I'm The Siren Prince, Seth Solindo.
Born to Christian and Melonie Solindo.Another of the king's laughs ensued the child's words; his response coming brightly despite his wife's dark glare. "Whoever said a princess had to wait around for a man? Why, yo-" His starting ancedote was interrupted by a harsh clearing of the throat, an act made by Seth (as he'd the story of his parent's courtship far too often) to remind his father of his daughter's innocence to her lineage. After a moment, the king understood, and he continued hastily to make up for the mistake. "There is a family of earth spirits that had a daughter who courted men, believing that any gender may be dominate; and I believe the sylphs have similiar values at that."
Melonie continued to speak softly, her undertones holding displeasure as she adressed Tabbitha. "You only prove my point more." She huffed once as she leaned away from the woman, ignoring her son as he stepped between them. She would not engage the witch any more, and instead focused on the child, who seemed far too like her mother for the Queen's taste.
While he was starting to feel tired, the prince remained upbeat, knowing that the most difficult part of this trip would come tomorrow, and that anything achieved today would help that event. Therefore, he was determined to stay in good spirits, and would act as a barrier as much as he could against any harsh or hostile feelings that might affect Yvette's mood.

Tabby taught her daughter well. She would reverse things once she got older. She just want it to make things unattractive to Seth for a while so he would stop asking to do these little things, like visiting his parents, that drove her nuts. They had agreements and he kept pushing her to do more and more. It was her time to push back. "Well Cinderella knew who to ask, but she was mean and made her step mother and sisters dance to death, the Little Mermaid tried hard and she turned to sea foam because she wasn't forceful enough, and Sleeping Beauty got raped while she was sleeping." Yvette pointed out. Her mother had told her the vulgar and true versions of the stories. It didn't mean she knew what rape was.

Born to Christian and Melonie Solindo.While Seth pleaded silently that his daughter did not yet know the concept of rape, he spoke quickly, scooping the girl into his arms as he spoke. [colo=#570505]"Meh, why do we speak so much of royalty anyway? Perhaps we should let grandma and grandpa go home?" He set her down on her feet, and gave a soft smile before facing his parents again. "Voy a ser más tarde." His mother's expression brightened at the idea of having an exit, and her reply came fluidly before exiting quickly. "Bueno. Tenemos que hablar ... sin la niña y la bruja." The prince nodded, and he waited patiently beside the door as his father gave his own bidding before leaving the cottage. "It was wonderful to see you ladies. And I hope you won't object to another visit before you leave."

Tabby smiled at the king. She didn't have a much against him as she did Seth and his mother slightly. Not only was it moral for her to like him, but she hoped that he would be the key to keeping the door open for Yvette when she made her own way in life. "I think Yvette will enjoy that. She's fond of you." Tabby answered. Yvette ran and gave the king one last time before going back to her father and lifting her hands up because she wanted to be pieced up.

Born to Christian and Melonie Solindo.As Yvette was lifted into her father's hands, her grandparents left with small, courteous waves. Once the door was shut closed, Seth breathed a tired sigh of relief. While he wanted a word with the witch, the more pressing issue now would be dinner for his daughter. His steps led to the small kitchen, which was not quite it's own room, but sizeable enough for a single cook. Once on the tiled floor, he realized one important fact, the prince made a terrible chef of any sort. Turning to face the pink haired woman, he voice a small question, "Uh, you can cook, correct?"

Tabby rolled her eyes. What else did she expect from Seth. He probably had never touched a mixing spoon in his life. The woman looked at Yvette who giggled. "Daddy doesn't know how to cook?" She laughed. It suggested that the princess knew how to cook a little. "Duh." She answered before stepping into the little kitchen. She started to look around at what there was. She smiled. Mac and cheese and hot dogs.The woman pulled out too pots and filled them with water before putting them on the stove. She then pulled out the stuff before turning back to Seth and Yvette. "Give it a bit we need the water to boil." She commented.

Born to Christian and Melonie Solindo.Sighing, he knew that from that moment on, he would never be able to live down the simple fact of his inability to cook. "Dawn tried to teach me once, but the lesson was...unsuccesful, to say the least." Nodding, he watched with interest as Tabbitha began the meal, a smile of satisfaction appearing at Yvette's apparent likeness of the food soon to be served. Leaning against the counter, while keeping his daughter away from the heating water, Seth spoke up lightly, trying to keep some form of conversation up. "So, a model now?" he inquired, letting a small amount of curiosity mask his voice.

Tabby glanced at Seth. "Yeah." She answered before taking Yvette's book. She started to flip through the pages and went towards the front. She showed Seth the first picture that she had published in a magazine. She was ready to get him to freak out. "I had to cut this one out myself so Yvette didn't see anything else. Well everyone needs to start somewhere." She told Seth. The album of course had more pictures than just that and some of them were much nicer. Image

Born to Christian and Melonie Solindo.Nodding, he thought about the industry his ex worked in. While he wouldn't care much to stop her if it was just the witch's life being affected, he was very concerned about his daughter. What if, as she grew up, she became concerned about her own self images needlessly? Sighing, he shoved aside the pessimistic thoughts, and chose to focus on whatever it was Tabbitha was in search of. As the book was passed over, his eyes scanned the page until it rested on the clipping that was pointed out. Oh. That's what she meant. Clearing his throat, he responded with a smirk, covering his mild embarressment with a whisper. "Brings back memories." After a moment of silence, he continued, loud enough so Yvette wouldn't wonder what was mentioned or hinted at. "Do you enjoy the job, though?"

Tabby set one heart piercing glare at Seth for mentioning that she ever slept with him. "I enjoy it. It's nice to know that guys touch themselves over me. I'm pretty lucky that I don't have to wear the outfits my daughter will later question any more. I've got some great people to be around for work, I get a nice check, flexible hours and I get to travel. It's a good job." She answered Seth. Yvette moved to her parents and took the photo book before she started to flip around before she showed her father. "Daddy this is the mister that Mommy works with." She told her father. Tabby leaned over to take a look. It was the wedding photo that she took with Haikimaru.

Born to Christian and Melonie Solindo.Catching the glare, he couldn't help but wince momentarily. He relaxed as she continued, letting him off by speaking more of her job. He nodded, an understanding expression on his face as he realized that perhaps Tabbitha had found the perfect job for her life and personality. "I'm glad, honestly." And he was, feeling that if the witch was complacement, Yvette would be the same. Speaking of the little princess, she sauntered back up happily, her words causing enough curiousity to make Seth satisfy his interest by glancing down to the elaborate wedding photo. Slowly, his eyes grew thoughtful as he strained to place a name to the face, and realization soaked in shortly. "Wasn't that some guy at Reed's?" he questioned, hoping that his memory wasn't failing too quickly.

Tabby smiled at Seth's words. He was at least fine for once with something that she did. She couldn't remember how many times Seth would give a negative comment to something, but it was sweet and different. She then turned back to the picture. "Yeah. He was done with high school the year before you. His name is Haikimaru Taninaka and his father is a Lord." She answered. "He's a pretty nice guy and I've gone out with him a couple of times with Yvette coming with us. He's pretty good with kids and I can depend on him."

Tabby looked at Seth. She was at first going to tell him that Haikimaru already had a boyfriend whom she hadn't met just yet, but the witch stopped herself. What did it matter to him? She had just said that he was a reliable person. Seth had no right to lecture her about dating. "None of your business." She answered him. It didn't matter. Models didn't talk about their friends while not within a group of secret keepers.

Born to Christian and Melonie Solindo.Frowning, Seth crossed his arms with his response, "I see." While he had no issue with Tabbitha dating again, he wanted to be sure Yvette liked whoever this person would be; an act it appeared the witch felt to keep completely under her control. Clearing his throat, he moved on, motioning toward the forming food as he spoke again. "It's getting late. I don't think it would be wise for Vetty to stay awake too long." He nodded once in affirmation, his voice finishing his thought quietly as he remembered his fiancee's coming visit. "She'll be meeting Eileen tomorrow."
