Camelot looked surprised by her answer, clearing his throat awkwardly. He smiled at her, though, as she seemed perfectly alright with the arrangement. Still, he wondered if it had been a divorce, or difficult. Not that he would ask.
It wasn't his business, and he didn't want to upset her. He was good with kids, but not great with them. At the library, if one was crying or upset he could do a couple things to help soothe the situation, but if he was the one responsible for them being upset in the first place he usually panicked.
Not great.
It did make him wonder about Nate, growing up. He had lived with his mother, but never spoke of her, do Tony had no idea what it had been like for him. Being without his father had left a bitter taste in his mouth, though, and a bad stain on his behavior. It seemed, at least, that the little girl had time with her dad. That was good.
"I see. Well, you are a hero in your own right. And you'll be a fine jedi one day," he smiled at her warmly, "I'm sure your father would love spending as much time with you as he can. Don't get too wrapped up in being a jedi, though, and forget to be yourself."

Lenka hesitated then stopped her walking, looking up at Camelot, giving a little smile. “Well…I hope someday my daddy becomes a hero just like you, Mr. Camelot. I bet he’s going to be the very best Jedi Master someday too…maybe you and him could be friends!”
The senshi gave a little sigh now, shoulders slumping. She hoped that her father would be a hero someday…but he always seemed to like the bad guys in the movies…cheering for the Sith in Star Wars…but…but she knew that her dad had to be a good guy…he always told her to be good…so that meant he was going to be good too…
She would have to talk to him about that…make sure he would be a good guy forever and ever. With a little smile, the senshi hugged Camelot than laughed. “We’re almost to my house sort of, so I can get there from here alone, Mr. Camelot! Thank you for saving me..and for walking me home. I hope we can play again soon! I’ll bring you a lightsaber next time, Qui Gon! We can beat up youma with our sabers!” The girl laughed, eyes bright once again.

Camelot smiled at her, though he always felt a strange pang when someone called him a hero. Was he a hero? technically, yes. He had always wanted to be, after all, and he certainly suffered a hero complex. But sometimes he felt he wasn't doing enough, not yet. He wasn't brave enough, strong enough. But he would work on it, always work on it.
He didn't need to be a hero, as that meant the people he saved needed to take notice to give him the name. He just needed to be heroic.
"Alright, if you think you can manage," he said, nodding his head. He didn't want to upset her by breaking those rules she had set forward. He watched her and smiled, thinking how cute she was. He liked kids, even if he wasn't the best with them. It could be a lot worse. He could be terrible with them and hate them.
He smiled.
"Have a good night, Obi-Wan," he said with a laugh and a genuine grin. He would have to practice swinging a broom around, or something, so he didn't embarrass himself when she brought her light saber. They were kind of like his cane, right? He was sure he could handle it.

Lenka laughed, seeming delighted once more to be called Obi-Wan. She skipped off, then turned after going about twenty feet away. “Bye Qui Gon! Stay away from Darth Maul so you don’t get cut in half like in the movie okay! I’ll see you some other time and you can help me to be a better Jedi!” The child waved and laughed once more, before darting off, powering down and going home, hugging her two pigs tightly.
“I didn’t mean to, guys! Honest! It was a monster I had to dust, not a real piggy! I love you two!” The animals snorted and oinked with obvious affection.
Good. They still loved her.
