Lol I could never have much hope in winning when someone takes map control and keeps me on one base I <3 expanding too much
I get really uncomfortable when I'm unable to expand to my nat as toss, but I don't let it kill me. It sucks, and I get a little frustrated, but each game I go on, I get better at it and handle it better. Which is why I'm slowly not getting supply blocked at the normal times I do. =3

I get really uncomfortable when I'm unable to expand to my nat as toss, but I don't let it kill me. It sucks, and I get a little frustrated, but each game I go on, I get better at it and handle it better. Which is why I'm slowly not getting supply blocked at the normal times I do. =3


What league are you?
I'm only in gold somehow, when I was in plat before. It's a mix of me not knowing how to handle terran, and hardly getting into late game vs zerg, so I lose there.

Most of the time I lose vs zerg is because he gets tons of spine/spore crawlers so I can't effectively attack him head on, then they get tons of broodlords/corrupters and roaches and I lose every engagement because toss handles broodlords like s**t in up front fights.

Most of the time I lose vs terran is because they caught my army out of position and stim to win with a move. Either that, or an early medivac push and he just out heals my dps while stim to win with a move. /hate terran. I really HATE terran. No really, HATE. ******** terran. ******** stim, ******** marines, ******** marauders, ******** ghosts. ******** GHOSTS.

Here is the low down.

Up until you can out macro or out tech the terran as toss, it's an uphill battle, and a simple mis position will end you, and there is very little to no chance of coming back.

I love playing pvz, it's so much fun, and pvp is decent. I HATE pvt so much v_v

Here is the low down.

Most of the problem comes from gateway units. Stalkers suck versus marauders, they are squishy and do meh damage. Zealots are slow and have to melee, while terran is all ranged and can just stutter step, or have a couple rauders and slow them while stutter stepping to make it even easier for himself, and sentries don't do damage.

The only thing I can do is make good forcefields to prevent him from stutter stepping/kiting me, and use guardian shield to prevent as much damage as I can.

So, it's really easy for me to instantly lose if he catches me slightly out of position or I have a slightly wrong unit comp.

Also, the races shouldn't rock paper scissors, but units should.

Mid and late game isn't that bad. Just early game. Gateway units blow compared to barracks.

... Clearly I've already made my point, and those are not part of the problem.

When people discuss gateway units, they 99% of the time mean Zealot/Stalker/Sentry, since those are the only things you'll really be making out of a gateway. By the time you have HT, you proooobably have warp gate tech.

The problem is zealot/stalker suck in comparison to marine marauder, just because it's so easy for them to kite. Sentries are the only real saving grace for early game vs terran.

Tried to ninja edit my last post, but didn't get to it fast enough.

I'm complaining about the imbalance of early toss game vs early terran game. Late game is more about better placement and skill, but I still think terran have it easier on the casters. Ghost just needs to throw an emp at my army, no real selection. Where HT has to feedback them specifically. And EMP has a longer range than feedback, while HT are also slower than ghosts.

Well Toss is fine early game because of sentrys :< and early game quick colossi wins too
But that's the problem. We're forced to do something to survive, where Terran has multiple openeing. Toss HAS to have sentries early game vs terran, or it is really hard. Stutter stepping and kiting is op versus early game toss. I blame it half on zealots being so slow, and half on stalkers sucking compared to rauders/marine.
