In Vee s post in the Bloody Mary game: vballlvr5 "Bloody Mary, I killed your baby!" Username: vballlvr5Vee hadn't seen or anything unusual, at least for the asylum, the previous night and she could only hope for the best this night as well. During her nightly jaunt she came a across a hallway where the floor was completely covered in broken glass and sjards with jagged edges poked at from the cieling and walls. What was this? You Found a ClueYou hear the sound of music playing faintly. Just a tune, but you almost recognize it as some Christina Aguilera song. Surely the escaped patient isn't a pop artist…. Mills came upon the same hallway filled with broken glass that Vee had. She wondered if the mess had been caused by the patient she was looking for. Good thing she was wearing her steel-toed boots. The sound of glass breaking underfoot was a little unnerving, but somehow satisfying at the same time. "What kinda music is that anyway?" she asked. It wasn't really her thing. Mills' favorite kind of music was...

Hibirdii's post in the Alice game "Alice, I'll help you find your rabbits!"Username: Hibirdii Oh my. Look at this clueYou find a picture of a scantily clad 1960's actress. You think you recognize her….didn't she have some sort of magical powers or something? As he searched for clues, Lutwidge came across something... unusual. Namely, a pinup of one of his dad's favorite film stars. He couldn't remember the name, but... Something definitely seemed off about this picture. Why was it here? Maybe it was important. He slipped it into his pocket and continued to search.

Summer Rain 07's post in the werewolf game A) You stay frozen in horror, only to be confronted by a boy who takes your hand and yanks you away. Blood splattered across her face, and the other girls cries of horror rang through her ears. She was able to back away only a few steps before tripping over her feet and falling to the ground. It felt like everything was happening in slow motion, then she saw a pair of eyes staring at her before running off.
Tears filled her eyes as she looked on in horror, unable to move. Is… this a clue? You see a knife covered in blood lying on the floor. …that's not really very odd for the Asylum though is it? It doesn't really look like anyone was stabbed with it though, it looks more like it's been dunked in blood. Huh.. weird. The catacombs were certainly dark... dark enough that anything wet would be very slippery and very dangerous. The fact that the wet thing in question was a knife only made things worse. At first, Lutwidge picked it up to use as a weapon... but upon seeing that it had been liberally dunked in blood, he decided against using it until it dried off some. Gingerly, he carried it, wondering if the mystery patient had anything to do with it.

Mills had seen evidence of the killings, but blood wasn't really something she was surprised to see in this place, hastily wiped up or not. She turned the knife over in her hand, careful not to drip it on her clothes. Then she swiped it clean like a badass (there was still a lot of blood left that she ignored) and kept it in hand. Now she was armed and dangerous, she realized with an evil, toothy grin. It wasn't that a knife was the greatest weapon in the world. She could also break that bottle that was in her pocket, or hit someone over the head with it. And she had those big, heavy boots. Oh yeah. Bring 'im.By all appearances, she thought that she was so ready. The truth was, quaking in her boots she was downright nauseated. But no one was going to know that, not if she had anything to say about it.

((It said we could put more than one in a post, so long as there was RP for each one...)) Selalusia Yeah?! well... I say bah to... pants! Bah to pants! sugar makes me happy owo *dances around* A CLUE A CLUE!..no. It's just some paper with henna-like tattoo designs drawn on it. … Come on, who's leaving these clues anyways!? Lutwidge stopped short as he saw another piece of paper on the ground. What was this, another picture? Eagerly, he turned it over... no, no picture here. Just some sort of abstract design- like a tattoo or something. Might be kinda pretty on human skin... Selalusia having a real job kinda sucks a little owo OMG IT'S A CLUE!!!!??????????…..You find… a book lying on the ground. You pick it up and notice the cover It reads: "One Thousand and One Nights" "Scheherazade" You may or may not remember this book from some english lit class.. maybe? Oh well.. it's a stupid clue anyways. Lutwidge thought he might have solved the mystery as to where the papers were coming from. There was a book down here! An actual book! He knew this book well, too- it was a collection of Middle Eastern stories framed by a story about a woman who didn't want to be put to death by her ridiculous royal husband. There were dozens of stories in this book... clue or not, he was keeping this.

You think you recognize her….didn't she have some sort of magical powers or something? Ugh, that color. The poster was all faded (not that this is surprising, the fact that paper products of any kind survive is always a marvel) and for some reason it brought to mind the bottle she carried along with her. Was this really a clue? Well she left the poster where she left it. Surely someone else would want to look at it. Someone of the opposite gender, perhaps.

Selalusia *pads through* meow You found a clue! You see a small candle with a note. The note reads: "Make a wish" Is it your birthday? No? Oh.. well hmm… More paper caught Lutwidge's eye. It was getting darker and damper down here in the depths of the dungeon... In the distance, he could see a flickering light. Could this be the escaped patient? Or perhaps... a sign of him! Or her. he wasn't sure which. As he ran towards the light, he didn't see any human-esque shadows on the wall. Possibly- and this was a very slim possibly- this was safe. As he reached the light, he discovered it was coming from a small candle. There was a note near the candle. In the gloom, it was difficult to read, but eventually, he deciphered the words. "Make a wish," it said. He could barely make out the letters... but now he had a light source. He'd forfeit his wish if it kept the candle going- there was NO way he was gonna blow it out! "I wish that the light stays on," he whispered quietly so that nobody could hear him. After all, if your wish is heard, it won't come true...

It definitely looked like henna tattoos she had seen people selling on street corners. She'd thought about doing something like that too. Tagging was art after all, and it could be translated into a money-making venture. She pocketed the piece of paper. Maybe it would come in handy later, who knew?

As he wandered the halls, candle in hand and knife in... uh... other hand, Lutwidge heard the faint sound of music coming from somewhere. It wasn't a song he really knew- he'd heard the tune maybe on a radio somewhere, but modern music really wasn't his thing- and he wondered if this also had something to do with the missing patient. He'd not heard real music in absolute ages, so he stood still for a while and enjoyed it before going on his way. Dr Ezekiel :: Current Nurses ::- Anesha Faeson - Played by: musicaloner7 - Ingway Faeson - Played by: Vethrfolnir :: Wall of Shame ::The following names are those who failed to perform their duties to our liking and have been demoted. ...None Yet, lets keep it that way... You see a piece of paper with the word CLUE written on it. This must be a clueIt reads: "He feeds on your bloooood…. " Well.. that's just creepy. "Another foot, another note," Lutwidge mused softly at a piece of paper on the ground. This one was obviously a clue. It said so. In large letters. He picked it up and turned it over. So something in this asylum fed on blood. Lutwidge raised an eyebrow at the thought. Of all the people he'd met? Frankly, he'd be surprised if there wasn't a bloodsucker. Dr Ezekiel Are you after this position to serve and protect while keeping the peace? Or just because you're power hungry and want to run around with a weapon while abusing those beneath you?
Either way, we don't give a damn. As long as you listen to us and perform your designated duties, we'll get along just fine. A clue for you! But.. it's just some weird bottle. Looks kinda like a perfume bottle…. only longer. And it doesn't smell all that nice. Lutwidge's foot connected with something in the dark that rolled down the hallway with a skittering sound. He chased after it and picked it up. The bottle- a pretty one, though it didn't smell so pretty- was still rolling when he nabbed it, no doubt due to the slime on the ground. Blech. It was a nice bottle, even if it wasn't important to the investigation or anything. He pocketed it along with the book and the notes and continued the search.

It may say, "1001 Nights," but each story was not simply one page long! She had no use for it personally but she knew lots of people who liked to read. The firefly boy Photinus practically lived in a library for all the books he carried around, and probably someone from 'the neighborhood' would like it too. Fine. Whatever. Weight builds muscle and pain builds character.

Tilting her head slightly, Tonny's forehead wrinkled in confusion as she heard a slight strain of....music? At times she heard people doing what they called 'singing' in the asylum, and she was no exception; Reverie at times had all but told her outright that her singing could turn cucumbers into pickles. But what did it mean? Did the mysterious patient have access to a player? Or were they able to make such sounds themselves, like some freaky Transformers hybrid?

She was just going to try her luck down an adjacent corridor when she noticed something wadded up against the wall. She crouched down and unfolded it, beholding what appeared to be a clip of an actress, one that picked at Tonny's brain like a sparrow with a piece of bread. Hadn't she been in some show, like Bewitched or something? She frowned as she stood up; now she wished she had paid more attention when her uncle had wanted to watch all of those old-time shows that she thought were too quaint for her. She shrugged and put the paper back where she found it; might be that the person she was looking for was old enough to have old pin-ups, but then why the more modern music? This was one serious puzzle.

She stared down at the bloody knife on the floor, one of the dripping edges touching her sneaker. Did someone just get done in? She looked down at the ghastly weapon, noticing that the amount of blood seemed less like evidence for a stabbing and more like some nasty, melting blood pop.Why would someone dip a knife in blood and just leave it in the hallway? She had a fleeting memory of her uncle telling her a horrible story of hunters who would dip knives in frozen blood and leave them for tigers to lick on until they died from the loss of blood from their poor, sliced tongues. Was this person trying to catch a tiger? She grinned a shaky grin as she used her shoe to scoot the bloody knife away. If she had to do detective work for a living, she'd starve to death.

It's just some paper with henna-like tattoo designs drawn on it. … Come on, who's leaving these clues anyways!? Another piece of paper? This was beginning to feel more like some Scooby Doo episode than a search for a mysterious scary patient. Tonny picked up the paper and looked it over. Huh.....looked like a henna tattoo. Now THAT was interesting. Did the mystery person have a tattoo fetish? Or maybe they just liked to play with needles...... Still, henna wasn't applied with needles; the clue would have best been done with a regular inked tattoo if that was the implied message. So it had to be something else. Hmm.....henna was used by brides in India......maybe it was some creepy priest, like in Temple of Doom; the one that tore people's hearts out.

How many nights would she have just loved to have something to read as she sat there in her room with nothing to do but count the cracks in her ceiling? And here it was just laying there in the hallway! It was practically criminal. She looked at the cover, reading the words aloud in a whisper. "One Thousand and One Nights". That'd sure be a lot of stories to help pass the time. She would read it and share it with that poor woman....Mai, was it? She could use a book of stories to read to her son. In the meantime, could the mystery patient have left this? And why?
