Her eyes widen as they're attacker comes into view, though they quickly close as she covers her ears against the screech. Shouting to be heard above the noise, Zubat lets out a screech back as he was hit by the attack. Flapping its wings a bit harder it flew over to its temporary trainer.
"Zubat, use Poison fang!" The little nocturnal Pokemon, dwarfed by the moth flew towards it, fangs bared.

The fangs couldn't penetrate the giant moth's armor very well, but they did have some effect. The volcarona let out an ear piercing screech and threw the zubat off by increasing the pace of its wing beats. The whole hallway turned into a hurricane of debris and sharp winds.

Daybreak tried to stand her ground but the hurricane was much stronger than any other attacks she had faced before. She was tossed aside like a paper doll and hurled into the wall. Nyla had better luck standing up to the hurricane and went over to the Espeon, holding a Pokeball.
"Daybreak, return." The Pokemon let out a cry of protest before being recalled. Nyla was a fool for sending out her weakened friend against this monster. Era, being healthier, would stand a much better chance and she wouldn't have her companion suffer if she didn't have to.
"Era! Dragonbreath!" She sent out an Altaria that immediately fired a rainbow beam at the Volcarona.

After fending off 3 attacks and giving a good chunk of damage to the most recent humans, Volcarona finally went down from the dragon breath attack. It was still. Perhaps it is safe now to throw a pokeball?

Nyla braced herself for another attack but was surprised to see the Volcarona go down so quickly. Perhaps the other groups that came before it did some damage too? She was normally against catching wild Pokemon on a whim but she was afraid that the giant sun moth would revive itself and cause more havoc. So she threw her empty Pokeball at it, hoping that it would catch.

"Good job Nyla!" Syt threw her fist up into the air. "And great job Zubat!" Digging into her pack she dug out two of her Rass berries, holding them up to the rental Pokemon. "Lets give this a try..." Turning back once they were eaten, she took out the empty pokeball.

Now that the hallway is clear, you really want to know what's down it!
As you walk further, you reach another door. The door has a sign with a picture of stairs next to it. Perhaps this is the way to the Jirachi? This time though, the door has 10 rock indents. Looks like you can't get in quite yet. Maybe you should report your findings to other trainers and pool together your rocks?
From now on, anyone with mysterious rocks can come to this room and RP-post in character saying they are placing a stone into the door of magicalness.

"Good job, Nyla we did it! you wait here and heal your pokemon as much as you can, I'll go tell the others..." With that, she ran off to alert the other trainers.

Nyla couldn't believe she caught the Volcarona. But it was gone and Syt was congratulating her. While the other trainer left, she inched over to the Pokeball and picked it up, only to drop it. It was still hot! What the hell! She swore as she gingerly picked up the Pokeball again with two fingers and dropped it into her bag before it burned her hands. Hopefully it wouldn't set her bag on fire. Noticing that Syt had left some berries for her, she sent out the weakened Daybreak. The Espeon lifted her head, wondering where the Volcarona was, then settled down as Nyla fed her the Razz berries.  x 2 used.

Zeke was really curious, and he made his way down the hallway until he reached the new door. Hopefully this would be the door to lead them where they needed to go, and then able to return home. He missed the real world, and, if Zeke was honest, it's pizza. He could really use a piece right now.
He slipped his rock into one of the indents, and then turned back towards the girl who was still in there. "Do you need some extra berries?" he asked. The pokemon looked to be a little beat up, and he did have a few extras.
