One of Felix's swipes landed on the Archen's face, but the other missed as the ancient bird pokemon returned to its hole.
There was a brief moment of silence before it suddenly popped out of the ground to claw at its next victim: the vulpix.

Apolla 600HP Alexa grinned at Karin as she helped push the bookcase off of Apolla. "Thanks." She said moving back as Apolla moved from the bookcase. It was then that the Archen popped out from the ground and scratched the Vulpix. "Vul!" Apolla cried moving away. "Apolla use Extrasensory!" Alexa yelled watching as Apolla complied. Alexa didn't want to use any fire attacks. That would probably only burn the place down. Maybe she should bring Vincent out.... or had left him out. ((OOC: I have no clue what an Extrasensory attack looks like. XP))

OOC)) @Blue: It looks like magic with rainbows and delusions of firbunnythcros P:
The room warped around the archen and it wasn't quite sure which direction was left or right anymore. Still, if it hit something hard enough, something would get hurt. Preferably not itself.
"Cheeeeeeen!" It cried out, beating its wings several times to release chaotic gust throughout the room.

((OOC: Ffft. Rattata's are Bad a** man. Totally. ;D <3 An extrasensory attack looks like rainbows?! OAO Seriously? I think Patrick wet his pants because of that. XD Hey Ryu, Gen should tell Erebos to use that move near Patty and scare the living daylights out of hiim~. >D))
Rattata HP:[600/800]
The Rattata fell down after it bit the Archen, only winded from the action. Catching it’s breath, the rat-like pokemon ran back to Patrick’s side and looked as if it were giving a little smirk. It probably was, considering the amount of damage it had inflicted on the bird.
Letting the little rodent run up his arm to perch on his shoulder once again, Patrick watched the rest of the people in the room battle it out. Attentive as he watched the Archen and its moves. It didn’t click that he should be helping out his other group members because he was too engrossed in the other pokemon. He didn’t trust that bird, not one bit.
“Not again,” the officer groaned, crouching low to the ground and attempted to crawl to somewhere that didn’t have any bookcases that might crush his body. The Rattata that was on his shoulders however, jumped off of the man’s body and ran straight for the Archen.
The gust pushed the Rattata into a table during his sprint, but that did nothing to deter the rodent in his attack. Instead, it shook its body off and ran as fast as he could towards its brightly colored target, determined to use the move hyper fang.

Just in time, Archen snapped out of the Extrasensory attack and narrowly dodged the hyper fang. The pokemon decided it didn't like being blind and disoriented, deprived of its most important sense. So it wanted to give the humans a little payback.
Its eyes glowed as you hear wind whip through the room. Wait. Wind? This was indoors, where could the wind be coming from?
You soon learn that it wasn't just wind. A freaking sandstorm started, buffetting all the pokemon with sand. (But only Ryu will take damage...despite lucario being a steel type impervious to sandstorm trololol)

And lmao burrr, if only. I don't think Lucario can learn it, although it can be taught psychic. XD))
[ Pokémon: Erebos | HP: 800 ]
Genesis nodded in response to the thanks, then focused her attention back on the battle. Erebos was circling the Archen, wary of its sudden attacks, an ear quirked towards her.
"Deimos, use b--" She was cut off by an unexpected rise of wind and sand, and she was forced back.
"Brick break!" she called through the noise, trying to see past the particles of sand flying about.

The low visibility created by the sandstorm made it possible for Archen to escape the brunt of Erebos's attack. Only a few feathers were lost in the process and archen deemed it a fair trade for keeping its neck.
It scurried away from the stronger pokemon - those brick breaks did not seem so pleasant. It would rather catch a pokemon more unaware and that delcatty and its trainer seemed weaker than the rest. Archen raised its good wing and gave a good strong flap to send a surge of sand in the healer's direction. Now, sand didn't typically hurt, but at fast speeds with low mass - anything could hurt. Pokemon: Felix, 700 HP When the sandstorm was whipped up, Anise coughed at the sudden rush of dusty air, then hurriedly moved the kerchief down from her hair so it covered her mouth an nose instead. She squinted into the wind just in time to catch Felix getting blasted by a particularly strong gust of sandy wind. Felix crouched low, leaning into the wind to try to keep his place, and simply closed his eyes to try to resist the wind as best he could until it ebbed. It seemed impossible that Felix could get through this mess, and Anise didn't know if Felix had any ranged attacks. But sudden;y she thought of something else that might work. Holding the kerchief close to keep the sand out of her mouth, she yelled over the rush of wind, "Use Faint Attack!" Felix seemed to fade out of view, then a moment later he appeared behind the Archen and leaped at it.

Archen was surprised when, out of nowhere, he felt claws digging into his wing. The archen squawked and flinched away as fast as it could, disappearing to another area of the room.
However, as the archen ran, it didn't quite notice it was approaching a large shadow already. And it couldn't just stop, so archen decided to speed up and ram straight into whatever human or pokemon it was! [300/1000]

Apolla 500 HP Alexa pulled her scarf up so it covered her mouth and nose when the sand storm kicked up. She noticed that Apolla's attack didn't do anything but disorientate the Archen and knew Apolla would be upset. So far nothing has hit... but their luck should turn around! She really didn't want to but it seemed a fire attack was their best option right now. "Apolla use Will-o-wisp!" She yelled through the scarf. She quickly moved out of the way of the charging pokemon. Apolla wasn't so lucky. She get a glancing blow to the side. But it did put her close enough to it to safely use will-o-wisp. She opened her mouth and quickly shot out a bluish-white flame at the Archen.

((Blue, shouldn't you have gotten hit by something? An Archen did run just right at you. But for time's sake...we'll pretend something did happen xD ))
The will-o-wisp attack managed to light one of Archen's feathers on fire, but the rough sand coursing around the room managed to put it out quickly enough for it to not become severe.
Angry at the impudence of the trainers, Archen increased the intensity of the sandstorm to buffet the trainers even more. [200/1000]

Rattata HP: [400/800]
Patrick tried to see through the grainy sand, however, it was of no use. The only thing that got him was sand in his eyes, and boy did that hurt like no tomorrow. Growling, he resisted the temptation to rub at his eyes and sat down on the floor, waiting for the sand attack to cease.
The rattata however, was quick to act, even if he was practically blind and kept running into things, like desks and chairs, his body taking a great toll as he collided with these objects. Grimacing, the determined rat pokemon attempted to tackle the Archen, even if he didn't know where the heck he was going.

Sheer luck helped the rattata tackle the archen in the chest. The attack knocked the bird pokemon backwards and...once again out of visibility range.
Eventually, the archen did reappear, staggering towards the Lucario. It didn't look like it could even walk straight, but the ancient pokemon had a determined look in its eye as it cried out angrily against the Lucario and kicked some sand at the pokemon's face.

[ Pokémon: Erebos | HP: 700 ]
By this point, neither could see well past the whirlwind of sand spinning around them. Any attempt at maintaining visibility was quickly punished, and both struggled to stay in a relatively safe area away from any tall objects the Archen could decide to drop. Still, not all senses were hindered.
Although Erebos could only see vague shadows against the beige tint of his sight, he could still hear the Archen approach. In one swift motion, he attempted to use close combat to down the Pokémon and end the blasted storm.

The sandstorm seems to subside and in the center of the room, you notice that the Archen is on the floor. It looks pretty KOed. then it jumps up, turns into a zombie, and eat your brainsLooks like it's safe to throw a pokeball!
