Why did everything have to hurt!!! Not just an arm or a leg but EVERYTHING....but god dammit...she loved it. Her bruises had bruises, her cuts had extra cuts, her bones had...well none were broken tonight but if they could swell they would be doing it right now. That is what it means to be apart of the best dam Roller Derby club in Destiny City. No pain no gain and dammit did they put the phase to the test every dam night. She was black and blue. An elbow to the chest, and right hook to the cheek. It sounded more like she had gone twenty rounds with a Youma but nah, these were her friends. Friends who kicked the s**t out of her for the glory of winning and she loved them for it.
....Didn't stop everything hurting like hell though! The evening had hardly started but all Venice wanted to do was relax, maybe pour herself a night cap, run a bath and submerge herself in bubbles for the next 3 hours...she may even read a...book. Unheard of but stranger things have happened. She knew Bea was going out tonight being that it was Halloween week and no one did Halloween like Destiny City, they even had their own monsters! How cool is that. She trusted no harm would befall her though, the city was teaming with Senshi, if anything she felt she was more safe here than anywhere else and com'on, it was Bea. The girl could b***h slap the pope if she wanted too, she wasn't someone to be messed with. Ahhh family pride, it certainly did wonders for weary bones. It was a shame Venice would murder her before the evening was done.
The old banger of a car rolled up outside the building that was ablaze in light. Children were running around like mental lunatics on a sugar binge and adults were squealing with laughter as the alcohol was flowing and the zombie nurses skirts were raising higher. It was a good night to be alive and if Venice was back at home with all her friends she would be out enjoying it as well but with her and Bea she couldn't think of anything better than to rent a crappy scary movie, make a bucket of popcorn and shout profanities at the acting all night. It would be glorious, it would be music to the soul, it was - It wasn't going to happen.
"What the GIANT ******** is going on here!?" She knew something was wrong, knew as soon as she saw the second and then third arrow pointing up the stairs, as soon as she heard one of Beatrix's favourite bands playing at an unrecognisable sound she knew it. Just knew it. But she didn't want to believe it...yet impossible to ignore when there were several half dead zombie chicks getting drunk in her living room.
"What the....what the...who are you? Where did those come from, I....ohh food, I mean....where did...Beatrix....BEATRIX! BEXTRIX!!! GET HERE NOW I NEED TO KILL YOU!!"
The owner of this apartment had landed.

☠ Aitana is doing this for all the sexy CORPSES out there! ☠
Well... Ellie couldn't, or rather wouldn't, come to the party due to her half body cast. So when Aitana arrived she was both a little late and very alone.
The green haired brazilian doned a classic Wonder woman outfit, the zombie portion of it almost seeming to be an afterthought. Her foster mother had been nice enough to dot a bit of red makeup here and there to look like childishly done wounds and bites. And she did have a bit of dirt smudged on her knees and bottom, though that had been entirely accidental. A mere effect of a girl trying to hard to pretend that she really WAS the princess of the amazons and fighter of bad guys (ha, what a stretch!). It involved a lot of spinning and jumping and very clumsily throwing around a limp lasso as if she knew what she was doing with it.
The apartment when she finally arrived had caught her attention and filled her with a childish delight. Seeming to ignore everyone else for a few minutes she darted around the rooms to explore curiously, starring at certain decorations with morbid curiousity. She had stopped off to stare at and poke at the items on the food table when a loud cry caught her attention, turning to spot the owner of the apartment.
Uh oh! Aitana had had her share of reprimands in her lifetime. But she hadn't been expecting one so early on.. before she'd even had a chance to have fun and everything!!

☠ Marie is so cute you could just DIE!☠
A pot of something that smelled mighty good appeared, carried by what looked like a blood-spattered chef. However, whatever fear or disgust Marie's "zombie" costume was supposed to inspire was probably ruined by her giant grin and the way she bustled into the apartment, looking like a kid in a candy store. She came to a stop behind a girl who had been shouting (Venice) and nudged her with an elbow.
" Why hello dere. You own dis place? Nice of ya' to throw dis lil' party! I'd shake your hand, but I'm 'fraid my own hands are full." She laughed and raised the pot a bit. " Speakin' of, where you want dis gumbo? It needs a plug, but I brought an extension cord if reach is a problem."
Something caught Marie's attention out the corner of her eye, and she craned her head around briefly to call out a greeting.
" Hey dere Kess honey!"

She had just finished off the spider cake in her hand and was reaching for the punch when a shout echoed past the music and talking. There was a very tired looking woman standing in the doorway, looking confused and possible angry. Castille shrank away, finding some rather tall people to hide behind while she poured some punch. If they were going to get kicked out already, she at least wanted to try all the stuff to eat!
One sip told her that there was more than food coloring and fruit juice in the drink. The faint after burn of alcohol wasn't new to Castille, but it certainly wasn't familiar. She coughed once, then decided that it really wasn't so bad. So she held onto her cup, staring at the various people's costumes. One seemed to look familiar, and she dared to move out of her tall person hideout to see.
"Aitana!" She said, waving to get her attention.

Quinn grinned and danced over to her roommate, still clinging to her bottle of Vodka. Turns out, she decided against the whole mixing it with something else thing and was drinking it straight. She draped a blood-stained arm over Lydia's shoulders leaned in close to her. "So who's the good lookin' doctor that you brought with you?"
She outstretched her right hand to Grant. "I'm Quinn, Lyd's roomie." She took a long gulp from the bottle of Vodka. "Have you guys tried the food yet? It's totally to die for. Hahaha, get it? Die for? God damn, I'm funny." She laughed and shoved an eyeball fancy covered in icing into her mouth.

"Aw man." Ashley tugged on Kess' arm lightly. "We relocating to your house if we get kicked out ?" Really, she wasn't drunk enough yet.
That had to change.
"Oh, hay, looks like you got a friend," She gestured toward Marie.

She looked at the place that the flyer had listed as the locale and smirked. At least it aught to be fun right? Stepping into the apartment she was surprised by the look and popularity of the place. She went over to the snack table and picked up some 'finger bone' cookies and started nibbling as she listened to the cool music. "Well...this place sucks" she says happily as she grins and moves ever so slightly to the music. "At least the music stinks and the food tastes horrible. Just how I hate it."

She'd be brave. Jada grabbed a Franken Finger, chowing down on it as she got herself a glass of the Blood Bath. Everything looked... really exotic. So, who all did she know here, and who did she not know- who she didn't know was actually much more important for the malevolent purposes of a soon-to-be-sloshed young woman.
Was that- Ashley and Kess? Together? Matching? She didn't even know they knew each other, much less that they were DATING. "Ashley!" She topped off her almost-empty drink and darted through the crowd, pausing as she thought she saw Ariel- it had been a long time since she'd done a morning jog with the other girl, was she doing okay?- before latching on to the purple-haired girl and smooching her cheek. The aim was a little closer to the corner of her mouth, and when she pulled away Ashley had a smear of blood-red lipstick on.
Well, everyone would know if she'd been kissing anyone. "I didn't know you and Kess were familiar." she nudged the girl. "You mention these things to your friends."
Jada already smelled of alcohol, though she was holding up well-- even if she was unusually chipper.

Bea sit back and watched as people came and made themselves at home, there were not that many people as she would have liked at the moment, though she was sure numbers would pick up as went on. Then the first familiar of could be seen - her beloved cousin. "VENNIE!" She called as she stood up on the table and waved across the room, she seemed as beat up as she always was. I guess that would only make her costume easier to pull off. She whistled and then started her speech! The first of many tonight, Bea knew how to host a party and she would be damned if anyone was bored. She would keep the busy... first the scheduled , then the fun that was not planned! Man, she so wanted to make out with some hot zombie dude tonight... thought by the looks of things there were not many there.
"HEY LISTEN UP PEOPLE BEA IS TALKING NOW, BUTTON IT, GOOD!"
Well now there is a few of us here, I would like to welcome you to Zombie Party 2011! This was my way to get to know you all, wait hey...
Is that a Pirate? NOT A ZOMBIE! Okay before we do anything else for the love of God someone pour something over that girl, no human's allowed in this apartment tonight."
She instructed pointing to Ariel and hoping her minions would obey, if not she would just have to get her later. What kind of person turned up to a zombie party.... as a human, that was just someone wanting to be eaten alive. She thought for a moment and then looked a little confused, she had lost her trail of thought. After a second she snapped her fingers and continued, pointing over towards her cousin.
"Right where was I... AH! Okay, well this is Venice, she owns this place and until now had no idea what was going on... or the fact she paid for all of this. Long story short, I am not going to be alive tomorrow, so we are going to party like the living dead tonight....
First game is going to start soon! SO WHILST MY COUSIN GETS WITH THE PROGRAMME, BEATS ME UP A LITTLE AND GETS IN COSTUME - I left one on your bed Vennie by the way - don't worry I did not cheap out on it.
Please can anyone wanting to take part in THE BRAIN EATING CONTEST come to the center table like now. I need at least four people, more would be welcome!"
She stated jumping own and then making herself comfortable in a chair waiting for others to join her, fully expecting for her cousin to come flying across the room to kick her in the face. There was no better time, especially because 'Bodies' started to play on the speakers.
(( First game setting up, if you want your character to take part in the brain eating please just post them sitting at the table - please quote me in your post so I can find the contestants really easy -, I will give you guys a good six hours -or until Mati posts next- to get settled and then I will post the next bunch of rules to explain how this works. "I had a thought that since we have to be zombies here, you could uhm. Well, I'm a doctor, so you are the nurse that works with me and you could probably be the one that turns me into a zombie, right? You'd be the one closest to me!" He had the little stick on injuries and some blood on him, to zombie himself up as soon as he could. He apparently thought he needed a character with his costume.
Grant smiled brightly as Quinn came over and asked who he was. He liked meeting the friends of his friends: that usually meant he was about to make another friend. In his head, it made sense, anyway. He noticed she was drinking and wondered how old she was, though he was certain no one would be drinking if they were underage because that would be wrong.
So he took it on merit that everyone here, though some looked young, were definitely all twenty one.
"My name is Grant Caudwell," he said politely, offering her his hand, but noticing she had her hands occupied. One of her arms was around Lydia, after all, and the other had the bottle. He smiled anyway, bringing his hand back and replacing it with a polite nod in her direction.
"It's very nice to meet you... oh dear, why is everyone yelling? Is everything alright? Do you think they need help?" Apparently there would be games, though. Probably the least competitive person on the entire planet, Grant would likely just watch the games than play them, and hope for everyone to win even though that was basically the opposite of how games worked.

Hazel eyes lite up at the idea Grant was proposing to her, and she gave his arm an excited squeeze as she bounced on her heels. "A surviving doctor is clever enough, but that's just genius!" How incredibly creative of him, and she just knew she'd have a blast 'turning him'. "Fabulous idea, Grant."
The sudden weight of an arm draped around her shoulder made Lydia jump, but she grinned when she realized who it was. "Quinn!" She let go of Grant so she could turn and offer the other girl a hug, giggling as she asked about her date. They handled the introductions themselves, so Lydia didn't have a whole lot to say, so instead she stood between them smiling, watching Quinn carefully. Or more precisely, the bottle in her hand.
"Mm yes, hilarious." Pale fingers slide along her friend's arm and down to the neck of the bottle, curling around it and tugging it gently from her roommate's grasp. "Can I have that? Thank you."
She didn't really care of Quinn drank, hell she had a few drinks with her on occasion, but the poor girl had been through a bit lately with her injuries and Lydia was feeling particularly over protective. Setting the bottle down, lydia rose up on tip toes to murmur against the other girls cheek. "Don't make me worry about you, alright?" A kiss on the cheek followed before she leaned back.
The bottle was placed on the nearest table, and Lydia was about to ask Grant when he wanted to do his big zombie transformation when A whole lot of yelling cut through the music, then another girl(the host?) mentioned something about games and bodily harm? Lyd's hadn't caught it all, but the music rose up again shortly after and she shrugged. She didn't really feel like participating in any games just yet.
"So when do you want to join the yanks of the undead?" Pale fingers came to rest lightly on his arms as she faced him, leaning in and grinning up at him.

"Marie! You look awesome," Her gaze lit on the pot of gumbo, and her wide smile grew. "And that smells great." She pointed a freckled finger toward the tables of snacks. "It'll totally balance out all the crap food. Maybe we won't end up with all these little girls puking their guts out."
Gesturing to the short girl at her side, Kess introduced them. "Marie, this is my friend Ashley. Ash, Marie is the best damn creole cook DC's ever seen. If you want to open a restaurant one day, I'd say you should do it with her."
The lanky blonde found her thoughts of food interrupted by something almost as edible.
"Jada," Her smile was decidedly more lazy, amused, even. "Where's my kiss?" The flirtatious greeting was pure friendliness, and the tall girl looped an arm around Ashley's shoulders, raising a brow. "You two know each other? How am I not surprised."
The host began to shout, and Kess got the distinct impression that she wasn't particularly used to throwing house parties. However, she lifted one shoulder in a shrug, before speaking to her companions.
"Y'all hungry? Seems like there's plenty of brains up ahead."

In a word Venice was shocked but in more words she smelt gumbo and that made everything alight again. Gumbo soothed the soul, gumbo filled you up, gumbo was served in a large enough pot that she could drown Bea in it. Gumbo was the best.
"Uhh...oh, yeah put it over there between the meet spider cakes and the...oh my god Beatrix is that a skull made of meat!! How much money did you spend!"
The student was gob-smacked, yeah her and Bea had thrown parties before but she had always been apart of it, had helped her with decorations, food, music etc! This...well this was just unheard off!! She came to the conclusion, Bea was seriously jet-lagged and had lost her mind....and she dam well needed to catch up with her! She pushed her way through the throws of people to reach her cousin and slapped a more than heavy hand on to her shoulder in greeting.
"I would have helped you, you stupid cow! Look at this place! How the hell did you do it all? And yes i will murder you by the morning but if were going to do this then we are going to do it my way ok, in style. Now...Where's the dam god whiskey!" Grabbing someone drink, anyone drink she downed it in one and let the burning liquor calm her insides.
"LETS PARTY PEOPLE WOOO!" She shouted out across the room as the music blared out, it was permission to go wild, leave inhibitions at the door and cop-off with as many people who would have you. Welcome to hell civilians. It didn't take long for black haired girl to get changed into her outfit with the help of Bea and those marvellous skills she owned. She would never say it but she was extremely jealous of her cousins talents. 20 minutes later she was a rockabilly zombie sailor and ready to rock.
Seeing the group of strangers she made herself known, hoping out of all this she could wrangle a few new friendships and was quickly complementing them on their choice of outfit.
"Hot dam you guys, making a poor zombie like me sweat with these get-ups. You all look gorgeous!" and she meant it too, gore fan anyone?? She quickly turned on to Kess and Ashley as she looked them up and down and squealed with delight.
"Love the twist on Jack and Jill, you defiantly have my vote for the best zombie costume! Am Venice by the way, the honoured owner of said flat and soon to mourning for a dead sneaky cousin who deserves all she gets!"

Jada was more than a little startled when her drink was snatched out of her hand by one of the hostesses ( Venice). "Zombie parties and murder." She eyed Kess, reaching up and pulling on the blonde's shoulder until the other girl was eye level, then smacking a bright-red bloody kiss on her zombie-freckled forehead. "There's your kiss. If you want any more, I need to see incentive." She winked, beaming. "Now, my drink just got snatched by one hostess, and the other hostess mentioned a brain-eating contest, so I am going to eat all that I can eat." Kess could vouch for the shocking amount that a girl Jada's size could eat. For that matter, so could Ashley- Ashley'd had to FEED Jada's stomach once or twice. "I'll see you later!" she gave the purple-haired girl another glare. "You tell friends when you're dating!" Kess didn't need to report things like this, as their friendship was still young, but Ashley should have known better.Jada darted for the table, stealing a chair from right under the nose of another guest who seemed interested in eating brains too. "Argh." was her bland reply to the glare she received.

The owner of the apartment vented, quite loudly, for a few moments, but by the time she was done speaking it seemed her anger or surprise had shifted to something more akin to excitement. And so Juno turned her attention back to the table, until a familiar voice called out her name.
It took her a moment to find the source considering all the tall people she was slinking her way around, but when she did see her, a hand lifted in an enthusiastic wave. "Oy Castille!"
Aitana never felt too uncomfortable, even in a place full of strangers, but It was definately nice to see someone familiar. Especially after the whole Ellie thing.
Sliding past and through people she made her way over towards her volleyball teammate, eyeing her costume for a moment, before pushing her own hair back some more. It was actually kind of strange to have it free and loose. "Awesome costume!"
"You want to eat contest brains?" She added excitedly, looking over to the table that people were gathering at. Competition. It was like her lifeblood!
