Though the group would be met move for move ....as Jasmine took the initiative and the boy smirks lightly. Though as the group made their move and she herself ended up getting closer thanks to the battle itself one thing would be made clear ....her pokemon had just had something very interesting happen to them as well ....as their dream abilities were unlocked. As Mantine would hear the boy shout at her.
"Use bubble."
The attack would spray the field as all opponents would find themselves in risk of it.
Lindbergh would find her ice meet with the a beak ...as something about it seemed wrong. Almost as if ...the bird coloration had changed as it seeked to knock the ground type pokemon away with it's own toxic strike. The boy didn't have to give him any commands on what to do in such a situation ...they had worked together long enough for him to know.
"Use Fire Punch, Gulpin."
Probably the most mysterious of all moves ...as the pokemon would swing with that small hand at the chest of his opponent. The aim to leave a small hole of pure fire on the chest of the ghost/fire type pokemon. A strange endeavor indeed as the fighters clashed.

It was about then that the PokeMart was likely to get even more crowded as a bow dressed in black, crimson cloak tied around his torso like a sash, and sword hanging at his belt would enter through the door...and immediately stop right there.
Rubbing his temple briefly, the boy would then reach out to tap one of the group upon the shoulder. A simple tap to get their attention and little else. "I've no interest in what you're doing, nor desire to interfere, however I have business with that man over there" Raven would state, indicating the shop clerk with his right hand
Nope. He didn't see the need for a hero, so he wasn't going to be one. The boy just wanted to buy his items and go.

It would be the Guard team girl that would step in his path.
"That gentleman is tied up for the moment, so bug off." "I suggest you take a quick retreat back to whatever the hell you came from, and come back later. I am sure everything will be back to normal then, b*****d."
She said all of this with a perfectly innocent looking face as it seemed that her speech pattern itself was just a bit .....altered or changed as it went from being quite polite to ending with words that was anything but.

Raven's left eye would twitch for a moment, his teeth gritting faintly as he struggled to conceal his emotions, especially his rapidly building temper. He'd already faced one such group today and found himself in no mood to deal with another. "I'd recommend watching your words madam, someone might very well consider them a threat" He stated, managing to keep his tone even.
"Now I'd recommend stepping aside, before I'm forced to drop a very large Steelix upon you" Such words were not in the girl's best interest if she wished Raven to retreat. Hot temper as one expected from a boy with a Charmander as his first Pokemon, he didn't take particularly well to threats or insults.
One hand resting upon Genn's ball for a moment, Raven's eyes would flicker to the man, the counter, and the various items contained upon it. An idea would form in the back of his mind, and his temper would rapidly cool.
"Step aside and I can conduct my business without the man. It occurs to me I don't need his hands free to do what I need."

"Try it."
The girl would declare with a haughty laugh.
"I am a bit bored anyway, and you do look quite delicious."
She would say. Her words once more weren't quite matching ...as she ran a hand through her hair.
"I don't mind a battle ...I will render you into pieces." "Though, I don't want to force anything ..the stupid die young. You can leave still if you wish, or I will kill you. Come again when we aren't here ....then again hell must be calling you."
The girl didn't sound exactly sane as she put her hands on her hips. It would seem that she wasn't going to let you through. She wasn't going to let them come through ...not one little bit as the Store Employee would start to rock his chair. It wasn't because of any sound he could hear ...he wasn't able to see or hear as he simply tries to get himself free.

Raven would release a small, exasperated sigh "Indeed they do" The boy said calmly "Although I don't think anyone will cry out your funeral. You might want to higher someone in advance so that at least one tear is shed." Eyes flat and uncaring as his hand tapped the hilt of his sword, the boy's remarkably blunt words were clearly meant to be taken quite literally. "...and if you intend to waste words, at least use them properly. I think you were looking for 'Rend you to pieces', 'Render you into" works, but it's not nearly as...threatening" Now he was disputing her wordplay. It was clear and evident that Raven was in a bad mood with that alone, considering he cared little for such things, even going so far as to hold contempt for those whom wasted time with such petty banter.
Oddly though, rather then release Genn the young trainer would then turn, exiting through the door. He'd hold it open just long enough to say one last thing over his shoulder "A word of warning however. You're doing battle in the Academy's only Pokemon Center. Someone far more powerful then you or myself is bound to stop by at some point. You might want to rethink your attitude before then." Releasing his grip upon the door, the child would give a short wave then proceed down the pathway.
He supposed he'd just have to go to his land for now, though he dearly hoped they'd be gone by the time he returned. Really, what sort of fool started a battle in such a location. It wouldn't surprise him if the place was levelled by a short tempered upperclassmen by that time. [Exiting to Valley of Strength]

LINDBERGH'S POISON HEAL UNLOCKED!
BURNOUT'S SHADOW TAG UNLOCKED!
CLAUDANDAS' PRANKSTER UNLOCKED!
((Wheee, see what happens when I'm away for a few days~))
Jasmine couldn't even see Raven for the ground of battle tearing up the store just now, let alone even having noticed the door open at all, as it seemed now it was an all out frenzy here!
[13+13] - [8+9] = 9, x2 = 18 DMG SPEAROW = 2 HP REMAINING SPEAROW FLINCHED!
The Spearow may have reacted quickly, but not fast enough for the spry form Lindbergh had assumed, as her tail snapped and wings were shut tight on the Spearow's body, dragging her up into the air and away past the bubbles, her fangs met the bird's neck, and cold, terribly cold ice began working into her veins...
Yet on the other side... not so great went the battle...
[11+14] - [4+11] = 10, x2 = 20 DMG [6+10] - [4+12] = 0
Bubbles blasted their way through the fire, and before Burnout would know it, the water doused the housing covering his naked flame and now he convulsed painfully, the heatwave dying the air, as he would dip... and fall... and finally, hit the ground.
Although the Gulpin may have been suddenly confused, as it struck... and seemed to have caused the final blow while doing nothing at all, it would have to marvel how it had just knocked it out in one blow!
[7+11] - [6+11] = 1 DMG GULPIN = 22 HP REMAINING
Claudandas stood, a single coin flicked... but then he too was caught by the bubbles!
[11+14] - [7+9] = 9 DMG CLAUDANDAS = 9 HP REMAINING
And Jasmine stood there... this was bad, very bad.
One of her pokémon KOed in one move as she'd recall the ghost, and the boy still had all three of his... one barely perhaps, but now, he had two at near full health, and she, with one at half health already...
The Spearow wouldn't be fighitng back at least... but the other two...
"Lindbergh, keep hold of that Spearow! Pull back and regroup!"
"Claudandas, look around!"
She barked out the orders, as both would see, as Lindbergh indeed kept the coiled up Spearow in the clutches of her tail... now, she would keep her there... should the water come for her once more, she had a perfect pokémon shield, she sincerely doubted the boy wouldn't hesitate to strike his pokémon, so its effectiveness may have been reduced... but still... better it than her right about now, as her tail clutched ready to fling her into fire!
And the Purrloin, he blinked as Jasmine's cryptic clue was given, and then grinned fiendishly, the battlefield was cluttered, they were after all in the middle of a store, and he suddenly leapt, dancing onto the shelves, he could certainly make himself a harder target to hit, much like Lindbergh had on the tombstones of the island, now the two had to ready themselves for the oncoming assaults!
And Jasmine had to watch, knowing that this boy had stronger pokémon... one more than her now certainly, and no idea what further reserves of backup he could summon...
She certainly wished right now Ironclaw was with her and not next door...
((Yerrrsh, not sure what to have made of all that...))
[Roll 1 Claudandas, Roll 2 Lindbergh))

((She can be quite fickle at times))
The boy smiles as one of their team drops and he see that his own had been taken hostage. No worries as he points at the Gliscor and then at his Mantine
"Up close and personal, I don't want Spearow harm. Use, psybeam."
The pokemon would nod as she rapidly flew over to her. The power of the move gather in her head ...as she came at the pokemon from the side, while the Gulpin would be told a different instruction as she went after Claudandas with a Fire punch once more.
It seems that since he had them down, he was now aiming for out as well. Bounces towards him ....before launching herself at his chest ....making it a point to try and leave a burning fist in that fur. It would hurt if he could hit.
Meanwhile, Spearow would try to get free of that tail's grip.

((Ersh, just realised the difference in stats here, this IS gonna be an uphill one <_< ))
[10+14] - [9+10] = 5 DMG CLAUDANDAS = 16 HP REMAINING
The aim was true, and as Lindbergh would try to move the Spearow into range, the Mantine would hit and the bird released into the air once more, as Lindbergh felt the blast over her back and grimaced, Jasmine would look on and grimace herself...
That Mantine was a worthy opponent, that was said enough, at every bend Water Types seemed to be getting the best of her, no wonder she wanted one so badly herself.
She barely had time to look round and see Claudandas leap as the Gulpin would smash into the shelves with a flaming fist...
Now there was a concern... if this place went up in ruins...
She flung her gaze back on the group...
They had to do something about that Mantine.
And they had to do something about evening up the numbers!
"Lindbergh, Claudandas, switch partners!"
Jasmine's crutch waved up, and Lindbergh let her wings spread as she would whirl and look to fly back, dancing almost aerobatically around in the air, looking to outmaneuver the Mantine in the small space now, drive it into a corner, where she could latch on, where she could strke, and where her Ice Fang could now find purchase as she launched!
And the Spearow... before a feline, as Claudandas grinned from where he had leapt, to one of the upper shelves...
And now, launched himself at the bird, claws outstretched for his Scratch, looking to finish the job Claudandas had started!
((Here's hoping the Goddess feels more kind this time...))

But the Gulpin was his partner ...as the small ball would roll inbetween as the Spearow would cower behind. Cat vs. bird, unless he was an eagle ...the answer to that was quite clear. He would run....as his partner moved to defend him, but that wasn't all.
The movement of fins in the air would have the Mantine trying to back away from those claws and those icy fangs. So the choice was the switch, and that didn't bother the boy at all as he smiles at her.
"Getting a tad desperate aren't ya." "Someday, you will learn not to put your foot in your mouth."
He was taunting as his pokemon tried to dodge the attacks.

More and more items would smash and crash down as the two large fliers would whirl around the shop, the Mantine would far evade Lindbergh's fangs before finally the Gliscor would have to whip back and toward the other side of the shop.
And more than that... as Claudandas would go for the bird, the ball of gelatin like green would get in between, battering the Spearow back but without damage, as the Purrloin instead would be sent bouncing back, smashing even more items, but he got up, and quickly began whirling away back through the shelves once more.
There was no two ways about it, this battle was getting more and more expensive, whatever these three wanted, it was likely going to be smashed at this rate unless they just wanted to terrorise a few people.
"You'd be surprised what moves you'd be able to pull off like this." Jasmine thought slowly.
One well placed bubble and this Mantine would win in one blow...
Bubbles.
Jasmine looked back to the sky, it was risky as anything, after all, if the boy didn't use Bubble...
"Gliscor, get ready to pop some bubbles, Poison Sting!"
The Gliscor could feel it herself, they were acting desperate, but against multiple opponents, now using the same tactics to cover each other, they needed to thin the hoarde, and they needed to make a mark.
If that Mantine fired off those bubbles, she could pop them all before they even reached herself or Claudandas!
As they flew, she had the advantage the Mantine didn't, she could fly in one direction, while firing in another, her tail maneuvering like a plane's gunner, swerving round... she had no plans to stay still, and she had no plans to let the Mantine win in a battle.
While Claudandas would work evasive, she would take it on with the Mantine!

The boy's taunt was completely ignored as the cat seemed to chose to dodge instead of strike while the Gliscor would counter-attack. It was an interesting sight to see as the Gulpin would stay still as the Spearow would leap over his back ...to aim his attack at the running cat. Birds afterall were faster on the air than the predator on the ground as he dove his beak downwards to try and give him the type of punishment he would deserve for chasing him.
Meanwhile, the Gulpin would open her mouth wide as a blob of darkness would appear there. Looking vile and disgusting he would lob it at the cat as he moves to give him a toxic bath as she used Toxic.
The Mantine though wasn't thinking about it as she used supersonic. She saw the danger in those poison stings and she saw no reason to meet it with bubbles as she used the move that would send out low frequency waves at her. She was going to make it impossible for her to continue the attack after this.

(20 - 2 + 12 - 9 = 21 x 2(snipe) = 42dmg)
The death should have been gory, the blood should have splattered everywhere as the peck drove through the brain and out the other side. Yet, as the bird would flap away with the only blood for the attack on her beak ...a white light would surround their down prey. For afterall, this was a team battle, and in such a fight ...the guard team's ability was in effect.
There was no death allowed on this field, but a restart ....as the light would die down to reveal the violet colored egg with splashes of dark purple spots on it.
Claudandas was down, but he had the chance to live again.
Even as the Gliscor attack would hit .....against her foe. The pain making her float higher, but the damage was nothing ..the poison though would still seep in as she skid backwards a bit ... as she flinches in pain of her own attack. Though this wasn't done not by a lone shot as the three saw that there was only one left, and each one would turn to attack her as the Spearow would use peck once more, the Mantine would turn her attack into a bubblebeam, and finally the Gulpin would jump in with a pound. It was clear, the had every plan of taking her down and now.

Jasmine stared at the egg that lay there now on the shelves...
No, the shelves weren't holding, she had to THROW herself as the already smashed shelf gave way, grabbing the egg and holding it tight and cushioned in her cloak... looking back to the battlefield... they were all counter attacking.
Every single one of them, none of them even cared, now that Lindbergh was the only one left, why should they?
Jasmine bit her lip... this would more than likely be it... Burnout beaten, Claudandas now, like this, alone and gone in this egg...
She bit her lip... if this was going to be it, if Jasmine couldn't recall the Gliscor, then she would make sure they left a mark.
It was in her eye, Lindbergh got the same look now, looking back at three pokémon all rushing at her... vengeance decried the Spearow... to strike at the bird...
"Ice Fang! Take the Gulpin!!"
Lindbergh's fangs flashed white, and for a minute, she considered changing her mind... to go after the bird against Jasmine's word... but then again, that was a Lindbergh of old who sought death.
This one, she looked to the Gulpin, and lunged through the air, diving into the pile of pokémon leaping at her with their attacks.
And now, she went for the blob, she didn't plan to let them take her down yet, but if they were going to, she'd make sure to make them feel it too!
((...Not even gonna bother with damage on Gulpin))
((Or Spearow.))

The collision of power would leave at it's center the purple egg with a bluish tingle to it. The last and final casualty as the boy laughs harshly at her and her group.
"That is the best you have, this was too easy."
"Everyone return, except for you Spearow."
He told the bird as the two vanished to allow him to alight himself back on her shoulder. His eyes narrowed dangerously at it would seem in that instant, all she had done to him had been undone in that one moment. The pokemon landing easily on his shoulder as it balance itself perfectly.
"Humph, this wasn't worth much." "Anyway, the team name is Mixer ....I shall see if you gotten any better at the tournament."
"Let's go."
He would tell the other two ...as it would seem that with her utter defeat, they had lost interest in this place. They had lost interest in this entire situation and the girl was left on her own with her broken team. One recalled, and two now eggs. This was a very long day indeed.
2x eggs = 0/10 count until hatching.
