Jutaku smiled, "Well, oh so curious one, what fun would that be if I downright told everyone? To be truthful, there is probably isn't anyone that would get off so easy. Everyone else must either investigate or fight for the knowledge. That way I can get some entertainment out of it," he said looking the captain straight into the eyes. Curious to which he will choose, if either one.

Taicho "Don't assume that just because I'm nice..." "Fight? You're tempting me on purpose. You know I have bandages on. But..."
Hayate let out a deep sigh. His curiousity normally got him in trouble, but when he wanted to know something, it was like an infectious disease. It took over his mind and forced him to think about nothing but what he wanted to know, which in this case was Jutaku's goal. This time was no exception. Maybe if he knew was his goal was, Hayate could come up with a goal of his own. He grunted as he got to his feet, yawning and stretching his arms and legs. He was told to take it easy by the doctors, but slowing down has never been in Hayate's vocabulary. Besides, they could stop a friendly sparring match any time they wanted to, right? Wincing, he unwrapped the tight bandages and flexed his hands, attempting to find out how much pain he would be in. The scars on his palms were very prominentThe pain was dull, but nothing he couldn't handle. He could grip his Zanpakuto pretty well, and if he did use his shikai, his palms would be pretty protected anyway. He figured could take a fight with a 3rd seat. But he wasn't ready to go back out and join his fellow captains in the Rukongai, not yet. Taking the handles of his two blades at his sides gently, he unsheathed them and held them with a light grip, twirling them within his palms.
"You're lucky I'm such a curious person. I'm going to find out one way or another, Jutaku."

Smiling Jutaku stayed in eye contact with Hayate, "Well then, don't think I'm gonna go easy on you since your injured, I have to go full force since your a captain." Jutaku began to pull out his zanpaktou, "Blind Fubuki," he said as his zanpaktou turned a light blue with white crack like lines forming the length of the blade. Nothing other then the appearance changed to the normal eye, to an experienced eye one would see disfigured air around the blade from the change in temperatures. Anyone close enough to the blade would also feel a difference in temperatures caused by the coldness of Fubuki. "Are you ready?" Jutaku said reaching his left hand into his pocket, grabbing a little black ball but not revealing it yet.

Taicho "Don't assume that just because I'm nice..." "I'm about as ready as I'm going to be. Look at you, already releasing your shikai. You act like I'm some sort of threat..."
He said with an innocent grin. He stopped twirling the two blades, holding them in a defensive 'X' position while he analyzed his opponent. Single blade, but the shikai meant that there was some sort of gimmick he had to watch out for. He flash-stepped toward Jutaku as if to give a frontal assault before jumping and stepping on his shoulders, using him as a spring board to vault over him. Landing a couple feet from him, Hayate whirled around to deliver a spinning back kick to the space between his shoulder blades. "...that I'll keep giving you second chances." Zanpakuto

 Oroshi walks in through the gate to the squad barracks and sees two men about to spar next to the flowers he stares at them. Without a hesitation he whispers,
"Bakudou Ichi: Sai," Binding their arms behind their backs temporarily and then he says
"If you want to fight at least let me tend to your wounds and help you move to the training side of the building. Have you come to try and take me away Captain?" Oroshi walked up to him begining the healing process even as he waited for a response, after all it wouldn't be fair if the captain was being held back by physicial limitations. He changes his pace and tries his introductions again,
"Hello, you two. How can I help you both exactly anyway?" After asking and making his point he releases his kido on them.
He looks at them and quickly decides it would be best to clarify his actions to the captain,
"You know I am still loyal to the soul society, I just don't like seeing people die for no reason. I also understand my actions were fairly rash, but so was everyone else. Here though let me heal your hands." He finishes healing the captain's hands.

Taicho "Don't assume that just because I'm nice..." Much to Hayate's surprise, his arms were forcibly bound behind his back, interrupting all momentum that he may have had on the kick, which caused him to fall onto his knees. He was about to shout out angrily until the man that did it emerged into view. It happened to be Oroshi, and he was relieved to see that it was him instead of, say Aerin or maybe a Vizard. He'd be at their mercy.
"Have I come to take you away? No, not at all. In fact, it was the furthest thing from my mind."
He replied with a small, thankful smile as Oroshi healed his scarred hands. Hayate allowed him to finish working on his palms before he spoke. There was a bit of a hesitation though, because he first examined his palms. Now there wasn't a mark to be found on them. Hayate was amazed what Chiyudo could do to this day, even though he had been worked on a few times already.
"I'm here just because it's nice. It's beautiful out here. Then Jutaku here challenged me to a sparring match and naturally, I accepted. But Oroshi..." His voice dropped and he became quieter as an indication of him becoming more serious. "If I remember correctly, when you left, there were talks of exiling you for what you did. I may understand you, but the judges are a different crowd entirely. Watch yourself, alright?" "...that I'll keep giving you second chances." Zanpakuto

Oroshi nods and waits looking at the two of you.
"Well I guess you guys can use my kidou training grounds. There are mountain.. and.. forests.. rainstorms.. and windstorms.. and any place you guys would like to spar, but I can't let you guys tromp all over these pretty flowers. I planted them in the name and honor of the squad. They are all Lillies of the valley. Even if judges are in their own crowd we as members of the squads need to protect our own. Captains are supposed to be able to appeal a judge decision." Oroshi looks at the ground and leads the two men to the kido-powered training areas.
"I'll heal you both when your done.. just don't kill each other. After I'd be honored to challenge the victor."

Taicho "Don't assume that just because I'm nice..." "Of course. No one's going to die. And yeah, we can appeal, but no one was really happy with what you did, Oroshi. You've got no one aside from me in your corner, and I'm not even sure I want to stay there.
Hayate explained before turning his attention back to his sparring partner. He was attempting to be as vague as possible to try and keep the incident at the White Castle as quiet as possible since there was a chance that war was going to be declared. Until then, however, as much information as possible had to stay within the circle of Captains.

Oroshi nods,
"Who shoved their zanpaktou's up where the sun doesn't shine.. " he shrugs softly,
"Oh well, I guess that's what I get for being the youngest. Say guys, who between you is the best with kido?" He looks at them to determine more accurately which one would be better a challenge for himself. He pulls out his zanpaktou and sticks it in the middle of the arena's and walks over to the edge and lets the boys go about fighting while he begins to meditate to enter his own inner world so he can talk with his own zanpaktou.
. . .
Inside the inner world that defines his personality. The poles stand tall and along the floor is a a small layer of water he looks at one of the poles as it grows into a tree with flowing branches and a face. Oroshi queries it as it rises, "What should I do... I hate watching innocent people die... but defending innocent people seems to have made me unpopular, venty?" The tree seems to shudder hearing such a digressed nickname but answers. "The only thing that you can do is what is right, if you truly see this man a** innocent. Then I suggest not getting in trouble but also attempt to help him as best you can. Your no use to him locked up." Oroshi shutters slightly at the idea of doing almost nothing... but nods to resume watching the fellow soul reapers fight.

"When you guys are done just tell me." Oroshi burdens himself to say with his heavy heart in turmoil.

Taicho "Don't assume that just because I'm nice..." After waiting for well over a couple minutes, Hayate began to tap his foot impatiently. It seemed as though the 3rd ranked boy had gotten indecisive. Or he had grown scared. Which was understandable, since he was about to fight with the captain whose speciality was combat. It would have been a rough match up for him. After waiting a few more moments, he sighed and turned his attention back to Orochi.
"Seems like he needs a little time. How about you and I go at it a bit? Y'know, just so I can get a good warm up in."
Hayate asked him with a confident smirk. Orochi seemed like a calm-headed man, so he wasn't sure if teasing him would do much good. But he had gotten into it now, and he had a tendency to make fun of potential opponents, which often got him into trouble. "...that I'll keep giving you second chances." Zanpakuto

Being called to fight Oroshi nods and takes off his haori and leaving it where he sat he looks up happily. Oroshi, being unfamiliar with taunts, stands up walking to the other side of the spit leaving his zanpaktou in between them. Standing looking ready and confidant his abilities. He took a pose similar to a man about to say a prayer and softly spoke,
"I won't go easy on you. But nor shall I try to murder you. Fair play and all, right?" He smirks and says softly although he is being sincere it could be interpreted as a threat or taunt of some kind.
"As a compliment I'll inform you of the meaning of the name of my zanpaktou." His tactic was to lure his opponent to the powers of the zanpaktou that resided about half way between them.
"His name is 'Parte di Vento' Which literally means pieces of wind." Knowing his opponent to be of the captain class he smiles and bows to show he is completely ready.
"You can give the signal to begin if you wish." Oroshi was very layed back.. and found that even in his shikasho he felt overdressed even for a friendly match. Even as he spoke he took a few extra feet back, this could be veiwed as a fear but oroshi was simply guaging the distance between them and figured one flash step would be able to cover the majority of the field between them. "Would you like this to be a exibition style match, Hayate Taicho." He says treating him with the utmost respect to further the image of fear.

Taicho "Don't assume that just because I'm nice..." "Well...if we're being formal about it, the name of my Zapkakuto is Yabun Akisunerai-Night Prowler. As for what sort of match it is...I suppose I'll leave that up to you. Call it whatever you want."
Sliding his right foot back and holding his swords in an 'X' formation at chest level, he had shifted into more of a defensive position. A slight nod gave Oroshi the okay to make the first move. In an informal setting, he would have rushed Oroshi, but if he had the option, he preferred to analyze his opponent by letting them move. "...that I'll keep giving you second chances." Zanpakuto

Oroshi smirks and begins to move, "Bakudou ryoku-jyu-ni: Hyapporankan" A bar of light appears in between his thumbs and he twists it over his head and chucks it at Hayate the first few landing a few feet in front of the other captain's feet steadily getting closer attempting to bind or force his movement. Be careful of his opponent's power was his greatest strength. 'Never underestimate your opponent.' he thought to himself. 'Lets see how he moves a little.' Oroshi was a sly opponent in battle but outgoing he readied himself in preparation for the next move his opponent would make, gauging his opponent as much as he himself was being gauged. He was truly going to enjoy himself for the first time since e had become a captain. "Please don't let my frist attack kill you Hayate taicho." He laughed softly knowing it would be much harder to kill a captain with something so low as a 62 kido. "I would get ejected from the soul society if I let you die here."

Taicho "Don't assume that just because I'm nice..." "Don't be so foolish, Oroshi. The Black Cat doesn't go down so easily."
Hayate went through a beat count in his head, as though he were listening to music. He even tapped his foot. One...two...three...
"Step."
He muttered. An expertly timed flash-step sent him a safe distance from the attack, leaving only an afterimage in his wake. Hayate's sharp reflexes kept him one step ahead of attacks, and two steps ahead of his opponents. He counted three beats again before taking multiple flash-steps in a zig-zag pattern in an attempt to confuse Oroshi. On his last step, he used his momentum to leap into the air, do a summersault, then bring his heel down into a powerful axe kick directed at the fifth squad captain's shoulder. "...that I'll keep giving you second chances." Zanpakuto

Oroshi smirks knowing that something to that effect remained,
"I'm..." he looks up letting the hit connect lowering his shoulder into the strike to soften the blow as much as he can and grabs your leg.
"a captain too. Bakudou Ryoku-ju-ichi: Rikujōkōrō." He says quickly as light would spray from the place he is holding your leg and aimed for your mid section to bind you. Then he flash steps back further away.
"I knew you'd attempt to get closer. I attempted to force you to act with an action that would trigger a sky attack." After his explanation he smiles and chants a follow-up incantation to increase the power of his binding.
"Carriage of Thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six!" then moves onto his next incantation,
"Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini!! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat! Bakudo Kyu: Geki!" Drawing the symbol with his fingers. Oroshi looks at his zanpaktou and he points his free hand at it and says,
"Hado San-ju-ichi: Shakkahō." The red flies off towards the sword out of veiw.
