“To keep the senshi from doing to earth what you did to your home worlds.” He said with a small nod.
“I’ve seen first hand, we haven’t the powers you do so we need other sources to keep the senshi and their royalty in check. You all speak a VERY good fight, full of conviction and speaking of justice and salvation. But I’ve yet to meet a white moon senshi who could explain what happened to their home world.”
“WE can’t get there, only you can, you can –bring- us with you but that alone rules us out as the source of destruction. I saw no life there, no bugs no birds, no people no animals… just the hardiest of plant life and even that struggled. Technology that had been torn down, not just that had fallen to ruin. Something happened there that made you need somewhere else, something that sent you to earth rather than try and rebuild. I will not stand aside and wait for what happened to those worlds happen here.”
He glanced at her and shook his head. “You all talk of the evil of killing then you kill us, you talk of the vile nature of the dark kingdom then –torture- us. The masses hide behind the justification that ‘It wasn’t me’.” He said in a mocking voice.
“But those same masses bucket the actions of all of us as though we were some mindless entity and they are the only ones of ‘free will’ while they blindly fight without understanding.”
A small thoughtful nod before he continued.
“So yes, I will kill to keep my men safe, to keep this planet safe. I will do what must be done to save this world from falling to strange ruin for some new aliens to find and claim for their own.”

She hesitated. Home Worlds? What...what was he talking about...their Home Worlds? She hesitated, then just shook her head. "Home Worlds...? We destroyed them, you mean? We...destroyed our own homes?" Albireo didn't quite understand...well, no. That was an understatement.
She grew quiet, thinking on this. Huh.
"I...suppose..." The senshi sighed, brows furrowing. "I guess...I had thought we were fighting for the earth...the senshi, I mean. I thought that's what we were trying to do was protect it from the darkness...the Negaverse and such. If you say you're trying to protect the earth too...well, I don't know."
Albireo gave a shrug, swallowing. "I guess I'm not sure what anyone's fighting for now then."

“If I hadn’t seen what the senshi had done, I might have had remaining doubts as well.” He said firmly. “I debate with many to try and learn the reasons for what happened to their worlds. You should find out from another how to get to your world, see for yourself.”
He paused glancing back to her face and trying to catch her eyes. “Though perhaps you should not say who advised you to find your way there, you should see things with your own eyes, form your own opinions on the destruction. Perhaps it’s simply the nature of senshi to fight, and when you run out of other opponents…perhaps you fight each other.”
“You will have time to think on it, I imagine if they learn your doubts they will try and pull you deeper into their web, so I’ll bid you only to be mindful. We are still ‘enemy’s’ in the here and now, but tonight, I will thank you for the walk and the conversation.” He turned and took her hand, bowing over it as though he might kiss it like an old gentleman but he did not, simply let it go and stood again.

Albireo hesitated, then nodded. "You...You're very welcome...Ah...What is your name? May I ask, for my own knowledge, I mean."
Figure out how to visit her home world? Would it be as destroyed as he had said? Was she...was she going to find nothing but a heartache when she got there? She would keep this meeting to herself...he was right, she was sure that the other senshi would not like the fact that she was talking to someone with such a dark power signature.
"It was a nice walk...A lot nicer than any time I've had with others from your...from your side. I thank you for not attacking me."
He had been a gentleman, and she appreciated that. Though...she did seem...a little skeptical. Everyone else from the Negaverse had attacked her outright...but he hadn't. What was his deal? What...what did he really want? She would...think carefully on that too...

He paused for a moment as though considering if revealing his name might be dangerous. Who perhaps could blame him given the strange variations senshi held in their powers?
“Zinkenite.” He said finally. “And I’m afraid our mutual acquaintance doesn’t know that I’m here either. “ he placed a finger to his lips, conspiratorial for someone so dangerous.
“Another time perhaps Albireo, senshi of swans.”

Zinkenite…Well, that name wouldn’t soon be forgotten, no. Not even close to being forgotten…She gave a nod, unable to stop a grin from spreading across her face when he held the finger to her lips—the whole thing seemed…almost silly…
She nodded. “Of course, Zinkenite. I’ll think on what you’ve told me this evening. Thank you.” The senshi held up a hand and gave a little wave, before running off back into the night, needing to be alone with her thoughts.
