The manx nodded her head in an understanding manner to the tomcat. "Got it, Callisto is Tomlin's and Tomlin is Callisto's!" It was definitely much easier to explain than ********* relationship to 7 different people. Even as the guardian, she hid one fact from them all. In the long run, it would flat out make them stronger as a unit if they didn't find out.
As the ginger haired tomcat stated his need to leave, the manx nodded her head, her collar jingling along with the motion. "Aaaand, I should get back to begging for more fish." Obviously her previous meal had not filled her up like it might have with other cats.
Pushing herself up to her paws, she winked at him. "See you whenever I see you next, and don't be a stranger!" Without hesitation, she began to trot off back towards where she had come from. She could possibly still get yet another fish skelly to pick at.

"Ah. Yeah. That's right," Tomlin agreed, a little sheepishly. It sounded so simple when she put it like that. Clear and inarguable - he'd found what he was looking for, hadn't he?
He watched the tailless cat go, somewhat bemused that she could still be hungry. "Good luck," he called after her, thinking both of her begging and her hunt for her last missing senshi. Star and leaves. He'd keep an eye out for her. He suspected, however, that with her knowledge of the city and the war, ********* didn't need a lot of help. She seemed so sure of so many things, while he was largely making it up as he went along, but the whole conversation had left him feeling somehow reassured.
If there was something more to find, he guessed it would come in time, and no point worrying at it. He didn't have clues like *********, so all he could do was follow his own feet until he reached the place he was needed.
Tracing a new path out into the nighttime city, the ginger guardian headed home.
