Personality: Shinji was often exaggeratedly rumored to be the deadliest rogue because only because of his personality. Rumors such as 'His gaze shut down a whole fleet' or 'The battle seemed like a second because of the silence' all too well describe this person, although exaggerated. He is a silent and calculated person unlike many reckless pirates. He does not like words and instead prefers actions. He is also a prideful pirate, but takes his time in moving forward to anything. Background Information
Shinji was born to normal parents, his father worked as a blacksmith by the dock of the island and that is where his family based their life on. Well, first, Shinji was born into a special date. He was born into the period of a loop year, the Twenty-ninth February. His father, being a non-professional sailor believed in many sayings of the ocean and such believed his son would be extraordinarily fortunate through his life. His father often would take him to the blacksmith shop and teach him the basics of that profession, although he hoped for that job to be only a secondary job; a tradition from the Oda Family. He told Shinji many times that he needed to try for high salaries, maybe a consultant or a businessman of any sort. Shinji, on the other hand disliked politics in any aspect and had admired the sea for many times. Not for any other thing than the space there. He would swim actively and often join his father in his adventures.
However, why is he in such position now? It all started with a pirate crew entering the town. They had found something rare in the depths of the sea but obviously needed a test subject for it. They found Shinji one day at the docks alone and decided to use him as the test subject. The had worn some fake royal navy robes and faked an contract with Shinji. They said that they had been watching over his father and thought that he was the best blacksmith in the region - they would offer a more luxurious workshop to his father. The boy knew that the workshop was a family tradition, but his father could use a new place for the business. They made sure everything was covered, they even brought the local marine officials believe in their fake identities.
Shinji was served 'high quality food' and was treated well in their ship, but that fruit served to him was not a normal fruit. It was the ocean's most praised product; a Devil Fruit. He didn't know this of course, and when he reacted at the bad taste of the food he was told that that fruit would help him in his body structure and growth, scientific details a young boy could never understand. Without even knowing, he had gained extraordinary powers. Then there was a breach into the crew's identity; Shinji had heard them speak of their plan secretly and obviously went for his father. He was stopped on his tracks by the pirates, and when approached by them he felt his power surge through his body; a wave of flaming lava was released and boiled the pirates alive. The scouts of the local marine had seen this and reported the boy as a National criminal immediately; the royal navy was high praised and every reaction to them was punishable. At approach, he was again aggravated and once again used his powers, ending the lives of some soldiers and causing material damage. He fled the island, hoping to not bring shame to his family and much less to his father.
However, his identity was discovered very quickly and his family was put up as hostages. He had not returned to the marines for some years now and was officially a dangerous criminal. The marine base in the island followed strictly the Absolute Justice theory and hanged each member of his family one by one. This was not acceptable by Shinji who was in his teenage years now. He went back to the island and burned down the marine base very easily. He started mastering his abilities of course and soon set his destination to end the reign of the Government. He became a pirate and would oppose the Marines in any way possible, his bounty flung up and he was more and more feared by small crews and marine bases. However, he was sensitive in fellow citizens, and to catch him the Government needed to lure him into them. They started burning up an island and they successfully got Shinji in their hands. They appeared to give him a pirate execution, and that was when his life supposedly ended.
Many years later Shinji would be mentioned in some children stories about how he murdered his own family, and how the marines would bring justice and punish any criminal for the greater good, but they obviously twisted the true story. Some said he was alive and would soon rise again, and yes, he was indeed alive. The execution was not fully ended, he stood in the corners of life for many years, until the rumors of his own self got back to him. Then he would decide it was his time. He wasn't the infamous pirate anymore, but he had grown in power more than ever.

Background Information
Jack's childhood was a crazy one, He was raised by a Vice Admiral father and born to a pirate mother, and somehow he would trade off with both every month so it was extremely hectic. His mother was archaeologist to the king of the pirates and his father a vice admiral who had fallen for her. By the age of 17 Jack had made up his mind on what he wanted to do and his father had his issues but let him do as he pleased and Jack became a pirate while on the seas with his mother, a marine ship had attacked the ship and everyone except for Jack had disappeared, his mother was gone and all that was left was her bangles. He held onto it for dear life as he lay on a piece of drift wood the only piece of the Thousand sunny left and cried. He vowed to get revenge on the Navy and his father for not even trying to stop the assault. Jack soon drifted back to North Blue and he began trying while looking for a new crew at the same time. For now he was the only surviving member of the Straw Hat crew but he changed his name as not be recognized by his true last name.....Nico.

Background Information
Zarud was born a Marine, or so his father says. He never took it very seriously even when he was signed up to the Navy. During training he always slacked off during combat practise and was frequently made an example of. It wasn't that he couldn't fight, it's that he never really took to close combat. However one of his instructors saw this and set him up as a marksmen which, to many peoples suprise, he was very good at. After graduating from the training camp Zarud was sent, as a recruit, to Saboady Marine Base.

Devil Fruit Power: The Awa Awa no Mi is a Paramecia type Devil Fruit that allows the user to emit and control soap and bubbles that can not only clean off dirt but can also "clean off" power. It was given by Spandam to Kalifa who ate it. This ability is not to be confused with a Logia power, as the user cannot turn herself into soap and bubbles.
The fruit's bestowed powers, as used by Kalifa, have been used mostly to aid her in combat. She mostly uses the fruit's powers to give her an edge in battle. While she is a capable assassin by herself, by using the fruit's powers, she can weaken opponents that would otherwise be too physically powerful for her to handle. Background Information
Lilly is a unknown force within the navy's ranks. Never speaking of her past, Lilly secures a air of mystery around her. Showing up to join the navy five years ago with a devil fruit already in her body. Lilly showed great skill in combat making her superiors wonder who this female really was. However no information could be found on Lilly, not even any legal files but because her skills were great the navy turned the other cheek. No family, nothing. It appeared as if she had lost everything and with no where to go Lilly was granted entrances into the navy. Place your hand in the water, then in an instant freezes it (anything in/on it) completely solid. The actual extent of the ice can stretch for miles and last for over a week. An alternate version of this is where you place your hand to the ground and uses your ability to instantly freeze an entire huge area turning it into an cold, frozen wasteland. Character Description
Looks: Alphonse, in many respects, is a very average, yet handsome, looking man. His features are not outwardly striking or particularly unique, he has brown hair cut in a very messy and boyish manner, his eyes are blue but rather muted in color, and his complexion is pale however virtually flawless. It should be noted, however, that his canine teeth are unnaturally elongated. Body wise, he is just about average height and weight, perhaps just a bit thinner and an inch taller than most. Alphonse is built athletically having the musculature of a runner or perhaps a footballer [soccer player]; no six pack abs of bulging biceps. As for clothing, Alphonse wears a high-collared black blazer, fitted black trousers which are cuffed at about mid-calf, and simple black boots.
Personality: A quiet, introverted and solitary fellow, Alphonse is more of a "go-with-the-flow" kind of guy. He believes strongly in self restraint in all forms and usually isn't quick to act in a fight or argument rather avoiding them if possible. Alphonse is very strong believer in Karma and typically, he will only act in situations that he and others can benefit from. Alphonse does not believe in wasting his energies but conversely does not believe in "half-assing" things. Background Information
Raised among the Revolutionaries on Baltigo, his own mother Milena an understated yet prominent Revolutionary, Alphonse was greatly influenced by the groups ideologies and direct opposition to the World Government. During his early childhood he often worked as an aid to his mother, assisting her with logistics and the analyzing of stolen documents. This was his first introduction to such skills and ever since his first experience of gathering immense knowledge and the extent of its importance having been pressed upon him by his mother, Alphonse knew he wanted to learn all the world had to offer. It wasn't until his mid teens that Alphonse decidedly left Baltigo and turned the next page in his book. In his eyes, the Revolutionaries had taught them all they could which far from satisfied Alphonse but, rather, increased his hunger for the pursuit of infinite wisdom.
The years following his departure were immensely difficult and ultimately disastrous. Alphonse had refused any assistance from the Revolutionaries and stubbornly chose to pursue the antiquities of the world, not only in his lonesome, but also without any direction or plan. Quickly, Alphonse had found himself lost at sea with the absolute bare essentials. He had with him the clothing on his back, just enough food for a month if only he ate one meal a day, a map of the sea, and the small paddle boat he'd purchased from an elderly fisherman. His over-ambition and immaturity had led him astray and Alphonse was left to pick up the pieces all by himself. Thankfully, the Revolutionaries had given him one indispensable tool, knowledge. All that he'd been taught as a child was now put to use. Alphonse, in spite of his distress, took control of the many unfortunate fates that had fallen to him and somehow managed to reach Alabasta. The sandy island had given a great extent of knowledge and even provided him with valuable experience. Alphonse had spent many years on the island and only until recently, decidedly left and begun his ultimately journey, a pursuit for the knowledge of the Void Century.

He then closes his hand making the darkness close around the target and gravity crush it to almost nothing. Background Information
Eco was born into being a slave of nobels, his parents where killed in frount of his eyes at a young age which made him a grim person of a sort. He was made to play with the children and help them with whatever they needed, secretly the cildren acually would teach him to read and write so he could read their stories to them when they dident feel like reading. Eco began to read the vast library in the house he was living in and learned about all sorts of things, he began to crave freedom and more knowledge to the point when he was 13 he ran away.
The familly put a bounty for his return soon afterwords, he was taken back many times before they had him shiped off to impel down (its still a wounder who they dident kill him). he was put in Level Two: Wild Beast Hell for the fact that he went against the nobels wishes, he became a long time resedint of the prison for some years to come. Over time, he ended up being able to outsmart the beasts and survive the tourture, he would be moved to other levels when he dident crack from the horrors.
One day, when he was 18, Eco was able to get out in supplies going to a leaving navy ship. When stowed away on the ship, he found a devil fruit the captain was saving for navy H.Q, it was the dark-dark fruit, Eco remebered a picture of it from one of the books he read and instentlly ate it without any more thought, he took advantage of the powers when they landed, going far away from the ship. Eco swore to take down the world government on that day and trained to use his powers and his vast knowledge. Four years later, he came into the world as a feared pirate with a large bounty on his head for escaping impel down, he know plans to bring judgment to thouse that made his life hell.

Approved nice job Lower the bounty and sorry but you kind of have to start with a lower rank than commander. If I let everyone start with whatever bounty they wanted, people would say they killed 4 admirals in the past with a huge bounty.
