Tweedledum & Tweedledee Tweedledum and Tweedledee Agreed to go and battle! For Tweedledum and Tweedledee Needed a bloody rabble. Dum looked at the hare and all he could do was smile and let out an amused low chuckle. Contrary to popular beliefs, both he and Demio were rather hush-hush about their sex lives with each other. It was one thing showing the world over what they did, totally different thing to share it without the other's knowledge as well as their own input on the stories. Still smiling he shook his head and glanced back to the garden outside. "As tempting as the thought is, I think I'll let you imagine our bedroom games instead." He said removing his dark blue top-hat and examining the deep green ribbon fixed to it. "At least until Tweedledee gets here to tell you his part of the details."
He knew that the male was trying to pass the silence and perhaps start a possible friendship with him, but that wasn't exactly how you became friends with Doomiel. No, he wasn't the type to allow himself to attach to others easily the way that his younger brother was able to do. Doomiel and Demio were essentially polar opposites in that sense because while his brother easily attached to others it was for the potential fall out. Demio was rather cynical at heart and relished the pain that came with being proven correct in other's nature. Doomiel wasn't in the least. It took quite a while to get him to warm up to others because Dum wanted to be able to trust the other. Picking up his small beautifully decorated tea cup he took a moment to examine it while continuing to talk. "Tell me, Hare... What do you think is the most dangerous. Being proven correct or being proven wrong?"
Red eyes glowed with subtle interest as it traced the golden lace work of one of Marlicia's favorite tea sets the Cheshire Cat had given to her once during a visit. The cat was one of the few close friends she had though why or how, he didn't quite understand. Many of the royals that Marlicia had grown up with had talked badly about her when she wasn't around, and still did since they didn't know she was still alive. But the cat... The cat seemed more inclined to keep the hatter as a friend rather than an acquaintance as he did others. "By the way... I haven't heard from that mangey feline recently. Have you per chance heard from him?" Placing the cup down gently as not to potentially harm the cup- it was funny how Marli knew could see even the most minute flaws in her possessions if there was one. Looking at the hare again giving him his attention Tweedledum smiled charmingly while leaning his head onto his upraised hands.

.:March Hare:. March knew that it wasn't going to be easy to become friends with Doomiel but he certainly loved a good challenge. "Two sides to every story I see. Makes since. I won't force the answer out of you. I myself am still a virgin seeing as most girls don't like the fact that I don't show any emotions. They don't understand that if I don't stay calm all the time something bad could happen. Once my entire room got trashed after a thunderstorm because rabbits are naturally afraid of them. Just as well I suppose. Watching over Marli is a full-time job anyways, and I don't get any time off. I really don't care for time off either." There were a few more moments of silence before the other was asked a question about being correct or being corrected.
"I think it all depends on the circumstance. Sometimes being right isn't always the right thing, and the outcome of being right can lead to many dangers. For instance in a book a man was right about a bottomless pit going on forever into the dark depths. A gust of huge wind blew the man who was right in and he fell forever and ever. Also if a person is wrong and they are corrected by someone else the one that did the correcting will end up dead. Most people here in Wonderland have sharp tempers, and if they are proven wrong it can be the most dangerous. Also though being wrong can have a good effect as well. Say the man that said the bottomless pit was bottomless, but in fact he was corrected by falling in and reaching the bottom. He can still be found, rescued, and live with only a few broken bones."
Again there was more silence before he was asked about Cheshire. "I haven't seen him recently." He felt hatred towards the cat because Marli seemed to give him more attention them him. He did have a huge crush on her after all, and he didn't like how close they were.

Tweedledum & Tweedledee Tweedledum and Tweedledee Agreed to go and battle! For Tweedledum and Tweedledee Needed a bloody rabble. A slim eyebrow lifted up at the Hare's admission to being a virgin which was more than surprising to say the least. March was still a virgin? While living with Marlicia for how long? Doomiel wasn't even going to attempt at lying about having sex with Marli it had been forever ago since he's done so, but he has... and by her own initiative no less. And if the noblity thought Dee and Dum were freaks, they'd obviously never had the pleasures that Marlicia was able to give if she were willing. Keeping that little bit of information to himself, Doomiel sighed with a shake of his head and comment the best way he could. "You are a better man than I, Arch. You are a better man than I." Not commenting on his reason for remaining so closed off he did comment on his explanation of his first question.
"In other words, its either a loose-loose situation depending on the person's mood." He murmured only to silently consider March's arguement in a less pessimistic mind set only to zero in on the heat of anger in the hare's tone. Dum stayed silent but the way he stared at him suspicion as he wondered why he was angry. Considering that the subject of the conversation it had to do with the Cheshire Cat, Ace and his not coming to visit. Thinking it that way... as well as well as the rest of their conversation Doomiel came to the only logical reason. Hare was gay. It made absolute sense because there was absolutely no way that he could be a virgin living with Marlicia mad or nigh. Instantly a sympathetic smile graced his handsome face and his red eyes softened. "Unrequitted love stings, but don't worry. Things have a way of working themselves out." .:March Hare:. He doesn't think I'm in love with Ace does he? He's got that all backwards. His ears drooped a bit. He figured to just let that go for now because arguing with him wasn't worth it. "It's a lot harder when more then one person wants the one you're after. Rabbits tend to jump at sex whenever they can get it. That's where the term, '******** like rabbit's' comes from. I haven't had the chance yet." He took a sip of his tea before setting his tea cup back down. He wasn't ugly and he knew he had his looks going for him. He was always wondering what it would take to make Marli his...or at least have her be the one to deflower him.

Tweedledum & Tweedledee Tweedledum and Tweedledee Agreed to go and battle! For Tweedledum and Tweedledee Needed a bloody rabble. Is Ace really that popular? Doomiel wondered with sympathy to the other man since his brother had that same issue. Watching the hare's ears droop with apparent sadness, the vampire couldn't help but soften towards the other male. Hell, Dum was also in the same boat since he'd come across many that had wished to court Marli, but was too afraid of her rages and bodyguards to attempt. "Yes, having others want what you are unable to obtain is frustrating at best- maddening at worst- at least trying would can make you feel better." He informed the hare with a grin on his face as he let out a laugh. "You can't always wait, Arch. Even bunnies take initiatives to make advances." With that he took another sip of his tea, completely unaware that the march hare was talking about Marli.

.:March Hare:. March Hare thought about it and realized that Doomiel was right. He shouldn't just sit around and wait for something to happen. If he wanted something to happen between him and Marli then he should make something happen between the two of them. He had to show Ace who was ahead of the game. His ears perked back up again.
"You're right. Thank you Doomiel for that advice. I won't just sit around and wait anymore. I will tell them how I feel. That way I wouldn't be giving up without a good fight." He then actually smiled before taking another sip his tea. A rather rare attraction.

Tweedledum & Tweedledee Tweedledum and Tweedledee Agreed to go and battle! For Tweedledum and Tweedledee Needed a bloody rabble. Doomiel stared at the hare for a while before chuckling giving the other man a playful grin. "For someone that claims to be emotionally distant, your ears sure tells a different tale." He murmured taking a sip of his tea again before standing up to look out into the garden and becoming almost obsessive about it. Marlicia tended to be forgetful of things, but she never left without first tending to it and seeing as it was ready for a harvest it bugged Tweedledum to no end. Placing his hands on his hips the vampire let out an exasperated sigh of impatience before heading over to where the Hatter kept her gardening tools.
"I'm sorry, but its starting to bug me." Doomiel claimed as he removed first his silk and lace shirt, then his velvet green gloves. He tugged on some of the gardening gloves that were inside and waved a pair at March. "Want to give me a hand? I'm not sure if Marlicia would like it if I went into her garden without supervision." The question genuinely unsure since the woman tended to get aggitated when others offered their help. Even the hare was sometimes limited on his assistance when it came to her garden or prized possessions. But she rarely said "no" to those she was most familiar with, and seeing as she wasn't there Doomiel wasn't too sure if either male's assistance would be favored.
It all depended on how the hatter felt at any given time.

.:March Hare:. "I'm emotionally distant because I choose to be for the well-being of others." He noticed that the other kept on looking out at Marli's garden, then watched as Doomiel got the tools to work in her garden. He didn't know if he was allowed in there while she was away because he was never left home without her before. If he got into trouble with Marli it would be a bad start on any possibly relationship they might have in the future.
In the end he would love to do this favor for her since she's away so he took the gardening gloves before slipping them onto his hands. "She wouldn't like that at all so I'll help you. If we get into trouble I'll take the punishments, seeing as the house currently belongs to me. She left me a guardian of her house while she's away. Shall we get started then?"

┌Williamas┐William └Williamas┘━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ William saw the garden's clearing not long after he left the white rabbit's cottage. He had been walking briskly, trying to block out the awful memories the dark, twisted forest held for him. It had once, long ago, been green and full of thriving plants and animals. Now it was dead and decaying, with monsters lurking around every turn. William could fight off almost anything that came his way, but he preferred not to have to fight. He took no enjoyment from ending another thing's life, but he also didn't want to die. In the dark world they lived in, it had become a matter of survival of the fittest, kill or be killed. It was one of the reasons why William stayed locked away in the dark towers of his master's castle. He didn't like the twisted dangers that littered the once pristine land, and he didn't like having to face the harsh realities of life. In the castle it was simple, you obeyed the king's commands and you were safe. Out in the world though, the beasts weren't so rational.
William turned his head several times as he walked towards the door of the mad hatter's house, seeing if the white rabbit was outside enjoying the meadow's sunlight. Sadly though, he couldn't see his old master's form. William came to a stop when he reached the home's front door. Before a panic could over take him again, he knocked on the door. "Hello, is anyone there?" he called out after he knocked. There were a few people that resided in the cottage, so his chances of running into someone was much higher here than at Ryan's home. He waited silently for a few minutes, keeping his ears open for any signs of life. The sound of china clinking softly, and footsteps could be heard from within, and William nearly grinned. "Thank you! Now if only one of the would be Ryan, or know where he was, then I'd be able to go home." he thought happily. He knocked again lightly on the door, to make sure whoever was in the cottage heard him, and waited with a small smile on his face.

.:March Hare:. March Hare then heard a sudden knock on the door and his ears perked up. "Marli?" He rushed to the door but didn't find the Hatress, but rather someone that he had never met before in his life. "Hello Sir. Welcome to the tea garden of the Mad Hatress. I'm March Hare. May I help you in some way?"

┌Williamas┐William └Williamas┘━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ William smiled when he heard someone on the other side of the door call out some one's name. "Some one's here! Some one's here! I hope they know where Ryan is, or better yet! If it's the rabbit, then I don't have to worry about where I'll sleep night!" William thought happily. When the door opened he grinned, and for a moment thought that it was his old master standing before him. This man did have the ears, but the face wasn't the one he was looking for. The Rabbit that had opened the door was in fact a Hare, and not just any Hare. It was none other than March Hare, the rabbit the held the same name as his title. William had seen and talked with the Hare many a time before his change, when on business for Ryan or just to help the garden, but the reunion didn't bring him any joy. March hadn't come to the castle with the other title holders that allied themselves with the new ruler, so he didn't hold many emotions towards this rabbit besides a slight bit of awkwardness. This man was a reminder of William's past while serving the rabbit he now sought.
William's frown grew as the man introduced himself, and asked what he needed. "He- he doesn't remember me? I guess I have changed a lot since I last saw him, but was I really that unimpressionable before?" he thought sadly, "What if Mr. White forgot about me too? Would he tell me about his plans, or just make me go away?" he thought in alarm. If Ryan didn't tell him what he was up to, then he'd never be allowed to return to the castle! He'd be all alone in the forest until a smocke came along and started to drain the life out of him. William shook his head slightly, clearing that horrible image from his mind."No, that wouldn't happen. Nithis would come and save me, just like he promised he would. Then he'd take me back, and after I'm punished for my shortcomings, he'd give me another chance." William decided, and finally looked at the March Hare before him.
William smiled at March. "Yes, do you know where Ryan is, or if it's here. I just went by his cottage, but he wasn't home." William asked, frowning as he mentioned Ryan not being home. Everything would of been much simpler if the White Rabbit had been at his desk, scribbling away like he used to. "I hope he's here with Ryan, I don't want to have to travel through the woods. With time being as inconstant as it has it'll probably get dark, and I'll have to sleep out in the open where the Smocke's are." he thought, biting the side of his cheek slightly. The smocke was one of the few monsters of wonderland the king had created that William feared. The Smocke didn't kill their victims, but instead kept them alive and fed off of their fear and other strong emotions. For someone like William, who's mood changed to something negative almost constantly, it was a horrible trap that no ammount of physical strength could get you out of.
William looked past the Hare and saw Doomiel, Demio's twin brother, standing there. "Doomiel? I guess this is why the king didn't know where he was, but why is he at the mad hatter's garden?" he though, the confusion plain on his face. "I thought Demio was the one who liked talking to people, so why is he here making a social visit? Wait! What if that wasn't Demio I saw this morning, but Doomiel pretending to be Demio! They always try to act alike when they're together, but I never knew they pretended to be one another when separated too." William thought in mild awe. He knew that the twins were fond of games, but he never thought they'd take it this far. It still didn't answer one question though, "Why would Demio be here though?" and with that came another odd theory. "Wait, what if is just Demio and he beat the King and I here. He was looking for his brother, so maybe he thought that someone here knew where he was. Though Ruka would of been more helpful.... Is he trying to go the cheaper route?" William questioned.

Tweedledum & Tweedledee Tweedledum and Tweedledee Agreed to go and battle! For Tweedledum and Tweedledee Needed a bloody rabble. Tweedledum only grinned in response to the Hare's claim already knowing why he remained distant. He had made sure to ask the little Doormouse everything he could about the one that lived with the Hattress since Gwenifer had insisted upon the Hare's presence. His little informant had passed along the rumor of March being a beserker when he went to battle and that alone made the creature in front of him intriguing. "I'll keep that in mind then I suppose." Doomiel said as the Hare grabbed up his own set of gloves and proceeded to tug them on as well.
He doubted that Marli would actually punish the man for his help, if anything she'd cry in distress for a bit at her sanctum being violated by them. Though he hated seeing Marlicia cry for any reason, he really didn't think she'd hold a grudge against the bodyguard. Doomiel opened his mouth to say as much but suddenly stiffened as a familiar sound as well as scent drifted towards the house. It was faint and was mixed with that of the house's but Dum knew that particular brand of musk from only one lizard. "No... That couldn't be...?" Dum murmured in confusion mere seconds before the knock on the door and the familiar voice answering his question. Still confused he merely stayed back as the March Hare hopped quickly to the sound of the door.
March didn't need him to correct his assumption as he answered the door with Doomiel finally following silently to the door. Seeing the dark haired man that his twin secretly pined for whenever he thought none was looking. The lizard was one of the reasons he'd left his brother at the castle, knowing that his younger brother would worry after William's random bout of bloodlust. Of course that didn't answer the question of why his brother's crush was here at the moment... or rather it didn't until William asked about his old master. A sneer pulled Doomiel's lips off of elongated fangs at the mere mention of the timekeeper's name and he wished that William had drained that b*****d last night.
Sighing he allowed his anger to ease back down to a low simmer which helped to bring him back to the matter at hand. Crossing his lean muscular arms over his chest and making his face passively curious he watched the Lizard until the other half of the Tweedle duo was noticed. The surprise and equal confusion from the other male had Dum bowing his head in silent greeting. "William, this is a surprise. What brings the Lizard to this place and in search of a being that hasn't been seen in years?" His tone was passive but the harsh glare of his red gaze said exactly how he was feeling at the mention of that damned rabbit.

.:March Hare:. Hare was going to answer William when he saw that him and Doomiel seemed to know each other. He waited until they were done talking before he spoke as well. "Ryan? The White Rabbit? I really don't know where he is at the moment. Why not try the place where the first Alice came in at?" He then placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder and the moment he touched him visions started to flash through his mind. They were visions of William, but he didn't think they were his memories. He knew there was a March Hare before him...did they belong to him? He quickly took his hand away before looking at William.
"Blood lust...chaos....Have we...met before? Have I forgotten something...important?"

┌Williamas┐William └Williamas┘━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ William flinched as he saw the twin's gaze come to him. The cold shiver went through him as the vampire nodded towards him. He knew immediately from that familiar presence which of the Tweedle twins was there with him. "It is Doomiel after all. I hope he isn't upset at me... He always seems to be in a bad mood when Demio isn't around." the lizard thought, suddenly uneasy. While Demio was nice to William, Doomiel was more of the silent type of person that intimidated William by just giving him his attention. As the vampire's gaze grew harsher with his words, William began to panic inside. "Um," was all he managed to utter while his mind whirled in conflict. "What should I say! If I tell them that Lord Nithis sent me, March might not help me, and if I lie then Doomiel might get angry at me later." he thought, slightly biting his lower lip as his eyes reveled his nervousness. "If I say that I want to work for Ryan then Doomiel will see through it in a heart beat! But if I tell the truth I may not be able to go back for Doomiel to get angry at me. Though he might be angry now and reveal it. Maybe I should try something closer to the truth. I could say that I'm delivering a message for him that Nithis wanted me to deliver personally, then Doomiel wouldn't know and no one could correct him. Nithis said that I was asking Ryan some questions, and that's my message!" William thought triumphantly.
The nervousness in his expression lessened as William smiled, finally returning the silent welcome given to him from Doomiel. "G-good morning Doomiel." It had taken a few moments of panic before he was able to respond, but he had a plan of action now that would keep him from being too afraid of future consequences. It gave him more confidence to go forward, which was all he needed to give his answer to Doomiel's question. "Lord Nithis wanted me to give Ryan a message for him. Nithis didn't think that he'd want to see him, so he thought that White would listen to me." William said cheerfully, a bit of pride swelling in his chest. What he had said was mostly the truth, Nithis had sent him to talk with Ryan because William had previously served the rabbit, but the nature of the assignment was a bit different than what he implied. He was supposed to be more of a 'spy' for him master than a delivery boy, but whatever got him the information worked. He didn't want to have to sleep out in the woods after dark after all.
William shifted his vision from his king's lieutenant to the March Hare again as he spoke. He frowned when the Hare admitted to not knowing where he was, and the suggestion didn't make him smile much either. "The place where the first Alice came? It's been so long since I've traveled to the edge... Wasn't that a long walk from here?" William thought, frowning again. He had had no reason to venture so close to the end of the world before, so the road wasn't that familiar. He was sure he could find it again, but the time it might take brought him pause. It could take a few days to find the right path, which meant nights spent alone in the open... "Maybe they'll give me directions if I ask..." William thought with a frown again. The March Hare, even if he didn't remember him, might be willing to help him. Demio's brother was a bit of a wild card in that department as well though. He seemed agitated, so William didn't feel the need to try and pry any information from him.
William was brought out of his thoughts as the March Hare put his hand on his shoulder, and visibly jumped in surprised. He opened his mouth to apologize for his skittishness, but then closed it as something seemed to be going through the March Hare's mind. The Hare quickly removed his hand once his sense seemed to return to him, and William looked at him with confusion before the Hare spoke. At the mention of blood lust fear swept all emotion away from his face. "Blood lust? Did he see me? Did I try and attack him?" he thought in a sudden panic, but once the rabbit continued he calmed himself quickly. "No, he must be thinking of his berserk mode. I wonder if it wiped his memories, I don't I've seen him since the chaos after Nithis took the throne." William thought with mild relief.
William smiled at the Hare, "Yes, I'm William, though you might remember me better as Willy." he said, but then frowned at his mistake, "No, not Willy. It was Billy, or Bill." William muttered, mostly talking to himself more than anything else. He hadn't used his nickname in a number of years, but if it would help the Hare it was worth trying to remember. "Yeah! Bill, that was it." he suddenly proclaimed with a smile. The smile was short lived though, as he frowned as he tried to think of an answer to the Hare's second question. Eventually he just gave a shrug in defeat. "I don't think so, but I don't know what you remember." William said, then suddenly remembered Nithis's mission for Demio.
William suddenly turned to Doomiel again, his eyes brightly lit with clear thoughts. "That reminds me!" he began, then smiled kindly at Doomiel, trying to offset the anger that he might receive for delivering such a message. "Doomiel, your brother Demio is out looking for you. Nithis sent him to go look for you before we left, so he might be on his way here." William said. He wasn't sure why Doomiel would be at the Mad Hatter's garden, but if it was for anything important he felt as though he should give the vampire fair warning.

.:March Hare:. It hadn't been his Berserker Mode that he had seen. It had been this man here attacking others for the king....but when the vision came to a mirror he didn't look like his usual self. He had brown ears, brown hair...everything about him was brown rather then the white he was now. He was confused in his mind but he didn't show it at all on his face. "It was more then just that....I can recall the name Bill from that vision...you were attacking people."
