Jett very much liked a strong handshake, so Camelot did nothing but impress him. He nodded lightly when he dropped the older man’s hand. He had understood early on in the conversation that Camelot cared for the civilians and their well being and it wasn’t hard to deduce that the squire would have preferred to have Jett not meandering about on his own.
“Safety in numbers,” he nodded, though wasn’t entirely worried about numbers. “I was on my way to find someone, anyway. Not your fault for keeping me here, I’m just a little nosy.”
A lot nosy, really. But the truth of the matter was, Jett didn’t know when he’d get the chance to bother people for questions, so clearly the best time to bug them was while they were practicing in a clearly isolated area. “Anyway, you’ve won me over. I’ll go play nice with the other civilians and leave you to your practice. I figure I’ve disrupted you enough.”
He raised his hand and offered a nonchalant wave as he moved to dismiss himself. “Thanks for the chat. Watch your back out here,” he said; Camelot had warned him to be careful, so it seemed only proper that Jett would return the caution.

"Nosy isn't always a bad thing," he said with a grin.
Most of the time it could be. Nosy had a negative connotation to it. Curious, maybe, was a better word for it. Inquisitive. Not nosy, so much. Camelot didn't find him to be intrusive about it, or overly prying. He had just wanted to know about things that were very complicated and usually not what people like Camelot, knights and senshi, liked talking about.
But in this place, the situation was so far from normal a little information might go a long way. It served a better purpose, for the innocent and for those protecting them, to be a little more honest. Or that was how Camelot was viewing it.
Now. He hadn't thought about it too much at the start.
Nodding his head, he watched Jett head off, almost feeling a shudder when he said to watch his back. If only because, the way things were going, it was probably advice that really needed to be listened to.
