening up the joints in their body. This gives the human body 100% flexibility for a brief period of time (2 Posts). This technique is great for breaking out of tight situations, or holding someone in place.
Independent Technique II- Using what you've learned through Independent Technique I the user is aloud to build off of that technique. Approved by either the Custom Jutsu thread, or the head of the Sherudon Clan, it should be unique, but still relevant to the original technique. Rejuvenating Slime Clone is an ideal example of the Independent Technique II.

Grand Slime Clone- The user must know how to use Rejuvenating Slime Clone before using this jutsu. The user is capable of summoning 1 clone at a time. This clone acquires all the the attributes of the original Slime Clone, the Rejuvenating Slime Clone, along with an extra feature. Now if a Slime Clone is to be completely cut in two, each half of the Slime Clone will regenerate into two equivalent Slime Clones. This technique can create up to 10 clones. Upon destruction, these clones can group up on a single location and ignite with the equivalence of a depth charge.
Serpents Geyser- The user releases a violent jet of Slime from there mouth through their hand, similar to the phoenix fire sage technique. The force of the serpents geyser is the equivalence to a high pressured hydrant, capable of heavy bruising and cracked ribs.
Gel Golem Defence- The user must learn the Protective Slime Barrier before attempting this jutsu. The user creates a protective orb of slime around themselves that slowly morphs into the shape of a golem equivalent to the size of a fully expanded Akamichi. The golem is completely mobile, and capable of fighting back. However, this jutsu can only last up to three posts.

Independent Technique III- Using what you've learned through Independent Technique I and Independent Technique II the user is aloud to build off of that technique. Approved by either the Custom Jutsu thread, or the head of the Sherudon Clan, it should be unique, but still relevant to the original technique. Grand Slime Clone is an ideal example of the Independent Technique II.

Frantic Gel Storm- A widespread jutsu that is capable of disabling an entire enemy in mere seconds. The user summons a storm into any given location. However, the raindrops are made up of the adhesive slime instead of rain, thus coating the entire field with it. This will make the entire area very sticky, thus slowing down most movement. in the area. The area will eventually return to normal after 3 posts.
【additional comments.】 A Sherudon's slime can be manipulated by any Suiton user at double the chalkra cost of the jutsu.
The origin of the Sherudon Clan lies within the Sand Village, which is why Sand Jutsu and Slime Jutsu share a common bond.
【restrictions.】 Your Slime can be extracted for others to use. However, the slime can't be replicated by people outside the clan. Dishonoring clan will get you kicked out of your village for Sherudon is quite respected.

Slime Squid- The users arms become enveloped in a thick coat of slime that loosely resembles the tentacles of a squid. These tentacles can reach out a maximum of twenty feet, thus increasing the users reach. Furthermore, if a tentacle were to come in contact with the opponent it would leave a thick coat of slime that would reduce any enemies movements due to its adhesive nature. This jutsu can last up to a maximum of two posts.
Slime King Octopus- The user must know Slime Squid before using this jutsu. The user envelopes their entire body in a protective dome of Slime that is thick enough to protect them from weapons & explosions. Furthermore the protective dome will sprout a maximum of eight tentacles that can be used either offensively, or defensively. These tentacles can reach out a maximum of twenty feet, thus increasing the users reach. Furthermore, if a tentacle were to come in contact with the opponent it would leave a thick coat of slime that would reduce any enemies movements due to its adhesive nature. this jutsu can last up to a maximum of two posts.

Where it was found/Who made it: Like most villages, the Rain Village possesses a series of weapons// tools that are considered sacred. These weapons are known as the Four-Wind Blades.

The Range of the weapon: The sword itself has a three foot blade.
Weakness: The sword is made entirely out of bamboo and bandages, meaning that that the weapon isn't very lethal. However, over time the bamboo has become so dense that it is capable of blocking blades without being sliced in half.
Description: Like most villages, the Rain Village possesses a series of weapons// tools that are considered sacred. These weapons are known as the Four-Wind Blades. This one in Particular is called the Dai Shen Kai, or Sword of Unsummoning. The weapon looks like a mere training sword, built up entirely out of bamboo encased in bandages, making it a very blunt beating stick at best. However, the blunt blade has become quite durable over time, and is now capable of blocking even the sharpest blades. The strongest power of this weapon is the fact that it can unsummon that which has been summon. If this blade comes in contact with something that has been summoned through any means, it will disappear in a poof of smoke, similar to a shadow clone. Furthermore, this blade is capable of freeing the souls bounded by reanimation techniques, such as Terracotta Reanimation and the Edo Tensei.

This one in Particular is called the Sen Do Ku, or Sword of Rebirth. This sword is considered the biggest rouse of them all seeing how its merely a ribbon, and not a sword. The default length of the ribbon is about thirty feet, giving it the most range of all the Four-Wind Blades. By placing chalkra into the ribbon the user can bend it freely through the air, similar to a leaf in the wind. The Sen Do Ku has two purposes.
1) The width of the Ribbon can fluctuate, becoming as wide as six feet which allows it to act as a defensive blanket against projectiles, weapons, and elemental jutsus (excluding Doton). Furthermore,

Essence of the Rain
1) Falling Rain Staff- The falling rain staff has the appearance of your average war staff. However, the staff carries the attributes of a rain stick; for with each swift move it makes the staff absorbs chalkra and creates rain.
Weakness- In order to maintain rainfall, the user must consistently feed chalkra into the weapons abilities.
Tier One (Rainfall)- The clouds turn gray as a sudden flash rain appears. This level of rainfall cost a three chalkra points per post.
Tier Two (Stormy Skies)- The clouds grow darker as the rain becomes more fierce. Thunder and lightning will start to appear. This level of rainfall cost five points of chalkra per post.
Tier Three (Surging Tsunami)- The clouds grow black as rainfall grows out of control. Thunder and lightning become much more consistant as winds start to kick up. This level of rainfall cost ten chalkra points per post.
Phantom's Tear- An S rank technique that only absorbs the users chalkra if it hits the target. The users staff accumulates rainfall as it builds up a four foot crecent blade at the end of the staff; similar to a scythe. The scythe blade cannot cause lethal damage to the target. However, when the user hits the target directly with the scythe blade it will cut the targets chalkra surplus in half.
2) Sword of The Northern Front- Despite this sword being made entirely made out of Bamboo, its power is not to be underestimated. The Sword of the Northern Front was once a frail training tool of the Academy in the olden days. But, one day, a powerful swordsman saw potential in this item, and took it upon him to better its technique. Overtime the Bamboo that made up the sword grew strong like steel, and swift like wind.
Headwind- The user swings the blade horizontally in front of him, creating a quick burst of heavy wind in front of him. Although the wind isn't damaging, its burst is meant to make oncoming targets stumble, and stagger.
Howling Backdraft- After the user swings at any given target the user creates a crescent blade of wind, that immediately follows behind the initial attack of the Bamboo Sword.
3) Thundermaw Mallet- The Thundermaw Mallet was said to be held by titans; and is considered their gavel of justice. Rumor has it that a swing of this hammer can put a crack through a diamond, and its loud roar can be heard miles away. Although this weapon shows the brute force of Earth, its true essence lies in sound.
Weakness: The Thundermaw Mallet is a large, two-handed hammer. Due to its excessive size the users speed is reduced by one.
Thundering Drum-The user slams the hammer on the ground, creating an earth-shattering wave of sound. By manipulating the sound with chalkra the user can then redirect the sound to any one target's ears leaving them in a concussive state. this concussive state reduces the targets sense of hearing, as well as their movement speed.
Final Judgement- The User feeds chalkra into one single attack. Building up energy in their legs the user picks up speed as they swing the hammer at their target. If the hammer comes in contact with a target person/object it will deliver a hit that could shatter diamonds. If the hammer is slammed against the ground it will unleash a sonic boom in a cone around the user. The force behind the sonic boom is capable of pushing boulders, even knocking down trees. 4) Lighting's Tail- Quickest, and most deceitful, weapon of the five; the lightning tail is not to be taken lightly. Loosley resembling an executioner blade, the sword has a metal cable passing through the blade.This cable allows the user to transform the weapon by expanding out the blades, turning it into a bladed whip. This cable is manipulated by chalkra which gives the user complete control of its movements. The sword itself is five feet long, but in its cabled form its length can reach as far as twenty feet long. The blade is augmented with a static nature, only capable of being used by a Raiton user, which gives the blade an electrical charge.

Although its mostly knock back damage, these palm strikes can cause excessive bruising, broken bones, and internal bleeding. Hidden Stowaway Hidden deep within a sea cave along the coast of one of the many islands, the Pelican acts as the Mamoru's Intel headquarters. Capable of housing a solid twenty shinobi at a time, its security is extremely tight, and has numerous exit strategies. Built into the wall of the sea cave lies a series of labyrinths that feed out to various parts of the world.  Mission Board D-S Rank Mission (Surveillance) -As a member of the Mamoru you will be assigned to a village. This village will act as your new home for the duration of the mission. Your job is to become a member of the village, and gain the trust of the shinobi around you. While inside the village you are to engage in minimal combat, and collect maximum information of village movements, and actions that may throw the nation on the brink of war. Upon completion of the mission, or upon collecting dire intel, you are to return to the Mamoru Headquarters. B Rank Mission (Intercept) -There will be times where a particular tool/object can lead to an outbreak of war, and can be easily prevented by removing said object. Your job is to infiltrate the enemy lines and collect the tool with minimal suspicion/casualties. A Rank Mission (Extraction) -There will be times where a member of the Mamoru, or a specified target, can be captured by another village. Your mission will be to infiltrate the enemy location, collect the target, and escape with minimal suspicion/casualties. S Rank Mission (Assassination) -Unfortunately there will be times where a single individual will push for the destruction of entire villages, and threaten to throw the world out of balance. Your mission is to track down this single ninja, and eliminate him. SS Rank Mission (War) -Like the days of old, the Mamoru would join forces with the shinobi nations in hopes of putting the world back into balance. This mission can only be given by the head of the Mamoru during a state of war. Each member of the Mamoru will take their orders from the head of the Mamoru, who will be working with the Kages. Your objective is simply to assist the allied forces, and help them see the war through to the end. Code of The Mamoru The Mamoru is an organization built up on the foundations of order, balance, and peace. Developed during the first Shinobi War the Mamoru were a rare breed of spies, and assassins, that were used to gather intel from opposing forces. After the war was over the Mamoru became independent, and continued to survey the shinobi nations as a third-party nation. This made the shinobi nations feel uneasy, and the Mamoru was quickly targeted as enemies. Now they are only referred to as myths, legends, and bedtime stories.

Type of Ninja: Wind/Sound oriented reconnaissance ninja
Special Traits: Comes from a clan that is gifted in manipulating the pitch/frequency of his voice; allowing him to attack/ confuse his enemy from a safe distance.
Resonating Winds- By manipulating the chalkra in their vocal chords, the user releases a high pitch whistle. Heard mostly by animals, and those with inclined hearing, this sound conceals the sound of light movement such as footsteps, and projectiles. Ideal for infiltration, and ambushes, this technique was designed to to teach shinobi how to manipulate sound.
Singing Winds-
A jutsu that teaches a shinobi to carry his voice. Making it sound like its coming from an opposing direction than his own.
Seeing Winds- Similar to that of a bat's sonar, the user releases a high pitch sound that
Low Frequency Wave A low frequency shot that delivers physical blows. The power of the hit varies on the shinobi's rank, and chalkra input. These attacks are faintly visible, and move slower than high frequency attacks.
High Frequency Wave A high frequency shot delivers disorienting shots to the body, but ca never harm the body physically. These shot can disrupt a opponents balance, hearing, and eyesight. Hit hard enough it can cause the target to vomit.
